Went back on Tuesday (driving from manistee) just to have the same worker tell me again that they are not a pick up point. And again got extremely rude. Another worker finally asked our name and got our packages while the other employee continued to berate us telling us they don't handle packages. After this experience I will never work with them again. Not looking for a generic apology. After reading other reviews it seems this is a trend with you.

I entered the following search terms in Google: "traverse city digital passport photo". Google listed three businesses under the "Places" label, one of which was The Copy Shop. When I drove to the Shop, however, I was told it doesn't provide digital passport photos. Granted, this may not be the Shop's fault. I expected Google to list businesses which satisfied all five "search" words. Google may have been programmed to display those which satisfy even just a few of the words. Nonetheless, the result was a wasted trip. So beware: if you use Google to locate businesses which provide a service, and it lists The Copy Shop, call the Shop to verify it offers the service before driving there.

So now my $1.50 purchase was extorted into a $5.00 purchase. Nowhere does it say this and the lady firmly told me it was their policy and refused to bend. The pages were time sensitive and they have the monopoly on printing in Grayling so I buckled and bought it. It was quite a tactic to raise someone's purchase nearly 300 percent. I look at the bigger picture. I think if their customer service model is to be that underhanded with small purchases they have no problem sticking it to people with big purchases and if I ever need printing services I'll look up the road in Gaylord or online. I understand it costs to use card machine and would've had no problem with an additional .50 cents that the rest of the world charges under this sort of circumstance, but none the less my business has forever been lost.
