Not a safe space for women, my drink got spiked bc the bartender assume I was Alone. I almost ended in the hospital. I was only drinking sparkling wine should not had made me drop to the floor. Do not go to this place

I felt like I was in Vegas. Even though I wasn't. I was in New Orleans! Amazing casino. Beautiful decor and very good dealers.

Is gambling for everyone? Well it was fun for me This property is now beautiful and Caesar's has really turned this place into something It's clean, cold ac, clean restrooms and with plenty of machines. If you get hungry the options are great and similar to some in Vegas. This location gives you some glimmer and shine like the Vegas strip Enjoyed my time at Caesar's and will be back

I ended up staying one night here and wished I stayed an extra night so I can explore New Orleans. Being a diamond member has it's perk as I get free parking and early check in is waived. It is usually $30 dollars. Parking garage is hidden on the side of Harrah's on Poydras. Once you make a right the parking garage is there. I had to do a few rounds trying to find the parking lot. My advice is if you have a car probably stay at the Harrah's side as the parking garage is there. Otherwise you will need to go underneath the tunnel and go inside the casino in there. But I saw the rooms were nicer. I ended up staying at the Harrah's suite as I was able to get it comped by asking my host. But getting rooms for free is a plus as I am sure staying in a premium location near the French Quarter can cost in the hundreds a night. Getting free parking can be a challenge and wish they had a better system as I inserted the ticket and I have to call the people and tell them my Caesar's number which can be a hassle. I am sure there is a better way, but the staff do not know. Garage elevator needs to be fixed as it is old and the 4th level button does not work and there is a button missing on one of the levels. Only 2 out of the three elevators work. Room wise, I was impressed on the room and nice. They stocked it with water and the air conditioner worked really well. There are some hotels that gets too hot, but this one gets too cold. I had a good night sleep, but too bad I only got 5 hours of sleep as I was too excited to walk in the French Quarter in the morning. I have pictures and a video that show the room. Casino wise, they have a great selection of games and I ended up leaving a winner. I ended up getting a handpay and this helped made up for me losing at Harrah's in Biloxi as I got creamed there. I enjoyed their high limit area and a good selection of games. I was lucky on the first night there, but in the morning, I did not have much luck which was alright. My experience was good here as I did not get slaughtered. One thing about this casino is their machines do not take $1 dollar bills so before I left. They always go around asking for drinks which can be annoying sometimes especially when I am in a bonus. Overall, I would not mind coming here, but with my wife next time.

I love this casino so happy it was across from our hotel!! It's a very nice casino that is clean and very modern. They have a very nice food cafe as well. The steakhouse was nice and very good customer service and shrimp Caesar salad. They Also have Nobu here which is very nice and upscale! This casino gets crowded and have a lot of positive vibes. I'm happy I came here to celebrate the end of my bday! I recommend this casino it's fun and have good eatery options. -Marshay D.

A natural smelling Casino. You can tell they recycle the air. There is no smoking inside. When you first arrive they scan your id. Thus no one under age is allowed. It's a bit chilly inside. Compared to the warm December day. We went on a Monday and it wasn't crowded. Overall it reminds me of a Vegas casino. It's huge.

Caesars Sportsbook is such a fun place to catch a game. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming, and there's always a good buzz in the room from the casino. Drinks are decent and the folks here--both staff and fellow fans--are a friendly bunch. Whether you're here for a big matchup or just to hang out and watch whatever's on, it's an easy place to spend a few hours.

A casino that doesn't have smoking inside! We appreciated that. We did not appreciate being charged $16.00 for a jack and coke. We ate at the food court and then left.

    Roulette Time!! All black chips!!

I give this place 5 stars because they have roulette, that's our favorite game, and it's kept clean, and most of all because we walked away Hundreds richer. Lol. We walked here from bourbon street, and shopped and ate along the way. The dealers were pretty quiet not too engaging but that's ok, they are still nice.

The place has changed since Harrah (2019) had no real fun. Slots don't pay out much. Won't come again. Stick to Vegas.

The building itself is situated in an area that's relatively close to everything and would be a short drive- Uber ride away. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly front desk staff. We were then passed over to another pair that wanted to help us with our trips itinerary. They were overly friendly and wanted to be really helpful. We had things to do so we went up to our room and that's when the phone calls started. They were very aggressive and I did not put two and two together until I remembered this was a Wyndham hotel *cue ominous music*. It's a Wyndham. You're gonna get offered all kinds of free stuff and discounts but you have to attend a "presentation" in order to get them. In Wyndham speak that means timeshare presentation. If you don't know, they basically kidnap you and force you to buy a timeshare for 20 plus thousand dollars (I'm exaggerating but the sales pitch is extremely high pressure and if you say no, they will turn on you and act like you're stealing food out of their kid's mouths.) If you possess the power of the word "NO" and hold your ground then you'll be just fine. However, if you are not and you are swayed or can be swayed avoid them like the plague. They come off as friendly, charming, and helpful, but the second you say "no"?, like I said earlier, they are going to turn on you. You have been warned.

