Our three kids come here for gymnastics every Saturday. This facility is always organized, well prepared, and very clean. The coaches are each great and our kids are all clearly progressing in their skills! Other gymnastics places nearby can be very chaotic and disorganized -- not to mention trying to schedule classes for three kids can result in three different timeslots per week. We switched to ASI so we could get good experiences for all three kids all at the same Saturday timeslot! Not only that, but we had our 6 year old's birthday party here and it exceeded our expectations! The hosts were absolutely phenomenal with the kids. Great energy, everybody had a blast, and they take care of everything so you as the parent can just relax and take pictures. Our son was very clearly loving his birthday party, and I am so so grateful that we chose to have it at ASI! This will be our go-to birthday party venue going forward! read more

The best! I didn't expect to like ASI but a friend invited my daughter and I was so wrong. This location is big, beautiful, super clean & the entire staff is incredibly nice & very professional. My daughter learned more in one month at ASI than she did for almost a full year at different gymnastics company. Kudos to Coach Jessica & Coach Jayman they are amazing! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I as a mother who was born and raised gymnast, could not believe the customer service. This place is uneducated and rude. I would never support this company or brand ever. They take advantage from open to close. The owner is not fluent in customer service, rude and uncooperative. read more

Really unfortunate to have to write this review, but a strong word of warning about ASI and money. Our girl's final month of enrollment was during the holiday month and we informed the staff we'd be out for weeks on travel, so we'd schedule makeups when we got back. Upon returning, we go to schedule those sessions we already paid for, and ASI tells us the money we spent was a commitment for that final enrollment month, and unless we paid for another month, makeups could not carryover. That is literally stealing! We paid for a service and they didn't complete their end of the agreement. We told the staff ahead of time we'd be gone. Why did they not tell us then about their policy? And why - WHY did they come up with THAT policy? Again, unfortunate to say all this because our girls did like their coaches. Too bad they don't get to see them more as we're not risking losing another dime to ASI's disturbing lack of ethics and decency. This is not where hard-working parents like yourselves should put your money towards. Other gymnastic facilities surely won't rob you like ASI. read more

My daughter has been going here since she was 4, she'll be 6 this Oct. She loves it so much we also signed her up for tumbling. She moved up levels pretty quickly, now in girls silver (gymnastics) all of her coaches have been wonderful! I even enjoy watching all the other coaches and how fun and patient they are w all the kiddos. I would recommend this location to anyone! read more

great staff and very clean facility. I would give 5 stars BUT! Please, please either get rid of or reduce your "air freshener". I could smell it from the parking lot. while we were in there it was so strong I could literally taste it. At home I noticed the clothes we were wearing and my own and my children's hair smelled so STRONGLY of it. I still have a headache. the thing spews and spews its fragrance. I can't imagine it's healthy for small children and more fragile populations. read more

Writing this review now while Nikki (my daughter's gym teacher) is essentially giving my 3 year old a private gym lesson. After a 15 minute meltdown consisting of my daughter screaming and crying, Nikki spent some time consoling her before asking her what she wanted to (she could pick anything!) since she was the only attendee for the day. No surprise my daughter wanted to play with the bubbles (usually a special end of class treat). Can't say enough how much I appreciate the patience and desire to make my daughter enjoy her time regardless of how the beginning of her session started. These instructors really care and enjoy being around littles and it shows. Grateful for them and this gym! read more

Very frustrating. When you get there, you can never figure out where your child should go. If you miss, they say you can make up but they never have space in classes to make up. My 7 year old has been in the class for months and is still just jumping on a trampoline in the class, not learning any real skills. And then when we let them know that we'd be done for a month for the summer, they billed us anyway. Unbelievable. read more

So disappointing! Called multiple times to schedule my daughter for privates that she needed to try out for cheer at her school. After going through others I finally spoke with Ashley the manager who assured me that she would call me back that evening. Never called! So then I called back the next day-no answer. Took my child here last year for summer camp and it was great. Our first visit this year not so great. During the 8:00 am to 1:00 PM the morning break was taken early. After 20 Minutes I checked to see where the summer camp Kids went. I found a group of about 15 of them out on the sidewalk right next to the Drive entering the facility. They were drawing with sidewalk chalk. No fence to protect them if one of them suddenly ran out onto the Drive entering the facility. There was a staff member with them but still I found this to be a dangerous situation. The kids did not have sunscreen on, the cement sidewalk was hot, and it was in the 90's. Even though they were only out there for 15 minutes it was unacceptable. They should not have been there at all. read more

