We ended up at Bent Tree for my son's first year of Kindergarten (he's a late summer birthday) nearly by chance and I'm so glad we did! We transferred this past summer after having quite a few serious issues at the daycare he had been attending and it has been night/day with him since we did. He loves Bent Tree, it's never difficult getting him up in the morning to get him to go to school and we never have issues with him not wanting to go into the school (like the last place). The administration and teachers are so great and even though it's a larger daycare than we were attending- they all know our name and give us updates about our son when we see them. Ms Jackson, the Kindergarten teacher, is fantastic and has a good balance of getting the children to listen to her while still managing to be very easy-going. I don't know how she does it! Even the food is home cooked and much healthier than what he was eating previous- he came home the other day and told us he likes "broccoli but only at school". I'll take it! We are very happy here and would recommend it to anyone. read more

We love Bent Tree so much! Our daughter has been there almost 4 years now, and we couldn't be happier. Everyone is so friendly - they greet you when you walk in and seem to know every kid and parent by name which makes it feel more like a family. The teachers are the real deal. They are so involved and truly care about teaching and early childhood education. My daughter just turned 4 and can write her full name and is starting to learn how to read! They have an app where they update you on activities throughout the day and provide pictures and videos so you don't feel like you're missing out on anything. There isn't a day that they aren't learning! It can be scary and overwhelming to think about leaving your baby with anyone other than you, but I have recommended Bent Tree to so many new moms who are struggling to find that perfect place. We had been a part of Bent Tree family for 2 years. My son joined BTCDC when he was 15 month old and my daughter joined when she was 6 month. I can't say enough about Bent Tree. My son's teachers, Ms. Nicole and Ms. Elisa, have been a blessing for our family. They both genuinely care about the job that they are doing. They were patient, kind and compassionate when it came to responding to my son's many demands. My daughter's teacher was Ms. Hannatu, she's amazing! Ms. Hannatu is diligent, kind and cared for my daughter like her own! I always felt at ease while at work because I knew that my daughter was in a safe place. Her classroom is so clean that any parent feel comfortable in leaving their infant child. The admin staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Bent Tree CDC to anyone looking for an engaging and supportive place for their child. We'll miss Bent Tree as we no longer live In the area. read more

As the five stars indicate - it is as good as it gets. Our boys have attended this school since they were 9 months old until PK. It is the best choice we have found in the Addison and surrounding area. The majority of the teachers here have been with Bent Tree for a long time. They are dedicated to children's early childhood development and they excel in the domain. The school has a close relationship with Trinity Christian Acadamy next door; which makes an easy transitioning into K-school there. Families attend this school care about their kiddos' early development and creative learning. Kids are great friends with each other on and off-campus. All in all, we have nothing but great experiences with this school. read more

My daughters both went to Bent Tree Child Development Center. We had a wonderful experience with both administration and teachers. The communication piece is great in that the teachers use journals to communicate with parents and I always knew what type of day the girls had. The school held events like "Parent's Night Out" and Fall Festival where we participated on a less academic- more fun- level. My kids ate it up! One year, they even brought a little petting zoo in when classes were studying animals. The fact that they supply a healthy menu and before and after curriculum activities are included in tuition makes it a great deal for your dollar! read more

I am absolutely OBSESSED with this place. It is a great joy to teach at Bent Tree Child Development Center. The manner in which the administration cares for each teacher, student, and even family unit is beyond admirable. The hard work and dedication of each student to their student is displayed daily. I have two children who have attended Bent Tree and I cannot write enough good things about this school. From the infant classroom to the preschool classroom, each teacher we have encountered has been caring and loving while providing a structured learning environment. The office staff is excellent as well. The couple of small times an issue has come up they have been quick to address my concerns and work to solve the issue. My experience from the start with Cadence Academy Preschool has been wonderful. Ms. Tyffanie and Ms. Bobbie are amazing. They offer great information and instructions if you need anything. They are very quick to respond to you and they communicate whether it's, procare text, email etc. It's a wonderful place where your child can go every week and learn, have fun, and grow and play with their peers. Bent Tree Development Center is the only place we would trust my child in the DFW. We cannot speak highly enough about the staff and the center over all. Everyone is friendly, kind, and most importantly the children are all happy to be there. My wife and I were first time parents, dropping off our 6 week old to day care. What a scary experience. The fear was short lived and from day one we felt at ease knowing our baby was with Mrs. Michelle and Mrs. Sandy. Getting to see Mrs. Bobby every morning was also a plus! read more

I absolutely love Bent Tree! The office staff and teachers are respectful, kind, and loving to the children in their care. The infant teachers are amazing with my 4 month old son. They make sure to keep an extra close eye on him and always send me updated pictures to capture memories that I miss when I am at work. I have been a teacher for BTCDC for 6 months but I can honestly say my coworkers and I love what we do and enjoy coming to work. My is 4 months old and was born with health issues. The infant room teachers, office staff and other employees have been so good to him. They play, talk, and work with him daily. Our children were in preschool full time and now participate in after school transportation and care, as well as school holiday care when our elementary school is closed.
