Lucked up on my new nail salon!! I was in the shopping center today after work and saw the 20% discount for the grand opening..so glad I did. Oddly I had been debating on going to my old spot on the north side as I'm new to the area but wanted to find something closer to home and work . I had tried another nail salon not to far away and was sadly dissatisfied with my service and the job that was done; so needless to say I was a bit hesitant. Upon walking in customer service was great, I was greeted and sat down. Tommy was my nail tech and did an exceptional job on my coffin tip set..I felt like he just knew exactly what I wanted! I went for the first time tonight. I loved it so so much. Their salon is so pretty, so clean and neat. They have a lot of dip color. I'm very picky, I have been getting my nails done with dip for about 6 years now. I know exactly what should be done and in the order. My nails look fantastic. I cannot say enough about this nail salon. Lily has done my SNS twice now, these have been the best and long lasting results I've had with SNS. I came here prior to my trip on Labor Day weekend to get SNS and a pedi done. My nails almost 3 weeks later look amazing. My pedi was so nice and relaxing with the white wine they had on hand. This place is beautiful and very clean. Its pretty New didn't even notice that nail salon smell which was nice. People were friendly and professional for the most part. I got shellac mani pedi and received a shoulder rub as well. My manicure was done really well! However, during my pedicure, the tech made my big toe bleed and its a small wound but kept bleeding for quite a while and was uncomfortable; I haven't bled getting mani pedi before so that made the experience really negative for me. Also, If you call inquiring about prices and owner (a guy) says just come in he'll give you a special price "just for u", youll ended up getting 10% off, which they won't even tell you until you're in the process of getting mani pedi. FYI they also give to all students and seniors 10% off which I would've gotten anyway since I'm a grad student so its not a special discount at all. Don't just come by because you think you're getting a deal bc you won't! I Probably won't come by again since the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. 3/5 star instead of 2/5 for the interior design and the tech who gave me my manicure. read more

This is my second time going to this nail shop. & I'm not too sure why they have 4.0 stars. The actually nail shop is really clean and pleasant, offer complimentary drinks. However, the cost of service is not worth the outcome. First time I went, Kevin did my pedicure in which he did a good job. Kayla did my acrylics- which didn't last me no longer than a week. Decided to go again and everyone recommends Michelle for manicure in which I decided to have her do my pedicure... it's ok, I received an overlay on my natural nails and the filing is completely off also it doesn't look natural. She did my eyebrows for the first time and just waxed it didn't trim or get the small hairs with a tweezer because as she said, "you already have a nice shape & I don't want to mess it up." the guy who did my pedicure this time didn't have a name tag he did a great job, but when it came to the massage he told me, "since you're pregnant I won't massage your feet because you can lose the baby." I am pregnant with my second child and I've never heard of something like that, plus he's not a doctor to tell me that... it's apart of the service I am paying for. I would give this place 0 stars.(I know it's long but please read) I came in a couple of weeks ago to get a full set powder nails done & a lady did my nails, I usually get them long and they never have to cut them, I was charged 65 dollars for that set ! I come in today for a 6:00 appointment and I sit down unknowingly with "the manager " he starts doing my nails and I ask him how much would it be with the SAME LENGTH as last time and he told me "100 dollars " I then prompt to asking him "why 100 dollars if I paid 65 dollars for my last set of nails within the last two weeks ?" He said "it takes 2 hours " then I ask to speak to the receptionist because she could've helped tell him that last time I paid 65 dollars for my set, but then he says "I'm the manager you don't need to speak to her she's just a receptionist." Then I ask him "can I see the book then so I can see the price ?" He then says "the prices are subjected to change " and I was telling him this never happened. End of the story I was leaving and a lady of my same race stopped me and said "I overheard you and I'm not sure why he's charging you 100, but he's charging me 65." I came across this salon on yelp and decided to try it based off of the reviews and lovely pictures. I came in on a Thursday and got a refill by Le and a pedicure. I enjoyed my experience however two of my nails broke within 3 days. Of course I wasn't happy because this was a new set but I still went in with a positive attitude. Le was not in so I went with someone else. I am writing this review about my dissatisfaction with how the other person fixed the two nails and her lack of wanting to see me satisfied. This establishment is slightly overpriced so you would think that there would be more care in their work however there was not. All in all I will not be returning to this establishment! Original Review: I came here for the first time having just recently moved to Houston. This place looks nice inside, however - stay away! I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure. A mom and son duo provided the service. I didn't know they were related at first, but found out later when the son cut into my finger making it bleed and the mom tried to defend him saying it wasn't her son's fault. To her credit, the mom gave an excellent pedicure, but her son - yikes! He was acting really erratic - kept checking his phone, getting up from the chair to go check the window. I felt really uncomfortable with him from the start and I wish I had said something before he took a huge chunk out of my finger. The mom got very defensive and tried to say it was my fault for my finger being cut because "your skin is dry." That is so crazy to try to blame a customer for an employee who was clearly being negligent, I was so upset I paid and left as quickly as possible. I will never come back here. Update: Owner PM'd me saying they fired employee, which is good for the sake of the everyone's fingers! They convinced me to give them a second chance, so upgraded 1 star to 3. They where nice. But my thumb nail is a bit crooked, when she painted my toes, the hot towel touched my painted nail and she saw and when she went over it, you can tell she didn't try her best to paint in correctly because I can still see the old layer that has gotten messed up. read more

