Ordered 2smoothies. No one was there when we ordered, we got our first smoothie it was watery and looked liked someone ate it since it was 1inch empty from the top. More people came and their food came out but our second one didn't come out still. We were patiently waiting and trying to be understanding that they might have forgot but it was taking way too long so I asked if our second one is ready and they were like sorry we're getting that ready.. but still waited forever, I told them I want to cancel the order since it's been way too long but the guy ignored me and start making the order then! Of course the smoothie wasn't even filled and looked again like someone ate it.. I ordered 24oz but looks like 16oz. All tables looked never cleaned.. never coming to this dirty rude place again .

What a vibe! I have been searching for a place like this in Frisco. A nice relaxing environment to enjoy a smoothie or açaí bowl. The staff is super friendly and the place is amazing. Can't wait to be back.

Just like Buddy the Elf qualifies maple syrup as a food category, I think açaí/ smoothie bowls are one of my own food groups. I could eat one every day for the rest of my life and be perfectly content. So when Cafe Açaí was nearby and I was really needing sustenance, it was as easy as realizing New York Santa was an imposter (please refer to the movie Elf if you don't understand). Cafe Açaí is pretty cute, and they have more than just açaí. But as I was looking at the menu for bowls, it was a little difficult to read and decipher, because of the weird way it was laid out. And compared to other açaí places I've been, it seemed that their bowls had less toppings than most places, so it's extra $$ to add them which is never bueno. But besides having meager original toppings, the bowls themselves are HUGE. My cousin and I both got one and neither of us were able to finish them because we were way too full. But they were good- like I said, I'm always happy with açaí!

This place is a TRUE gem! Let's start with how all their ingredients are hormone free, antibiotic free, msg free, no added sugars, no dairy, gluten free and HALAL. #iykyk I got the heavenly bowl and it really is HEAVENLY the goji berries and almond butter inside pair so well together. My friend got the Smokey turkey and I can honestly say it's the best turkey sandwich I've ever had. Super fresh ingredients and you don't feel heavy after eating it. We also got the pink tea and a mango smoothie which were supreme! I can't recommend this place enough

By far the LARGEST açaí bowl you can find in the area. For 10 bucks, it better be good AND it was. I got the heavenly açaí bowl and it had flavor, crunch, lots of fruit, and very filling. You kinda need to read the menu because each one had different stuff that was blended in the smoothie and what is sprinkled on the top of the bowl. The portions were huge for my kiddos but if you get it on the way home, you could fridgerate the other half for later. Definitely a healthy alternative and a bowl is pretty much a meal!

I'm here literally once a week. My kids and I love the smoothies, my favorite is the beet ones. Also acai bowls which still taste great a few hours later after it's in the fridge. Classic zinger burger, bun kabob and club sandwiches are favorites in my house. Everyone is always so friendly and it's always clean. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. The atmosphere is always real calm and mellow. It's not big on the inside at all but it is very clean, bright, and welcoming. Everything that I have had the pleasure of allowing my taste buds to try has been detectable. The service has always been wonderful as well. Great healthy place that will forever be in my heart and wallet. I wish I lived next to it so I could go there every single day, but unfortunately I live about 25 minutes away. This was delicious however, the entire place smelled like raw sewage and it did take about 15 minutes to get 2 bowls and my bowl was covered in Acai on the outside so it was sticky and made a mess. Flavor alone would have been 5 stars. read more

This place was very quiet and not very welcoming. When we walked in, we were not greeted. The cashier person came to the front from the back and just stood at the register. He did not greet us, he did not ask if we've ever been there before, or if we knew what we were doing. When we asked questions about the menu his answers did not help us at all. The açaí bowls were not bad. The 2 star is for the bowls only. I wouldn't return but if you're into açaí bowls this is worth trying. read more

So good. I am so happy they are open! Yes the inside is a little sterile and sparse feeling but they just opened so I'll give it some time to warm up a little. This smoothie bowl was so full and so delicious I just have no words. I can't wait to try all of them and I am so happy they are right around the corner from me! Heavenly Açaí is a hidden gem. They make wonderful sandwiches and smoothies! But what really reeled is in was their Bun Kabob! A Pakistani Kabob sandwich that is so so good. I wouldn't expect it to be served here but when I found out from my sister I had to try it. I wasn't disappointed! It was delicious!!! read more

