Zero stars, I placed a bowl order, with strawberries and bananas ONLY and granola on the side and they sent me the entire wrong order. Due to a severely limited diet, it could not be eaten. I've learned through my own and other people's experience that consistency of an Acai mixture in Acai bowls always varies by places. Heavenly Acai's consistency is that of a smoothie, not thicker/solid as I prefer them. Consistency aside, the mixture did not taste memorable and melted too fast as I was eating them. However their menu is very expansive with lots of choices for toppings! Im not fond of their Acai bowls but will be willing to try other items on the menu if were to ever come again. read more

Awesome bowls! The flavors all go very well together and I love that it's a healthy option. My only compliant would be the consistency of how much is in the bowl. I went to get a bowl for my very first time and it was filled to the top and looked amazing and the second was 3/4 of the ways filled but still looked good. I have been watching this place waiting for it to open. It's nice to see more healthy choices in this area. They have bowls, juices, shots and some small bites. I tried the divine bowl first and my hubs tried their smoothie and also acai bowl as well. The portion size is good. And it taste good. They have apple juice base or cashew butter. Some even with peanut butter too. I also had the green bowl which is Kale and spinach base. It's really good. My only thing is that not every fruit and vegetable they put in is organic. They do have gluten free granola when I asked if they offered gluten free options. I also tried their shots - ginger and also turmeric since it helps with inflammation. It is literally a small shot with 1000mg of Tumeric powder mixed with lemon juice and something else. And they are $2.95 each. Their location cannot be beat because it's right off Preston Road so I drive by it every single day. I hope they expand into the all organic options soon :) read more

Today was my first visit to Heavenly Acai and I will be back. I have always wanted to try an Acai bowl so I ventured 15 mind from my job to have lunch here. The young man behind the counter answered all my questions and gave a few recommendations. I went with the Heavenly Acai bowl at 9.95 and it was fresh and delicious! It was filling without making me feel stuffed. The bowl blend was perfect and The toppings were good but the hempseed granola added crunch and texture and I loved that! So I was so excited to try this place. I got my bowl and was about to eat it.. There was A BUG in my bowl.. i took it up to the lady and told her about it and she said no it's not a bug it's a seed. I saw something that was not supposed to be done on these days I mean pandemic situation may be owner better knows how and how to deal with that It may be not a big deal for them but for safety purposes inside the kitchen who works there for to give the best of there selfs I got little worried. What happened is that I saw a lady coming out of kitchen (she must be the chef) she saw some of her friends and they all were so excited to see her and literally hugged each other, then she sat on a chair with them with her mask on (kind of her mask was below her nose when she came out) so that's the whole story. Now I wanted to know that how do u feel in this situation if you are in it? Please let me know? If I saw something take it easy? Or something owner have to think about? The açaí bowls are great, I just wish they would honor their posted hours. It's super frustrating to drive 15 minutes at 3:00p to a place that is supposed to be open 10a-9p only for it to be closed. And this hasn't just happened once but three times, it's just bad business. If that's a slow time I suggest adjusting your business hours so your customers don't waste their time either. read more

Wanted to see what all the buzz was about , this place has some amazing paninis which remind me of the sandwiches I'd get back home in New York. Very clean and peaceful atmosphere. I never come onto yelp to leave reviews ever but I really felt like I should this time. Me and my friend came in here tonight (it was out first time) a little confused about the menu. We asked the worker at the counter multiple questions about how to order it and if there was some type of make your own and we got really no help. We placed our orders, it took 25 mins to get two smoothie bowls!! The store was empty and no one came in or out during this time! Basically we ended up ordering our bowls wrong as we were confused... We went back up the front trying to explain nicely something just didn't taste right just to see if maybe we could figure out where it went wrong because they are not cheap!! The manager who claimed to be the owner got extremely defensive saying that this was our fault and that we should've ordered correctly. We tried to explain we hadn't been there before and he was still just being extremely rude. We were both interested and willing to buy new bowls as it was our mess up but after the way we were treated I just asked for a refund and the "owner" starts going on a rant about how they don't do this and how I am in the wrong. Now I do know we order wrong but talk about unprofessional!!!!!!!! Not sure if he's just unable to respond in a polite manner or what!!! I usually go here for a morning smoothie or Açaí bowl so I'm eating something for breakfast. It's smaller than other juice and smoothie shops I've gone to but very clean. Majority of people usually to go their order but there are chairs if you want to sit in and enjoy your order. Staff has always been super nice. Prices are reasonable for the area. I usually get a Purple Delight smoothie or a Heavenly Açaí bowl. Haven't tried any of the toasts or other food items yet! read more