Security, ZERO! If you truly love your child, read this!!! First Day, Sunday: After a long day, picked up our daughter but didn't have the receipt, nor the number (my wife had at the time). The attendant resolution was simply "Don't worry about it. That is fine!". Second Day, following Monday: After another long day, picked up our daughter again and slowly walked through the attendants towards the door, looking at their faces and nothing was done, they were too busy joking around. So far, it has been 19 hours since we left the place and I have received no calls nor e-mail with any security check measure. I am wondering if their Pick Up list was updated this morning. read more

This is such an awesome place. I take my 2.5 year-old daughter here and she absolutely loves it. We've only gone one time and the personnel there are all very sweet and friendly. I especially like Coach Nicole. We have 5 students in her class and she provides that one-on-one with each of her students. You can tell that she really loves to work with kids. So happy my husband originally found this place on Groupon. We moved to Plano in Sept. of 2016 & needed to find activities for our baby girl & this became our most favorite place. Originally we just signed up for the gymnastics.. but she begs to go when school is closed to their camp ( 2 sessions, 8-1 & 1-6 ) & super reasonable with the prices! & we have used parents night out - few hours that are much needed since we don't have family here to help watch her. I am a fan of ASI. We have been taking classes for nearly a year and my kids truly enjoy it. In addition, their motor skills have increased tremendously and it is noticeable by their school teachers. The staff is professional but they make the classes fun. They communicate well about the progress or struggles. They also offer after school care, and day camps during school breaks (winter, spring and summer) at a reasonable price. We have hosted birthday parties and attended birthday parties at several ASI locations.The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you enjoy your child's party. They set up and clean up, and they help to serve everything. You even get small goody bags or cups for all of the participants. I was especially impressed by the fact that our party hosts quickly learned the names of our guests. I find the class offerings to be very flexible and the staff is knowledgeable whenever I have questions. I believe that you can try a class for free as well. read more

This is such a great place for kids and families! My daughter loves Open Gym night on Friday nights and it is only $10. Kids exercise and have tons of fun. The instructors and staff are ambitious and really know how to get the kids excited. I highly recommend signing your kids up for lessons and/or for open gym. Also, once a month they have parents night out for $20 and its like a carnival in there! Last week the kids had survivor night-creative and engaging with prizes! LOVE ASI GYM!!! read more

I don't know what to expect being a first time mom but the staff at ASI was fabulous! I couldn't ask for a better experience and my 21 month old didn't want to leave on her first day. That must speak volumes coming from a tiny tot! We will be signing up for the weekly gym class and the starter test class was a perfect deal to try out. I have been going here for almost a year now.The coaches are very good the equipment is fantastic.Almost every body there is super nice.I am in power tumbling sliver and girls gold gymnastics.They do party's and they are great.The normal classes are great.They have a team there which is very well trained.They have bleachers where parents can sit.People at the front desk are very friendly.And I am positive you will have a great time at ASI Gymnastics. read more

Took my little girl to a free trial class and she liked it. She is bilingual which I think it's hard for her to understand everything the teacher said. She just turned 3 and very curious and wandered off a lot. The teacher at the trial class was very nice, friendly, patient, energetic and very engaging. So we signed up for a class after the trial. Today we got a different teacher, she was nice and good at trying to get my little wanderer to stay put and listen but there was a lot of lack of energy from the teacher. Teacher wasn't really engaging, playful, energetic,maybe it's Monday morning, I don't know. If this was a trial class I don't think I would have signed up for a class based on the energy and friendliness of this teacher. Also the toilets bowls were dirty with lots of stains and old discolored and chipped seats. They could use some upgrade in the restroom. Overall I recommend this place and teachers are nice but could be the bad Monday morning today. read more
