This location and the Hapeville locations are the worst. Dr's are not empathetic, quick to give you a 3 month DOT card, when you're in the process of improving your health, but yet, I've seen and know CDL holders who are nearly 5 times bigger than me, are still operating commercial vehicles, knowing that they're a liability to the company. Plus staff at the Midtown location is rude, passive and service is slow. I would not recommend these 2 locations to anyone. I'd say stay as far as you can from them and go elsewhere. read more

Just go to the emergency room! Not kidding! You will be here for hours! The parking lot is super small, the day staff is extra rude and the wait time is super long. Even if you have an appointment, you will wait! My appointment was at 10:45am and at 11:30am I asked the woman what was taking so long. She proceeds to hand me a paper that reads that can take up to an hour to see you, with an appointment! Why make an appointment if you are going to have to wait two to three hours? They also don't really help you, physically. The doctor gave me a prescription for some Tylenol. I could've bought that over the counter! read more

Caduceus - Midtown - Front desk at Caduceus 555 Peachtree st - Occupational Therapy Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

I was forced to go here by Liberty Mutual to get shanked by the Dr. Darkness. The staff is friendly but my complaint is first off the parking lot is too small - the place looks like a strip mall. Looks like the poorest Caduceus office in Georgia. BUT - that's just a minor annoyance. If you ever get forced to go here as an injured worker, you might get examined by this Dr. Dark, who is a paid off Doctor and an equal opportunity hater. I wouldn't call him an Uncle Tom - because 'm sure he is shanking anyone who walks through that door with an on the job injury claim. This "doctor" "examines" you by touching your belt - you don't have to take your clothes off, and then declaring your injury is not work related. He might take an xray - and tell you he cannot diagnose muscular, soft tissue or nerve injuries with an xray - and then proceed to give a diagnosis to the insurance company. If you have a work related injury, this place don't care about you - they only care about pleasing the insurance company - even if they pretend to be doctor types that they cannot possibly be. For example, Dr. Dark will tell you he isn't a Neurologist - but will give the insurance company his "neurological decision" - he will tell you he needs an MRI, but will never get one and tell the insurance company whatever they want to hear - as if he actually examined you. If you have any choice, don't go to this dark place to get railroaded by Dr. Dark. Stay away! read more

Horrible. No MD on site for first visit or follow up visit. Waited 3 hours in pain with a neck injury for a Nurse practitioner to come from another site in Hapeville . Intake information was changed back an hour and paper work reflected that I was examined even though no practitioner examined me. I was told that my neck cray looked okay, given a bag of pills and cold packs and sent home. I was instructed to follow up and made an appointment for a week out and specifically requested a MD. In the meantime, I am a Registered nurse that works in an imaging center. My MRI shows a bulging disc. I took the disc to my follow up, again a lengthy wait and no MD on site, just a nurse practitioner . They cannot use my MRI without a printed report . This is Workman comp. I will be changing my care to an orthopedist. read more

Had to go here for a pre- employment screening. I was in the office for over 2 hours.I asked where the bathroom was and they seemed very agitated that I needed to go. To make matters worse I didn't get the job but that's not the reason for the terrible review, they really were just slow and awful. read more

Waited 3 hours for a DRUG TEST!! This is a clinic NOT A FRICKING HOSPITAL!! To make matters worse my company told me they didn't receive my drug test and they called this location to ask where was it and they claimed that I never even stepped foot in that clinic! I was on hold for 20 mins! The first time they hung up! Then after making me wait 20 mins on the phone they ask me for my phone number and they will call me. SMH! WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS. Horrible. I came at 5am because I was told the wait would be better. Two individuals were in front of me. Their actual procedures went by quickly but the staff definitely takes their time in between. Honestly, I only think he took the second person back because two other people came in behind me (30+ minutes later). After waiting an hour and a half after last person left I would have traveled farther away from home for a drug test if I'd known this extreme delay and neglect of courtesy & consumer's time beforehand. read more

You come out better going to Grady. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They stand behind the counter and gossip about patients when they depart from the building. You wait for hours just fill out paperwork. Then you wait additional hours to be called to the back. They need to fire and rehire. The employees here lack efficiency and professionalism especially in a healthcare setting. read more

This is the most disgusting facility I have ever been to. i was forced to receive a pre-employment physical from this establishment. I waited over a half hour before I received paperwork to fill out. Above the wait time, The entire facility is covered in layers of dirt. I had blood drawn in a room without proper equipment - ie, I had to lay my arm on a counter top for lack of a chair with arm rests. There was NOT a sink in the room where my blood was drawn. As a result, the medical assistant did NOT wash her hands prior to taking my blood. The staff is, for lack of better words, ghetto and unprofessional. I now have an appointment with my accredited doctor to have labs done to ensure I didn't catch any diseases as a result of the lack of minimum hygiene in this "medical" facility. If they cannot be bothered to mop and wipe off equipment, who knows what hazardous diseases are brewing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more
