    Golden Latte

Very cozy Morocco-flair cafe with gluten free and vegan brunch platters besides the "regular" one. Great salads and smoothies and a beautiful presentation of the food as well. It's quite expensive and the portions are small, but the food is very good. And the owner is very nice. They have the following plant-based milk options: soya, oats and coconut. A special drink is the "Golden Latte" - spiced up for example with tumeric and pepper and mixed with coconut oil for better absorbtion of the healthy nutrients. It's quite spicey, so maybe ask for a mild version if you are not the spicey type.

WOW! Can't find a place like this in chicago! It's definitely a hidden gem. The lady who owns the store runs, serves and prepares all the dishes right there behind the counter. Definitely cozy, and tastefully decorated. The food. OMG!!! AMAZING! My boyfriend and I shared dishes so we could get a taste of what feel good had to offer. We started with a warm chicken avocado pesto sandwich. Absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender, nicely shredded, creamy avocado, and this amazing homemade pesto sauce like I've never had before.. sweet and savory with a nice earthy taste hugged between spinach and perfectly toasted panini style bread. Second, we had the soup of the day which was a creamy pumpkin soup topped with cream cheese I believe, and sunflower seeds, subtly sweet with the nice autumn spice taste of pumpkin. Lovely crunch with the pumpkin seeds.. mind you, little did we know, the portions were absolutely generous and was hard to finish the soup between the two of us.. The BEST for last! We ordered the sprulina bowl. oMGgg! Incredible! Made with bananas, avocado, sprulina, chocolate shavings, coconut slices, granola, mixed fruits and more.. just one bite and your taste buds were exploding with happiness that your stomach could not deny! Let's not mention the health benefits that came along with this bowl!

I am very picky about my salads and Cafe Feel Good makes an amazing salad! I ordered the butternut squash salad and it was delicious. The tahini dressing was not thick or overpowering - it was just right. I found myself wondering if they sold it so I could take some home! The atmosphere is small but cozy. I loved the music they were playing! It is a little confusing when you first enter. I didn't think I was supposed to order at the bar because it is blocked by tables, but you are!

Chill cafe with lots of healthy options for a light breakfast! I first ordered a very berry smoothie which was very thick but I enjoyed it. I also ordered some sorta sampler thing and really liked pretty much everything on it. The chia pudding and cheese were particularly great, and I loved that it came with passionfruit because that's my favorite fruit. The egg was presented in an egg cup so I cracked it open thinking it was a soft boiled egg but I was tricked because it was hard boiled and that made me sad because soft boiled eggs are the best and hard boiled eggs are the worst thing ever so that was a bummer. Only one (very friendly) woman was working here when I came in which was really impressive so hats off to her!

Fresh mint tea - wow it tastes as amazing as it looks

I had the sweet potato salad and fresh mint tea here. Like everybody says the food was delicious. I was going to try their beet salad but they were out, so I ended up getting the sweet potato salad instead. Love, love, loved it!

A very nice owner and awesome salad bowls. Maybe a little bit expensive, but also so delicious. Good coffee.

This is the most amazingly chill cafe with some of the best food I've ever had! I was so impressed with the atmosphere and what a cool place it was to hang out. I started with a Golden Latte which one of the owners recommended for its health benefits and was completely blown away by how good it was (I definitely recommend trying it)! Next I had the brunch which was the most delicious array of health conscious, home made dishes I have ever had. Everything was divine. For desert I had the home baked raspberry chocolate cake which was absolute heaven. The service was wonderful and the prices super reasonable. I'll be back again for sure!