I've passed by this place many times, but would have never known that this place would have amazing bun kebabs and fries if I didn't read other reviews. I haven't had bun kebabs before, but after one bite took me back to my South Asian roots. The flavors were reminiscent of the motherland. I took some back to my parents and they truly enjoyed it. It's not too spicy and I was thoroughly surprised that the kebab, chutney and fried egg all worked together so well. The burger itself is a generous portion so you will feel satisfied after eating one. I'm a huge fan of french fries and these did not disappoint. The fries are seasoned well, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. read more

This place is so yummy! The açaí bowls are huge, fresh, and perfect, with all the granola and toppings you could want. I also love the club sandwich and bun kebob. Also, for all you desi weekenders, the halwa puri is seriously good. The Puris are not too oily, and the potatoes and chana are perfectly spiced. Probably the best halwa puri in the area. read more

I used to get avocado toast quite frequently before work simply because the quality and flavors were unmatched. Recently, the avocado toast has evolved into a scam. What used to be a thick, filling layer of avocado has become a thin spread that you wouldn't know is there without seeing it. Unable to be tasted. What was once a thick slice of whole grain bread, is now the THINNEST toasted slice of stale white bread i've ever put in my mouth. What I thought was the best avocado toast in north dallas is now the absolute worst and overpriced lack of nutrition in DFW. Absolutely heartbroken. read more

This is MY favorite place to get my healthy bowl fix. I visit here at least 5 out of 7 days. They have some of the most genuine people you will ever meet managing the place. This consistency, service, and dedication to wholesome nutrition is why I choose this place. They use actual Acai berries... not purees. Just tried this place a couple of weeks ago. I've been craving an acai bowl after my trip to Hawaii last year. I got the Heavenly bowl and it was super good! The fruit was fresh and the smoothie was great. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. It was on par with the price of bowls I got in Hawaii. All in all, I will return. read more

Zero stars, I placed a bowl order, with strawberries and bananas ONLY and granola on the side and they sent me the entire wrong order. Due to a severely limited diet, it could not be eaten. When I called to get it rectified I was told only 3 people were working, so basically, too bad. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE. Complete waste of money. read more

This location has consistently missed app orders. Today I waited 28 mins after it was supposed to be ready and when I finally inquired, they hadn't even started it. Annoying when you're on a schedule. The workers seem grouchy too. This is not standard for other locations. Edit- after I received my order, I was handed 3 melted smoothies and 2 cold rolls. Apparently my order was made but instead of placing to go orders in the cubbies, they were leaving them on the prep counter while they prioritize in person orders. Once I noticed the condition of my order I brought it to the attention of the cashier and asked for it to be remade. I also said I wanted a refund for my order as I had now wasted 40+mins waiting after it was scheduled to be ready (meaning my online order was placed over 1hr prior!) She called her manager on the phone, and instead of taking accountability, told him I was late picking up the order when I had been standing in the center of the lobby by the cubbies waiting the entire time. The manager refused. I asked to cancel the entire order after watching the 3 staff members cross contaminate everything they touched in the prep area with their gloves. I was able to order my exact order from another location 10mins away that was waiting in the cubbies when I arrived. Business is business. This franchise location is crap. Employees need to be trained. Managers need to have a physical presence rather than only reachable by phone. I will gladly support businesses who care about their customers experience rather than focusing on transactions only. I'm truly shocked that this location is so different than other locations. Corporate should check quality control.

This was my first trip to Heavenly Acai. I drove 30 miles to checkout this place. I tried Heavenly Acai and Sunshine from the long menu list. They both were the best with excellent taste and the topping was awesome. The quantity was right and it was filling. I love the menu and for sure I will be making trips to try other items on the list. This now tops the charts compared to other healthy food bowl locations for price, quality, taste, selection and cleanliness. Hope to see multiple Heavenly Acai locations open. read more
