The moment we toured and met the teachers, I was so excited to bring my 2 year old and 6 month old. This school has been SO amazing for both boys development in such a short time. My son RUNNNSSS into the building so excited to see his teachers, Mrs. Aida and Mrs. Alma. They are so fun and you can see they give their all to those kiddos. The infant room is also full of such special women!! Mrs. Cindy and Mrs. Bheda are always so sweet when I drop off my baby and I love seeing all the pictures and activities they do! When I do pick up in the afternoon, Mrs. Ambreen and Mrs. Yu are always letting me know all the cute things my baby did that day and so sweet in celebrating his little changes! His teachers were fantastic (Ms. Trisa and Ms. Briana); so caring and attentive. He loved going to school every day to see them and play with his friends. They posted several daily photos so my husband and I could see what he did all day and "check-in" on him. The front office was friendly and communicative. We sadly had to withdraw him since we moved out of the area and even though we're at a different Primrose, it doesn't hold a candle to Primrose West Plano (so far). We miss it so much!

In order to run a child development center you need to have a child development background a strong background in child development not other children programs alone child development is so sensitive that you need to do pop-ins, there should be open door policies for anyone to come in and participate especially with our parents. Children should have a right to express themselves without corporal punishment standing for an hour staff goes to lunch for our child's still stands for hour that responsibility relies on the board shame on you! When you fire everybody that assist with running your program well they may even outshine you as the lead you let them go because in the end the rule of thumb is never how anyone that outshines you yes!? How can one claim to be diverse when everything is all about you who may not even like themselves as a leader. I understand the several years look good on paper but the lack of professionalism does not!! No leadership in a non-profit organization should have so much power, to the point where each week is a new week for a new employee for a new beginning... The program suffers for leadership, true leadership. To inform an employee's if it they will let go because they were just not a fit but only demonstrated the true gifts that were needed at the time, due to the fact that there was no real program in place, due to the fact that leadership could not understand her own program. The leadership may know how to communicate with the public, and even very well... But this does not dismiss the lack of true professionalism where the Love by the community or not the truth is the truth and the proof is always in the pudding when it's good it is really good when it's bad it is totally bad and when it's shameful it's totally shameful but only one can blame the true leadership and that is the board of Directors themselves, never staff, view your program wisely Please without favor, the children deserve BETTER P.S. I NEVER DID QUIT, I TOO WAS FIRED! I LOVE MY GOD, AND MY COMMUNITY, AND WOULD HAVE NOT FAILED THIS AGENCY, BUT WOULD HAVE WORKED HARDER ELEVATE IT!!

Ms. Narmatha is such a sweet teacher and we will miss her dearly as my youngest has graduated to move on to elementary school. The school and the staff have been playing a significant role in the development and growth of our daughter. Over time since she joined, Isha loved going to school. Apart from the outstanding curriculum, numerous other activities like Christmas celebrations, Easter Egg Hunt, the annual graduation ceremony, etc., have piqued Isha's interest and made her appreciate the time she is spending in school. The very manner she greets the kids in the morning not only brightens their days but ours as well. I witnessed an employee changing one of the infants on the playmat where the kids play when there was an available changing table, she would undress all of the kids while eating lunch instead of simply using a bib, and admittedly lied about daily documentation (specifically when and how much my child was eating). The outside play equipment was filthy and my kid would have clothes covered in dirt. We ultimately had to leave due to safety concerns.
