She still charged us deposits for three weeks, regardless of texts and phone calls stating that we would let her know a week at a time and that we would not be going for three weeks.

I asked them to cancel…read morebut they didn't do , later the consecutive month they said 30-day notice required and again debit one month $79 without the service. They have fraud policy to give written notice to cancel 30 days before, but we can register and do everything online. Their portal have option to add your all credit cards but you cannot remove any of the card. If you ask any questions to the front desk, they give card to send email to director. Director doesn't care anything just rob money.