first the basics…read more.. -friendly service -clean rooms/services -great location -easy check in/check out no hidden fees what really stood out to me and the whole reason I even decided to write a review was something very simple that used to be a standard at any hotel I've ever stayed out prior to the last 15 years... They clean the rooms everyday and provide fresh towels, without me having to "request service" or a "care for their environmental concerns". I have a family of four with kids under the age of 10 and the idea that 4 towels should last me my entire stay in the deep humidity of New Orleans is laughable. It was so refreshing to have a hotel just do the right thing and clean the room without me having to ask or beg and plead. In an age where the consumer is just losing benefit after benefit while being gaslit by big corps..it's nice to be able to take a shower at the end of a day with 20k steps in deep humidity. Also, I really liked their skull wallpaper. Great job folks.

Since my hubby had just stayed at a Cambria in Philly, we said why not. Found a reasonable deal and booked. Location is great. Close enough to the Convention Center and Riverwalk to walk. Actually easy to walk to the French Market, Jackson Square and the galleries on Royal Street. Check out MS Rau. This art gallery is like a museum where you can buy masterpieces by Monet, Picasso and Chagall, if you can afford them. I just go to look and admire my some of my favorite artists. Lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. Or just go to watch the sunset from a beautiful view along the Mississippi River a few blocks away. Check in was so easy. Asked for a quiet room on a higher floor. No problem. Alteion was so responsive when I mentioned an issue. Thanks also for a nice breakfast at the U-Bar. So easy and efficient. So why four stars when the staff earned five?? Housekeeping. Or rather lack of housekeeping. That was a mercy two at best. For a stay of four nights/five days with daily housekeeping included I have a few basic expectations. The garbage can should be emptied. The garbage can in the bathroom was finally emptied on the day before we checked out. The other garbage can was never emptied. It was overflowing with empty cups of Chai from Nova, paper bags, and party supplies for graduation by the time we left on Sunday morning. If the towels are soaking wet and on the floor, they should be changed. That happened exactly once during our four night stay. After, I let the front desk know on the day before we checked out. If there is a coffee maker and there are no coffee cups in the room and no coffee pods next to the Keurig, the assumption is that they should be replaced. Common sense, right. It was easy to tell that the room was not properly cleaned as the bed was never made, there were crumbs on the floor and the bathroom was filled with a combination of towels hung up to dry and some left on the floor. (We however did clean the bathroom, kitchen, windowsills and more at the house that my daughter and her roommates are leaving after four years of school at TSOM.) This hotel has the makings of a really good place to stay. It is so cute. Love the brick warehouse district walls and the Big Easy artwork. Just needs some simple common sense fixes. Note: There are entrances on both Commerce and Tchoupitoulas. Important to know if you order a UBER, Lyft or have your daughter pick you up to go to Trivia Night or an Arcade Bar. You also will need your room key to enter on Commerce after hours and to access the elevator to your hotel room. Safety first!

Sadly, it was nothing like I remembered. The lobby continues to be interesting with the amazing blown glass art. But everything else was honestly disappointing. I'm a Gold Elite Bonvoy member with nearly 30 years as a Bonvoy member. When I checked in, my reserved room type (king room) wasn't available. So, they put me in a queen double on the second floor. No attempt to explore an upgrade...no attempt to make it right. The hotel also now charges a "destination fee" which is honestly just a way to fleece customers for more money. You can get a "free tour" from some local tour companies, but that doesn't make a ton of sense if you are in town for work and aren't in town to play. There is supposed to be a $10 daily food and beverage credit that can be used at the on-site restaurant, but as you can imagine $10 doesn't go very far there. The room was mid at best. The bed was wildly uncomfortable and the pillows might have well been nonexistent (super flat and not supportive at all). The carpet in the room looked like it had definitely seen better days. And, the bathroom needs a complete overhaul. The grout lines are deeply stained from dust, grime and water. There is something accumulating in the corner by the tub. And the "art" in the bathroom appears to have not been dusted in years. Pictures provided. The hotel is TIRED and long overdue for an update. I live the location of the hotel, but I'd probably choose a different hotel next time.

The floats are kind of stacked in front of and around each other, but you can still tell what you're looking at because they are so huge. Now here is where things got a little weird. When we got there, we definitely did NOT do a tour, like the website says is required. We perused the gift shop, bought a few things, and then walked through the warehouse by ourselves and saw the floats on our way out. Mardi Gras World is a pretty neat place to visit, but it's definitely outside the central area of New Orleans. For just a quick stop to shop and see a few floats it's fine, but I think if I went back, I would definitely seek out the tour and figure out how to do that!
