We have signed up for their yearly service plan. Due to my autoimmune illnesses, I feel that I can't be around toxic chemicals or elements. I have not had any issues with my health since switching to this company. I like that my dog can be around and I don't have to stress about her. They always inform you of their upcoming service. Then they show up on time and do their job. They knock or ring the bell to let me know that they are here. Then they simply do their job and are on their way. I initially heard of Natura through a family referral. I was very interested in having them service my home because of the organic sprays used to keep bugs out and their great customer service. I have had Natura service my home for almost 2 years and they are exceptional. I absolutely love how easy it is to schedule a service and how they strive to make me happy. I know ants are always a problem and persistent. When I had a major ant problem in my master bedroom, they made sure to bring a supervisor after my 3rd call to make sure protocol was being followed. Ben sent an arrival ETA via text which was very helpful to me as I was working from home this morning. When he arrived, I went over the issues we were having and the cause (recent construction that left under house vents open to infestation). Key concerns were mice in the garage (with some in one of my cars), the under house area and in the under-cabinet area of the kitchen. Ben listened intently, asked good questions and began his inspection. He saw a mousetrapped mouse in the front trunk of one of my cars (overnight reset). Discussed options which included, traps inside the trunk and not sticky traps in case it flipped over - could damage the carpet). Also placed sticky traps underneath two of my cars at my request. He found two other spots to place sticky traps - one is a replacement to an older sticky trap that had captured several mice. He inspected the large area under the house and identified mice populations. Set a large bait station there and another sticky traps near a potential garage entry point. He inspected the outside of the house, refilled two bait stations and added another. Inside he inspected the kitchen under cabinet area and found the two paper sticky traps I had set. Evidence of mice caught but escaped and he suggested the larger board traps - he installed two. Ben was very professional and courteous throughout. My wife and I appreciated his thoroughness. Zach and all of the technicians are great. I like the quality, efficacy and safety of the products they use. Zach also educated me on additional services they'll provide to support my landscaping as I'm having aphids on some of my bushes which he was able to treat. I think it's a good value since it works, the staff is kind and professional, excellent communication too. Haven't compared prices to the toxic chemical companies because I know there is no really comparison when it comes to quality and safety. read more

I called Natura on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did! I have always done the spraying around my house for bugs quarterly or more often on my own using something I buy at Home Depot. It worked, so I didn't see a need to hire a pest control company. Until I found mouse droppings. SO GROSS! Burn the house down, or call a professional were my options. While they were here they accessed my crawl space to try to find any entry points, did a thorough inspection of the outside of my home, sprayed for bugs inside and outside my home, shop, shed, all seating areas and around the BBQ. These guys are so thorough! They laid traps and bait in spots that I don't see (thank god), and are coming back out after 1 week to check them all. Everything they use is pet safe, which is important as I have 2 dogs and a cat indoors. The cat is officially fired, and these guys got the job, but I can rest easier knowing that the chemicals and sprays are safe for them all, whereas my original sprays method was smelly and gross and I didn't trust my animals around it for 6+ hours after spraying. Customer service was beyond excellent. Chris and Tyler were extremely professional, explained the whole process including what they were doing and why, talked and joked with me, and put my fears at ease about this mouse situation. They are the best customer service people I've dealt with in a long time because of their friendliness and professionalism. The scheduling and reminder system is so nice for the consumer. The people on the phone are friendly and you can get an appointment within the week you call. The emails are detailed with notes about the visit, what the game plan is, what was used, and even chemical codes so if you wanted to look any of it up they provide that too. The service I'm on is quarterly with visits as needed for situations like the mouse issue where they will probably be out 3+ times in a month. No extra fees for extra visits or extra traps or anything. Simple and straightforward and fairly priced. Now we wait for the traps and bait to do their job and I'm confident these guys will have the mouse issue taken care of quickly, plus I don't have to worry about spiders anymore either! read more

Natura pest control is the best, period. Their values are small town. They know us by name, that's huge in a city that is no longer considered a small town. We were still fairly new with them when my fathers living room suddenly turned into hospice and he had days to live. While caring for my father, i noticed saw dust. They were carpenter ants, and with my father's ailing site, he never noticed. I called Natura Pest Control, and they came with my father in a hospital bed in the middle of his living room. They were there that same day.He was incoherent, but they treated him with the utmost respect and spent hours spraying and even going into the walls. Stated we most likely would need a second treatment and would know if we did, depending on if we see more sawdust. My father passed days later, and Natura never sent a bill. Instead, I got a sympathy card signed by everyone. We have been using them for almost 10 yrs. We always get notices when it's time, and we get a week reminder when service is due. Never in almost 10 years have i seen a spider or inaect in our home ever, and I am terrified of spiders to the point of crazy. Their turnover rate is very low, and we almost always get the same guy. He knows us and our house and our dogs. If we have any issues between our services, they are at our house same day, no charge, no matter how much time or how many times. They are real people with real small town values. Anyone would be foolish to go with anyone else. They are number 1 in extermination and customer service. They treat you like family. read more

I hate ants. I'm not all that excited about spiders. And those mean winged stingy things - aka yellow jackets aka hornets, wasps - whatever. I HATE THEM. We don't have any of these anymore, because we have Natura. We signed up for a seasonal (4X per year) service over a year ago. Let me also say they hire the best technicians. They are always kind, helpful, attentive, and communicate with us very well. I think they raid the local Boy Scout Troop to get these guys. Update: Tevin was here earlier today. He alerted us to a gas leak - at least the smell - that we had not noticed before. We immediately called NV Energy and he was RIGHT!! They found a small gas leak and fixed us up right away. We have used Natura for 3 years. It is a quarterly service BUT if you have ANY pest issues in between scheduled services, a phone call brings them quickly back to your home. The uptick in heat has brought out the little bugs that freak me out. We wanted a natural solution for our property and natura delivered. The gentleman that came to service our home was very professional and very friendly.
