I visited Caesar's Palace Nail Bar in Houston, TX and had a very concerning experience. I arrived at 8:50 AM and waited approximately 3 hours for two basic services, which is significantly longer than expected. While I was visibly distressed due to the extended service time, the owner made a point to check on other customers around me but intentionally avoided acknowledging me. The most serious issue occurred at checkout. My cousin had already paid the full total of $128 directly to the owner. However, when I approached the register after my service, the same owner attempted to charge me again for the exact same services. This was not a simple mistake; the payment was made directly to her, and she failed to verify or acknowledge that the services were already paid for. I only discovered the duplicate charge attempt after reviewing receipts later. Although a manager later offered a refund, this does not address the seriousness of the situation. Attempting to charge a customer twice is unacceptable and raises concerns about business practices and integrity. I would strongly advise others to carefully review their payments and receipts when visiting this establishment. We only discovered the truth because my cousin sent me the receipt for reimbursemen; imagine my fury knowing i paid for my own services and the same person checked us out! My cousin didn't receive any service she walked in and asked how much was my total. She also asked for breakdown so it's kind of hard to forget in less than 10min. Poor management read more

I recently visited Caesars Nails & Spa and had an overall decent experience. My wife wasn't happy with how her nails turned out at first, but they were quick to fix the issue, which was appreciated. The technician who worked on me did a good job, but the leg massage was disappointing--it felt like she was just moving her hands up and down without any real pressure. I walked in at 6:50 without a reservation and was seated right away. Picked a nudish-pink color for my shellac manicure and the process was done just before 7:30. She was super quick and attentive. I had 3 coats of nail polish and the technician asked if I wanted more coats on top. I typically go with 3 so she applied the top coat. These lasted me 3-4 weeks, no chips at all, and I only needed to come back because my nails grow out so quickly! Only complaint is that I have very thin cubicles and the technician spent too much time cutting it. Not her fault though - I think it's just their standard practice. I used to frequent this place, but their customer service at the front is off and awkward. Kayla (my preferred nail tech) does great nails and has amazing customer service but unfortunately the front hostesses always tend to ruin it for me with snide underhanded comments. Also being forced to make all of your service selections (ie nail design/pedicure type) before you even sit down is a little awkward. Personally I enjoy sitting down & selecting so I can read the energy around me - if the energy is good (no weird snide comments or employees rushing etc then I'm likely to select a longer more relaxing service. If I don't agree with the energy, I prefer to select the services that will get me in and out the quickest. Nails by Ann across the street is cool. They do great nails but ambiance prompts me to get in and out as quickly as possible lol but I can say they've never made any snide comments, and they are very fast. read more

My first time there. Pros: beautiful ambiance, they're very nice and accommodating, they offer drinks. Service is very good. Cons: Probably one of the worst mani/pedis I've gotten as far as execution :(. 2 diff ppl did my mani and pedi ...: both were terrible at shaping. My nails had a nicer shape walking in than walking out. I asked for square on both (mind you, they were already square)... my nails came out in this weird crescent moon shape, the ends of my nails aren't smooth or even.... They're jagged. As for the polish itself ... application wasn't smooth in some areas. Application of toe nail polish by pedicurist was much better but again ... the shaping was poor & I had to speak up about it more than once. Though they were quick to bring me in on a Sunday afternoon and was attentive to my overall experience, I can say that I am impressed with the overall outcome. The color came out cute but I've had better for cheaper elsewhere. For $65, I felt that I could've received better quality. As you can see in the picture, the cuticle area isn't evenly painted and some skin weren't trimmed all the way during the manicure. I'm in this area quite often but never noticed this location. It's right in between five below and torchy's. They were open on a Sunday so I decided to try them out. First thing that stood out is how organized and simple their processes. There's no confusion with pricing or anything like that. Would you check in and let them know what you want they print out an invoice to review prior to starting your services that layout all the pricing. I know for me in places that I've been to sometimes there's up charges or prices that are mentioned and then the cost is different than what I was expecting. My services were done by John and Kevin and both of them had a ton of great quality. John did my full set with shellac and he is extremely detailed on his work. Kevin did my pedicure and is very attentive to my needs and is the massage king. He probably gave the best massage I've had in quite some time with a pedicure. Simple requests like "hot stone and massage" should be easily comprehensible. I would not have minded paying more. I let her know they lost a customer. 3 stars because this place is alright. A decent job all depends on the technician you get and the day of your visit. The nail salon offers a great selection of good quality materials, but keep in mind prices are a tad bit over priced. You'll occasionally have a technician set you a price and get charged for higher one. Something to watch out for. Student and member discounts are available. While their point system alleviates only 10% of your overall services, keeping in mind this place is over priced and it all depends on what you find spend worthy. Overall, we all want to get what we pay for but this usually doesn't happen when you have technicians who just want to get the job done. I usually spend about an hour, while getting quickly attended when I walk in on a weekday morning for a dip powder full set. This is not always the case. Ask for Michelle she's a great technician, and make sure to give that women a good tip. She's quite efficient about her artistry. Something I can't say about the others that work here. read more
