It's a ok nail shop I like the way they do my feet that's all they need to stop watching people before service is comeplete though

I'm totally IMPRESSED by the atmosphere here at the salon!! I feel welcomed and especially it was super clean and beautiful. The place was busy but they make sure that I'm satisfied with the service.I got my pedicure done today (I chose the Juicy Fruit one) and absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice here and they also have a variety of drinks that offered to the custom. I will definitely come back in the next couple weeks and got my Juicy Fruit ped again because my skin feel amazing after the treatment!! Excellent customer service overall!! read more

So I wanted to let people know that I recently got my lashes done at this location by Melissa I believe her name is. I am so unhappy. That day I knew she rushed through my lashes. She even told me that she didn't have anyone scheduled for the rest of the day just was my lashes. I had lashes glued to my skin and yes I went back inside let the young lady know at the front desk and the lash specialist came back "fixed them" but I still had some on my skin and mind you I got my lashes done this past Sunday and I need a refill already, some are twisting too. Just unhappy overall. I gave this a 3 star because I do get my nails done by Tommy and he's great. My nails are always gorgeous. Never have to complain with his work. I do recommend this place for acrylics and pedicures but lashes negative! read more

The place is absolutely beautiful, but the service did not match it. Came in and were seated almost immediately which my mother and i were really pleased about. We went for the cheapest pedicure they offer for $35 ( I think it's called the deluxe). Which at first thought was kind a tad more expensive than what we usually pay at our usually place, but we figured we'd get a lot more done for the price. The lady that was doing my pedicure was rather quiet and seemed annoyed. The only thing she asked me was if I wanted my nails cut. She went about the pedicure really quick and delicately even with the cheese grater looking thing. The massage and exfoliation didn't last even one minute before she rinsed it off and went for the steamed towels. She did do a great job with the nail polish application thought, very neat. I also noticed some of the other reviews said they were offered drinks, but I personally didn't get one. As soon as we're about done, about 7 people come in the door. So it seemed a bit like they had to rush a little bit more. As we were standing up my mother accidentally messed up the polish one of her toes. The lady with no problem went ahead and fixed it for her. There were also no drying machines for us to dry off our pedicure, so that would have also been nice to have there. Convenient pay options and they also offered us some kind of membership (1 point per dollar you spend). Over all, the place looked super nice and elegant. The service, I personally expected more, considering the price I paid for the pedicures. I don't want to say I dislike the place completely, because I'm not sure that their manicures are like. So I'll have to give this place another shot. Would I recommend? I would not recommend at the moment but maybe In the future. read more

I love this place! Customer service is on point as they're very attentive.. Never had to wait, even during the more busier visits. The ambiance is nice. This place has a mellow vibe. Really enjoyed the first time visit! The interior is stunning and the seats where we got our nails done were really comfortable. The staff were very kind and patient with us but they still managed to get everything done efficiently. The owner was also amicable with us. I wanted to like this place because they were able to fit my sister and I in for both mani and pedi. But the nail tech, Michelle, who did my manicure wasn't the greatest. I kept telling her my shape was off and she put on her glasses to see. However I don't think she can see very well or something because she couldn't fix my shape. The finish was not smooth at all. I can feel some particles that got painted over and now stuck on my nail book because I opted to do shellac. I also felt like like she rushed the process.I rate 3 stars because my classic pedicure was great. Kayla did my pedicure and everything looks great. The salon has recently changed management. It had been a clean, calm nail salon. It was a joy to get my nails done there. Sorry to say it has changed completely and not for the better. All but 1 or 2 of the original people are there. My nails were a mess! Thick, bumpy, and short! Terrible job - embarrassingly bad job. the big screens that used to have cooking or decorating shows running now play loud music with nearly naked women on stripper poles. An absolute nightmare. If you are looking for a salon that offers a relaxing experience and does excellent work, I found Oasis Nails Lounge is a gem! My nails have never looked better. The rates are the same as Caesar's but the experience at Oasis is even better! read more

Went here to get my nails done on Tuesday and a pedicure the guy that did my nails was Ryan and he was OK John did my pedicure and now I have sores around four of my toes on my right foot on both of my heels there's gouges into my skin that resemble blisters from where he sanded my skin off on my left foot I have three sorrs around my cuticles where this guy cut in so far it hurts so then if the over excessive cuticle trimming and hack job that he did on my feet wasn't bad enough then because I got the milk and honey pedicure he put limes all over my toes which burned where he just cut my feet I would never go here again! read more