Incredibly rude staff. Could do without the snide, underhanded comments. Went with a friend who is Vietnamese and I guess they didn't realize that because she understood every single word that the nail techs had said and their commentary were nothing short of rude and depressing to hear. (Also, even if we didn't understand the language, we could totally tell from their body language and voices that they were talking bad about their clients. Not very hard to guess...) I usually let my nails break before getting them done when I'm on the road and traveling which is often! Caesars did an amazing job! They immediately found gel color to match. They found the matching regular polish color for my toes. They served me immediately . I had both nails and feet done concurrently. I have traveled all over the country and not had such a good job done when I am away from home. They even matched my nail design that I have on two nails. I had an appointment at my regular nail salon for a mani/pedi, but this one was closer and, according to the person I spoke with on the phone, they had availability immediately. My appointment with my regular salon was 45 minutes later. So I cancelled my appointment and went to Caesars, thinking I'd get done quicker. When I arrived, I picked a color for my feet and hands and then was directed to sit in a pedicure chair to soak my feet. I sat there for literally 50 minutes. FIFTY. The water went cold and my feet pruned. Twice, I got up to leave and was told, "Oh this lady is finishing up right now, please wait a little longer." I should've left, but I stayed, hoping that the technician would be incredible and make up for the wait time. When it was finally my turn, the technician said she'd do my pedicure first and then my manicure. Um NO. I told her I had already been there for an hour, I wasn't about to stay another two hours. I said they could do my mani/pedi at the same time or do just my pedi. Since they didn't have enough technicians, the tech just did my pedi. She was sweet, but rushed through it. I should've known...there were like five other people waiting behind me for services. If there's going to be a wait, the courteous thing to do is to be upfront with your customers about it. Don't lie to them just so you can get them in the door and/or to stay. Incredibly, incredibly discourteous and disrespectful of your customer's time. If I had known there would be a wait, I would've kept my other appointment at my regular salon and, at a future date, returned to Caesar's. You can bet I'll never be back here. Two stars instead of one because they're new and the place itself is beautiful. But there are plenty of other beautiful salons who can run an efficient, honest operation. read more

I've been to Caesar's a few times since they opened. The inside is really pretty and comfortable... The reason for the 3 stars. I noticed that for the price the work is mediocre at best. The last time I went I spent $93, my toes had to be re done twice before I left and I had to return in 3 days because my shellac was lifting and chipping! The manager argued with me because he only wanted to fix the Nails that were messed up instead of redoing all of them. I had to also refuse to let the nail tech file the shellac off, I had to ask multiple times for her to soak them off properly. DONE! read more

I like this place coz it's not usually busy and right beside my school. I also like their pricing but only problem is that both times I visited them for my regular manicure, the polish didn't last for more than a day. Sometimes it peeled off the same day. Even manicures from Walmart last more for me. So I'm a little dissapointed by that. I visited this nail shop and initially was not happy with the service I received (a full set) with Emily. My nails were messy, bumpy and terribly shaped. I thought to myself I could live with it until my next set but the next day I just could not deal and decided to call the salon. They offered to fix them at no charge so I went back and got them fixed by the manager. They looked much better when I left the second time and I was happy! However, today 4 days later, my nails are chipping and this is just unacceptable. Especially for what they charged me ($53) I've been getting my nails done for a long time and my nails usually always last 2-3 weeks. Save yourself the time and visit another salon that uses better quality materials. read more
