    Salmon Benedict

Went about an hour before close and was warmly greeted. It wasn't noisy, the music was good, and the overall appearance was orderly! I ordered the Salmon Benedict with a salad. It was delicious and had a little kick to it which I enjoyed even more. Overall, it was a great experience for anyone traveling solo!

While visiting the area, we dined at The Nest Cafe for breakfast. Cute establishment. The staff were friendly, kind, and accommodating. The red potato hash browns served with the eggs Benedict was delicious. Thought the waffle was slightly undercooked. The roasted chicken was full of flavor. My hubby said the muffin was good. There is 3 hr surface parking, and for a Saturday morning, it wasn't crowded.

Super cute coffee and breakfast spot. The lattes are great and the yogurt parfait was extremely filling, I had a hard time trying to finish the yogurt bowl. Will definitely try it again

First time and the energy was a vibe. Music playing, folks enjoying coffee & food. The service was great! We had a few different breakfast dishes along with some great tasting coffee. Oh yes food was delicious. Definitely be back to visit. The owner or manager of the cafe was absolutely amazing along with her staff.

I absolutely loved this place. It's a small venue where you're able to order both breakfast and lunch items and the portion size is great! I had a short stack of pancakes with strawberries, bananas, bacon, and banana's foster on top, and it was delish! I loved the ambiance of this location. It was very chill. Service was quick and easy. I'd definitely come back to this place whenever I'm back in town.

An other amazing meal at The Nest Cafe. Even after so many years in business, the food still comes out fresh and as ordered and with excellent service.!! Highly recommend The Nest Cafe as a "healthier" alternative to the standard breakfast fare!!! They continuously pay attention to the little details using quality ingredients and plate settings as well as their varied coffee artistry... Always leaving filled and happy after an excellent meal ! I Highly Recommend The Nest Cafe as your next Morning Energy Fill-Up !!!

Cute cafe with delicious coffees and food! Met a friend here for lunch recently. The cafe is small but had plenty of tables on a Friday afternoon. You order at the counter and someone brings you your order to your table. We both ordered the sunrise toast, it had beet hummus, capers, scrambled egg, avocado, and smoked salmon on top. I was not expecting it to be so big but it was plenty of food! I was only able to finish half and took the rest home. I ordered a London fog latte (delicious and I love lavender!), my friend got the chai latte which she said was delicious as well and not too sweet. Great spot, will be back!

Winnie the Pooh latte, no art for to go order.

I wanted to sit in and enjoy a nice and cute breakfast with my kids, but they only have 2 tables of two seaters available. It wasn't suitable for us because space is very tight. I decided to order to go. The set up is order food at the counter and grab your own table. I order the Winnie the Pooh latte because I wanted the art work only to realized there's none when order to go. The two kids snowman pancake was ok. I wish the bacon was a bit more crispy since it's thicker and more fatty. The kids couldn't eat it because it was too fatty and oily. Cute place for couples. Edit: I saw the comment below mine and so that's how the snowman pancake supposed to look like with the chocolate chips. lol

Amazing service and food! Always fresh ingredients and generous portion. The new Dubai latte was very good!

    Classic Omelette with Turkey Bacon

Best. Avocado. Toast. Ever. First time here and very satisfied! The ultimate avo toast looks to be a new addition to the menu and was worth the try. The basil pesto is a great compliment to the avocado and vegetables. A hearty breakfast! Husband got the classic omelette with turkey bacon, very flavorful and just the right portion. We'll be back again, already eyeing the Italian chicken panini.

    Is this place permanently closed?

No. It is a precautionary closing till 15th Friday. Hopefully we will be back serving on 16th Saturday. Thank you Patricia for all the support since opening. Happy new year and hope to see you soon!

Would you consider switching from the traditional ketchup with high fructose corn syrup and changing it to for instance Sir Kensington's?

The line wraps around the building which looks promising however, they missed the mark on flavor. If you want pretty pictures and social media "likes" this is the place to go but if you want incredible tasting food i would suggest finding another place. We decided to come here on my birthday since I've been wanting to try it for over a year now but never wanted to deal with the long wait. After a 45 minute wait we finally got the text that our table was ready. We promptly made our way through the rest of people waiting and got inside for the host to tell us we were past our 5 minute window so our table was gone but they would go ahead and sit us somewhere else. I explained we were right outside and came in as soon as we got the notification and even shown them the time stamp on my message that was only 3 minutes ago. The 3 minutes was the time it took for us to fight through the crowd and actually get inside. Where they ended up seating us was incredibly cramped and the whole time we felt like we were completely in the way of the servers or had people walking by brushing against us or nearly knocking stuff off our table. I started with the seasonal tiramisu latte, it was beautifully presented but very awkward to drink with all the garnishes. Once i got to the actual drink it tasted like your standard pot coffee, not espresso, and the layering was terrible. The coffee at the bottom was still hot while the milk of top was cold. I tried mixing it up and all that did was melt the ice leaving me with a watered down bland tasting latte that was luke warm. Next, i got the birria burrito with rosemary potato's. Similarly when it came out it was beautifully plated. Upon tasting, it was the most bland and unseasoned burrito I've ever had. My wife got the lemon curd french toast, unfortunately it was not as picture perfect as there was a hair on the plate when it came out. She also mentioned that the french toast needed more flavor, only the top piece had any lemon on it leaving the remaining 2 slices completely bare and boring. Our server was incredibly nice and accommodating, when we got our check she asked if it was our first time, which it was, so she asked how we liked everything. I mentioned that it was alright but a bit under-seasoned to which she replied that they have received several complaints about under seasoning but that everyone has different taste and therefore they season everything lightly. Based on that, it seems like their chef has different taste than everyone else and that taste is bland. It's disappointing that they hit all the marks except the most important one, flavor. I think this place could be incredible if they would just added more salt to everything and season their food appropriately. I understand some people have different taste, but if your getting consistent feedback that the food is lacking flavor, maybe you should try and fix it. Pictures and decor will only get a restaurant by for so long before the trends move on.

The place is also toddler friendly with a great kids menu, as my 3 year old devoured his Mickey pancakes! The food was delicious my family all ordered breakfast items, and devoured their food, they also are very flexible with any modifications, and had sourdough toast, which was delicious! I'm a sucker for a good buffalo chicken sandwich, so I also ordered one, and it was delicious, highly recommended it if you come for lunch or if you're not a breakfast person. My wife thought the biscuits and gravy were tasty. I thought the traditional breakfast with apple sausage and cheesy grits was excellent. It's a sports bar and restaurant, and the World Cup was going on so it was a bit loud, but it was ok (although the kid complained, but she is at the age that she complains a lot). There is a nice selection of beers and cocktails. The menu has variety with sandwiches, flatbreads, a long list of apps, and other bar type food. We started with the queso and chips, which we thought would come out first. The queso could use some kick as it was very mild. The chips were excellent: light, crispy, and not at all greasy. The wife had a buffalo chicken flatbread and really liked it, she at it all. I had a chicken Philly and really enjoyed it. The chicken was thinly sliced and very tender. There were lots of different peppers and melted queso, so it was a very tasty, gooey, messy sandwich that I thoroughly enjoyed. The fries were crispy and excellent, very addictive. Our server, Addy, was pleasant and efficient. Prices are reasonable. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the kitchen sent the "starter" (queso and chips) out at the same time as the entrees, so we were faced with the dilemma which food to let get cold. It should not be that way. My understanding of "starter" is that it comes out before the main courses. Anyway, that was the only blip. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised at the food quality and enjoyed our dinner.