Kind of expensive but you get what you pay for and this place is great. Told the lady who was helping me what I wanted and showed her pictures. She said no problem and even recommended some things to make it look exactly like the picture. I don't easily give out 5 stars and I've only been here once. We were excited to try a new nail salon for shellac and dip removal. Most painful removal process I've ever experienced! I could feel her filing down my nails to the point where it was a hot burning feeling. My nail technician didn't even use the towel that she had placed to work on my hands, just the cold granite. The shellac she applied was sooooo quick I couldn't believe it. I knew it was too good to be true since I've been getting shellac done for years and no one had been that quick. The shellac ended up bubbly and uneven.. while my nails were different shapes and had jagged edges which ended up snagging and breaking. It didn't even last a few hours! Extremely disappointed and I recommend skipping this place and enjoying the many other nail spas in Houston that actually care about new customers. read more

I'm really not sure what to rate this place. I LOVED coming here. My first three experiences were wonderful (Emma, Jessica andddd I can't remember the other lady's name - all amazing) my nails looked great, they were friendly and everything was lovely. The last couple of experiences though - I'm probably going to have to find a different nail salon. One lady cut up all my cuticles and tried to peel off my dipping powder. PEEL IT OFF. No ma'am. I was almost in tears by the end because of the pain and frustration. One lady was super rude while doing my nails and just didn't make me feel welcome. Then I had a lovely experience with Ivan and was ready to give this place another shot. Fast forward to my latest appointment. I made a 930 appointment and some one else came in and obviously wanted the same technician I had - sorry?? Should have made that appointment then?? But instead she said next to me and everyone stared at me the entire time I got my nails done. My nails were super rushed. I almost left with half my thumb messed up and half the polish ruined, luckily I noticed right when I was paying. I had to file them myself when I got home and two of my nails aren't smooth at all and to top of off, my cuticles are bloody. See pics. I'm sorry but I made the appointment and am also a paying customer, it's not okay to let someone sit down and stare at me/my nails the whole time and make me feel uncomfortable or like my business isn't as important. I really don't know if I'll go back after this last time. I can't keep having people cut my cuticles down to bleeding and my nails breaking within a week when I'm paying for dipping powder. Worst pedicure ever! It was my first time coming to this nail salon and it was the worst. I will not be returning. It was a bit pricey which I don't mind if the service was good. However I paid $65 for a shellac pedicure and it was not worth it in my opinion. The technician was far too rough and careless. She cut me while using the drill on all of my toes. Not to mention there was barely any cuticle removed, and barely cut down my toenails . I will say the few she did cut were cut crooked and she left them crooked as well. On top of that one of my toes was left unpainted with the clear top coat. Not happy with the service I received. read more

Worst pedicure. First when I went in I wanted to get a overlay with polish and a pedicure. Then the lady tells me that the prices are not actually what they are on the menu.... strange. Anyways, I was slightly annoyed by that. So I said I will just get a pedicure. I should of left and gone somewhere else. The person hardly did a half way job and then painted my toes like a 5 year old. This isn't the first time I have had a less than good experience there, but I thought I would try them out one more time and yikes. Not going back. Ever. Update 2nd Visit: I returned based on Jon alone. He does an absolutely amazing job on my nails. My pedicure I wish I could say the same. The young lady cut me. It was an accident however when I spoke with the owner regarding my $83 bill he literally stated "It happens we don't offer anything but it happens sometimes" Imagine my disgust. Tommy definitely is the reason why I WILL NOT be back. The young lady was apologetic however the lack of customer service on the owners behalf can not be over looked. Picture attached! Definitely over priced. $90 total for Dip Manicure ($45) and Pedicure ($45). The manicure I had to pay an extra $5 for the removal of dead cuticles. How that isn't included in the manicure I am unsure. It should not be called a manicure if you are only putting the dip powder on my nails and nothing else. Jon did an amazing job though. He is very very meticulous which is great bc the end product was amazing. June who did my feet has great customer service however for a $45 pedicure she scrubbed my feet maybe a min or two. The pedicures are timed. I rather have more time spent on my actual pedicure and not 8-10 mins on the nail shop massage that isnt a massage but merely the rubbing of lotion I can honestly do with out. Non the less she was still a sweet heart. Outside the quality of the pedicure for the price you are definitely paying more for the atmosphere then the product. Not sure if Ill be back bc it truly wasn't worth $100 Maybe $60 at most. It is so hard to find a great nail shop when there are million of them from corner to corner.
