I am so happy we picked this place! I toured 4 other daycares but loved that both times we came here the whole place is super kid friendly with decor, friendly staff who are always interacting with the kids, and safety measures. Our infant daughter has been here two months now and is always happy when we drop her off and she sees her classroom. When we pick her up she is playing or interacting with others. Always having a good time! They have a great app that updates me through the day on how much she is eating and drinking as well as pictures of fun and cute activities. It's always clean and I appreciate the security cameras, footage, observation window, and key pad at the door. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's at an affordable price! It was a big decision to trust our daughters care to others but we have been really happy with our decision. read more

I used to love this place. My kids were thriving. Here recently after a change, I noticed my kids were no longer coming home with new things they learned and were coming home with heavily soiled pull-ups EVERYDAY. To them telling me my children didn't bring their bag or it wasn't pull-ups in their bag today but then when I look in the bag in front of them it's plenty of pull-ups in the bag. No one just never took time to look. To them making comments about my sons attire. Ive noticed other things as well, one morning I was dropping off one of my children and she was crying, no one tried to comfort her. In fact the lady whom which I never seen before just let cry she didn't even try to say anything to her. From my kids being called a**holes, my son being crazy all from "teachers". I found the new director to be very RUDE. If you are running a business such as a daycare you should never call a parent and say their child is turning new parents away due to typical things a 3 year old does. I'm very disappointed at the turn events. Needless to say my children won't be back. read more

My 3-year-old loves this place. Even wanted to bring his teacher flowers & acorns from the house, after a week. I knew then, they have really connected with him one-on-one! They are taking new enrollments, which was hard to find, plus with everything we wanted. They are very COVID cautious, reasonably priced and includes lunch/snacks. All drop-offs/pick-ups are at main door with temperature checks (yes, even staff. I watched from car.) This set up, makes the transition very easy and my kid is eager to get inside to play/learn. At first, I did not like the front door drop-off, but it actually ended up making the transition easier for both of us. read more

I have watched this school grow over the years and have seen first hand the great work they do in teaching our children and providing a Christian environment. We wanted to write a very honest review of this day care because we do not want any other parents to make the mistake of enrolling their child here. We were drawn to Children's Ark because of the Christian values and foundation it is built on, we liked the doctrine of the Sent Church this daycare is a part of as well. Our child was in the 12 -24 month old class for about 3 months. We were caught up in all the "pro's" of the tour and everything appeared to be a great fit, not the case after we enrolled and started experiencing the operations on a day to day basis. The classroom was very small, and equipment was somewhat dated. No big deal, however we did bring concerns about certain furniture pieces. Number one, one of the highchairs was older and had a metal bar behind the head area, we would check on child at feeding times and saw them banging head on this metal piece. Our family went out and physically purchased material to go over this metal to eliminate the problem. We provided this to Director, Benita and it was never implemented. We also noticed the diaper changing area had a wooden separator near where child heads would lay, children would hit their head on this, we asked for them to fix, and of course our concerns went unnoticed. On the same topic of highchair, the feeding time that was on the daily schedule was never the actual time the occasion took place. Our family members would arrive to check on child at this said feeding time, our child was in the highchair for over an hour on multiple occasions. The teachers would feed children then put them down for nap one by one, seems like a good process, however our child was more often the last child to go down, leaving them in the chair for incredibly too long. On 3 occasions our family member was present and our child was sitting in a highchair, in their feces. For how long? We don't want to know. Our family member would take our child home immediately because we were appalled. When we had our child at home and it was feeding time, they would kick and scream when attempting to go in highchair, we thought it was strange and now we know why they are terrified of being stuck in any chair for an extended period of time. Two of the teachers in the class are excellent, we felt that our concerns would be addressed which is why we stayed longer than we should of. Our child enjoyed the AM teacher especially. The daycare is under new management and we noticed turn over. A new teacher began about a month and a half after enrollment, no notice was given, no introduction, nothing. Very unprofessional in our opinion. This new teacher attitude was the last straw for us. We witnessed them grabbing children's arms, never smiling, just visibly seemed completely miserable. We gave grace the first few encounters, everyone has bad days. This behavior did not change. We took our child out of this daycare when we arrived and child was in the above mentioned high chair again. We left and advised classroom teachers we will not be returning. Director was out for lunch at that time. The director still to this day has not reached out to us in regard to the dis-enrollment of our child in the middle of the day! Please stay away from Children's ark, we would of done anything to of had an honest review of this day care prior to this experience. read more

We did a drop in day and toured and there were many great features. We loved that we were able to do the drop in day, the indoor gym is amazing and the teacher that would be for our daughter was pretty great. Also it's very affordable. It was a little further than we cared to drive and I couldn't get a good feel of what the curriculum is there either, class rooms seem kind of small as well read more

The teachers and staff are all so amazing and great with the kids. I believe the care for the children is 110% above and beyond !

Day care was running half a day without running water. Daycare doesn't look clean, sleeping matts are dirty. Went for a tour and left because of screaming teachers. Management doesn't seem friendly. When I came in I was greeted by one of the ladies. Heavy set. She had no smile was not nice and was not willing to have a conversation with me until it was time to talk about payments. All they wanted was my money. Saw the kids walking down the hallway and none of them looked like they wanted to be there. read more
