I looked at the reviews before doing business like one usually does but thought the same thing as you probably will. "They have far more good reviews than bad, must mean something right? I felt the need to warn other buyers to stay away unless you want to deal with headaches for every issue you have with your vehicle. Communication is practically nonexistent. Days go by without anyone calling to explain what's wrong with your vehicle or provide an update. Trying to reach someone by phone is almost impossible. Calls go unanswered, messages are never returned, and you're left wondering what's going on. Even simple services are taking far longer than they should. There are no shuttle services or loaner vehicles available, leaving customers stranded while they wait. The service advisors don't seem properly trained. They struggle to explain what services are being offered and don't even know how to look up warranty information correctly. That's basic knowledge that customers should be able to expect. What's even more disappointing is the leadership. While customers stand in line waiting for help, the Service Manager appears content to sit in his office instead of assisting his overwhelmed staff. When he finally does come out, he's rude and dismissive rather than trying to resolve concerns. It's obvious something changed in management because this is not the Honda service department I knew for years. The professionalism, customer service, and efficiency that once made me choose Honda have completely disappeared. This department has damaged the reputation that Sames Honda spent years building. Evelyn Sames needs to take a serious look at what's happening in the service department before it drives away even more loyal customers. It would not. He opened the fuse box and showed me the starter relay. Look at the pictures. One relay, the starter relay, is missing the cover. The cover was not in the fuse box - if it mysteriously blew off the relay. Somebody tampered with it.
