The lady at the front desk asked us if we were over 21 as we were looking at the selection. At first, it didn't bother us but she continued to make inappropriate comments and continuously assumed that we were not 21 even after we told her multiple times that we were of age. Some of the comments she made were "I can't have you looking at the selection for this long". As a paying customer, why not? And "we don't have a local beer selection." As we were literally looking at their local beers. It was so overwhelming and disrespectful that we just checked out with what we had and left. Very strange encounter.

Yes, they sell alcoholic products too, but they were frankly not my focus. Bayside is located behind Testa's in a small inner shopping area, so you can find them back from the streets. Follow Testa's outdoor seating. They are also near other fun looking tourist shops and an outdoor ATM.

We chatted with him for quite awhile, and shared some travel stories. We did some Christmas shopping, and were delighted with the store's variety. Truthfully, there is so much variety that if you are a bit of a prude, you may want to read carefully before buying. But Gurung would want your opinions. Definetely a local color stop for all tourists.