Three or four stars? It's a tough question when it comes to this place but I end up giving it four…read morestars instead. Why did I even consider three? - It's a trendy place so there were lots and lots of people there when we tried our brunch there on a Sunday morning. Although we didn't have to wait long for our table, online table booking would have been more convenient. Seriously, what's up with these brunch places - you can be strict and say you would hold table for 15 minutes only and I am sure people would appreciate that. - Noise level was absolutely bad, see #1. It's a big open place inside and since there were lots of people and they were all talking, we could hardly have a conversation inside, let alone hygge, but fortunately the food was good enough of a distraction - Super greasy bacon. Seriously, if you claim to be a brunch place, do your bacon right. I like the smokey flavour but the shit was literally dripping with oil. Kinda disgusting to pick up from the plate and now for the positive sides: I love that there are more and more brunch places with this concept where you mix and match your own stuff. All the stuff they had in their menu (would like to try the asparagus but they didn't have that!) sounded so scrumptious that we felt like we had to try it all and we did (almost all). My personal favourites would be the soft-boiled egg and the waffle, although Mina K also swore by the sunny side up egg (spejlæg). The item that I was looking forward the most (avocado) turned out to be a big disappointment. More flavour please. Although there were so many people on that day, the service was very prompt and efficient, we got our table relatively fast considering that there were 6 names ahead of us and the food came quick too. My cortado was delicious although it was somewhat weak. All in all, service was quick and painless. I might want to try this place again on a not weekend morning, or maybe later in the afternoon when there's more relaxed atmosphere around this place. Sunday morning brunch gave us bad vibes since they were a lot of people waiting to get their brunch and the stressed out waiters and waitresses didn't help. Four for now and I really hate to degrade my review. I hope it never will come to that.

This place is becoming one of my favorites in Copenhagen. One advantage is the place is located…read morejust around the corner from me, but the other thing is the concept at the café. The concept is that you recieve the menu, which is a piece of paper listing all the things the place have to offer, and a pencil. You do not order to the waiter, but fill out the paper sheet by crossing off on the menu what you and your table desire, so in summary you actually design your own menu. The place offers a lot of different things, but mostly the place is for breakfast/ brunch and maybe lunch.. They offer different style eggs, sausages, youghurt, müsli, fruit etc., and each little dish cost between 20-50 kr.. The food is served in these little ceramic, stylish plates. I would recommend their poached egg, the avocado, grape fruit and their delicious coffee. I am very found of the place and it is worth a visit. One advice is to come early during the weekend, or make reservations, because the place is packed.

My…read morefriend is vegan and I am always excited to try vegan restaurants, plus she had this cafe bookmarked for a while. The layout of the cafe is very cozy and dimly lit, a perfect place for vegans to socialize over lattes and food. We decided on their brunch platter and croissant sandwich, so we could share everything. I got a matcha latte and she got a regular one. The cashier was very kind, and she gave us her recommendations on what to try. She even spoke to me in English (although she didn't have to!). I also decided on trying out a pain au chocolat. Wow, just simply wow. Their pastries are still buttery and fluffy while remaining amazingly vegan, and their ingredients are high quality. The "cheeses" did not taste like plastic, no, but tasted similar to authentic cheese. The croissant sandwich was full of flavors and everything on the brunch platter was delicious. I especially loved how they decorated and seasoned the avocado (and it was ripe!) The matcha latte was a lovely wake up, especially after I had a horrible matcha latte the day prior. After about an hour or so, we were both eyeing their options of "cheesecakes" and decided on sharing a slice of their pecan option. After we took our first bite, my friend and I just looked at each other. The pecans and sauce complimented each other so well, and the vegan consistency wasn't too mushy! The breading was not too crumbly and each bite was Heaven. All in all, I am SO EXCITED to come back to this delicious cafe, as it was my favorite restaurant we tried during our stay in Copenhagen.

So fantastic!! See previous review for nearby Cafe Bla…read more My meager avocado served with my toast in that cafe quickly caused me to be hungry again. Thankfully, Kaf is in the same neighborhood. It is a vegan bakery! There are a few gluten-free pastries, namely the cakes. The place was small inside and it was packed. Dog friendly . . . Five stars for that! There is an outside seating area as well. We ordered some items and all were so amazing! On their Instagram page they are always posting about their vegan fastelvnsbolle and so we got some. It is basically a cream puff the size of a child's fist. Oh my, one of my faves from Denmark. The vanilla whipped cream inside was so light and not to sweet. The dough did not get soggy. On the contrary, the bottom of the pastry was crunchy and sweet. Almost like the bottom of an almond croissant. I also recommend their vegan, raw cakes. Deep rich chocolate is involved, yay!
