I do find their tile to be an awesome value and get other project materials through them, but tend to get other accessories or finishes such as hardware and what not elsewhere. The aisles of the store are wide enough to tote around anything heavy and peruse comfortably. They have everything organized well and it's easy to load up boxes of needed tile. The staff is always super friendly, helpful and available for assistance. They offer pick up too, which is great if you know exactly what you want. Bonus, the recently just started offering a military discount this year, I believe 10%. They have a great selection and it's a great option for tile needs. Some of the additional features online for calculating tile needs is also quite nice and I recommend for project planning.

We tried to explain to her that the box was not dropped during transit and had been repackaged once we found out the item was broken. She said to us "well someone must have dropped it, we would never sell an item that sounds like this (and shakes the box AGAIN)". What this woman didn't understand is that we had intended to purchase an additional $50 item. Guess that $10 was needed to feed her children, and the $50 was worth losing. After being called a "liar" and laughed at my mother and I left the store with the item still not returned. We will NEVER go back to this store. It is unbelievable that a "person" in customer service would point blank call her customers liars. I informed the people walking in the store of the situation and they promptly walked out as well. If you are looking for kitchen items it would be a much safer idea to just head down to bed bath and beyond. No purchase is worth supporting these type of people.
