I repeatedly ask to double check everything the first time and when I came back ... The next day my car was was doing exactly same thing and then all the dashboard ligth came on and also it was choking like if it was out of gas ... to make a long story short they didn't plug the wiring back correctly i let the them seat on the of the engine ... i had to pay to have all that corrected then they left some bolts loose from engine mount ... after I told them to take their time repeatedly to do the job ,they just ignored me. The front desk said that they were only going to charge for the computer diagnosis and not the visual inspection. But I never requested any computer check because my car didn't have any service lights 'on'. But I just wanted for them to give me the report on my car and get out of there. Because the day before I left my car like at 08:30 and I was told they would be done with visual inspection that same day but I called at 5:30 pm and was told they didn't have time to check it and if I wanted to leave it overnight or pick it up and bring it again in the morning. Not even an apology for not calling me in advanced so I could make plans to get a ride for work the next day. So anyways WATCHOUT again with that front deck don't let them poke your eyes like they did to me. Make sure they tell you straight out how much you're gonna pay. I took my boyfriend's car to get an oil change because it is brand new, it was the first time the car was getting an oil change and only has 7,000 miles since it left the dealership. He drives a 2025 Honda HRV Sport. So, we figured it wouldn't be any issue getting it done. We arrived at the shop and were immediately greeted and told the car would be finished in about 15 minutes or less. I even took my own oil and oil filter. We paid and were even upsold on the air filter. (in hindsight, i was stupid for saying yes). However, we wanted the car to be getting excellent care since...its brand new. We left that day and thought it was pretty nice and quick and easy. Two weeks later, we are driving on IH-35 traveling towards laredo when the skid plate that protects the engine from debris from under the car partially falls off and starts immediately scratching up as a result of the friction from the road. At first, I thought it was something we might have hit going through a bump on the road or something that might have caused this. however, upon further inspection it was clear that the technician who did our oil change did not properly secure or replace the pop in fasteners to keep it secure. Instead, it appears that they just bent it and tucked it in with the bumper. Let this serve as a precautionary tale so that if you visit this location you can make sure they don't screw you over for lazy work.

This delay caused significant issues for me, as I had carefully planned my time in order to return to work. Because of this, I lost an hour of work and had to pay for three Uber rides since my truck wasn't ready in the estimated time. Additionally, when I asked about my truck, a woman responded unclearly and unhelpfully, saying that if it wasn't in the front, it must be in the back. My truck was in the back of the building What frustrated me the most was that, even though I had a scheduled appointment, they left my truck for last because they "had work from the previous day." I find this extremely disrespectful and poorly managed. I do not recommend this place, as they don't respect their customers' time or honor scheduled appointments, even if you show up on time.

But previously, when I first got these tires they gave a 2 hour wait and actually took almost 5 hours! What is this? I see the A"techs" just there walking slowly and mostly staring at each other of at the vehicles, with no sense of urgency. This is unacceptable, the only savings grace for this place is the deals and sales they have in tires. But its almost not worth the money in all honesty. Hire better employees, not just anyone that shows up.

I've been taking my vehicle to the Grease Monkey on International and Loop 20 for years, and I've…read morenever felt as disappointed or upset as I do now. I went in for a simple oil change, and as usual, they asked if I wanted to replace the air filter and cabin filter. Nothing out of the ordinary--until I left. When I opened my glove box to put away my receipt, I was shocked. It looked like someone had been rummaging through it, as if they were searching for money or something to take. I have photos showing exactly how I found it. I called immediately, and the employee told me, "Well ma'am, sometimes they need to open your glove box to get to the cabin filter." I explained that this isn't the first time they've checked my filters, and never--not once--has my glove box been left in that condition. I felt completely violated. Thankfully, I didn't have anything valuable in there, but this experience has made me lose trust. From now on, I'll make sure to remove anything important before taking my car in for service. Just a warning to others--be cautious. I'm extremely upset.

We took a trip to Laredo and he immediately wanted to wash the road bugs/dirt off our vehicle. He went in to get an oil change for his truck that comes with a car wash, which he upgraded to a basic interior cleaning. He's pretty particular about keeping his car clean and immediately noticed as he was leaving that the tint on his windows was scratched. Trust that he keeps tabs on exactly what his truck looks like, so this was 100% done here. To be fair, I encouraged him to complain and he said there would be no way to prove it was done there as he didn't have before/after pics, so im not sure what actions would have been taken to correct the damage. So he took the L, but i figured I'd warn others who like to keep their things nice that you might end up having to pay for a new tint job.

They were offering to fix the A/C with good labor cost fees, but the high fees came from them having to ship in the parts. They did offer to fix the issue with parts that I had, but there would not be any warranty as they didn't order the parts. I decided to have the car fixed at PepBoys and now i have good, working A/C blowing in my car. Thank you to the honest people who work here. I'm proud to say that I can rely on these amazing group of people.
