Called to ask for an appointment for an oil change. They tell you to come in "right then" for an opening. An hour later, still no service, no one has paid at check out either, and no promise that the car will be finished anytime soon. All I needed was a 5 min oil change. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Sames. I went there two weeks ago and I told my salesman Nicholas Galvan what I wanted and what I was looking for. He wasn't like other salesman that push you into something you aren't comfortable with. He was straight to the point. Made it his priority to get me the vehicle I needed and to get me out within the same day. I was able to get my dream truck and I wouldn't have been able to do it without his help or the staff at Sames. Highly recommend him. read more

I understand that parts can be delayed, but 10 weeks without a clear timeline is unacceptable--especially when this is my primary vehicle. What makes it worse is that the dealership has not been willing to offer a loaner or any type of temporary solution while my truck has been out of service for over two months. Customer service doesn't end when a vehicle is sold. When major repairs are needed, especially something as significant as a transmission replacement, there should be better communication, proactive updates, and some level of support for the customer during the wait. At this point, I'm frustrated by the lack of urgency and accommodation. I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future because no customer should be without their vehicle for this long without meaningful assistance.

I went in for a simple oil change, and as usual, they asked if I wanted to replace the air filter and cabin filter. Nothing out of the ordinary--until I left. When I opened my glove box to put away my receipt, I was shocked. It looked like someone had been rummaging through it, as if they were searching for money or something to take. I have photos showing exactly how I found it. I called immediately, and the employee told me, "Well ma'am, sometimes they need to open your glove box to get to the cabin filter." I explained that this isn't the first time they've checked my filters, and never--not once--has my glove box been left in that condition. I felt completely violated. Thankfully, I didn't have anything valuable in there, but this experience has made me lose trust. From now on, I'll make sure to remove anything important before taking my car in for service. Just a warning to others--be cautious. I'm extremely upset.

We took a trip to Laredo and he immediately wanted to wash the road bugs/dirt off our vehicle. He went in to get an oil change for his truck that comes with a car wash, which he upgraded to a basic interior cleaning. He's pretty particular about keeping his car clean and immediately noticed as he was leaving that the tint on his windows was scratched. Trust that he keeps tabs on exactly what his truck looks like, so this was 100% done here. To be fair, I encouraged him to complain and he said there would be no way to prove it was done there as he didn't have before/after pics, so im not sure what actions would have been taken to correct the damage. So he took the L, but i figured I'd warn others who like to keep their things nice that you might end up having to pay for a new tint job.

I took my Ram 1500 to Sames Quick Lane to get an oil change and was not surprised when I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. No longer do I feel the need to travel 300 miles round trip just to get my vehicle serviced. Now it is as it should be good quality, dependable service on a consistent basis IN LAREDO! Thanks to Charlie, Mary and Omar and congratulations to the Service manager for being on point, having employees working there that obviously care about customer service and technicians that know their stuff, and get it done. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! Mr.Luis Salas Service Advisor did an oustanding job. He booked my service appointment over the weekend. Come Monday morning I dropped off my vehicle with him which btw the process of doing that merely took arround 3 minutes. This was at 8am, by 12:10 that same afternoon, Yes 4hrs later Mr.Salas already had my vehicle Repaired. Even though our local dealership had a very limited stock on the vehicle we were looking for they went above and beyond to locate and acquire the car we wanted from another dealership/City.
