Food is soooo good and always fresh. Great variety to choose from, with meat or without.

The vegan drumsticks are SO incredible! Get two orders and you will be in a super state of bliss. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Wow! We also love the vegan curries the yellow and green are our favs. I love the selection of gluten free vegan items here! Cute aesthetic also inside.

I came to this place looking for Saigon Box and discovered that Saigon Box had closed. I decided to give them a try since I was coming to pick up meat free rolls from Saigon Box since I rarely eat meat, but still love spring rolls. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this place has many vegan options on the menu! When I first walked in the guy at the counter warmly greeted me and gave everyone in my party a menu. He promptly took our order and told us to have a seat as he started to make our drinks. Did I mention that they sell Boba tea drinks?? So we definitely decide to get boba and enjoyed it while we waited for our food. I am excited to see another vegan option in Frisco! We ordered two boba teas, sesame chicken, and vegan drunken noodles with vegan shrimp protein. The sesame chicken tasted good, but definitely did not look like the picture, so be prepared for that. The drunken noodles were delicious I almost couldn't believe it was vegan! The boba teas were both tasty, the jasmine tea is strong, however the drinks weren't too sweet which is how I like them. The boba had the perfect amount of chewiness to them. Overall we had a good experience! The restaurant is very clean! The service was prompt and the people were friendly! We will definitely return in the future.

Service was perfect, the food was fresh and delicious. We loved the expansive vegan menu! They have vegan sushi, vegan dessert, vegan appetizers and a sampler plate that is amazing! Try the vegan chicken drumsticks!!!! Juicy, thick and savory in every bite! They even have vegan corn fritters that were delicate and flavorful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is great, good music, clean and nice aroma from the kitchen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

It is a small restaurant with very nice aesthetics! The service was attentive and food was tasty! We ordered several things including Tom Kha soup, dunken noodles, pad thai, pineapple fried rice and green curry chicken. Green curry was our favorite, the pineapple fried rice was lacking in flavor. Sticky rice with mango was a perfect ending. Overall, a great place!

Boba that somehow tastes like box carton chocolate milk

Ambiance: there's an odd fragrance as you enter. For some reason, it reminds me of the dentist. A strange assortment of music plays. Indian...not Thai. Service: the server I had was so awkward and came back several times to ask clarifying questions AFTER I had ordered. And after I'd already repeated the answers to her questions twice. It wasn't a very complicated order: classic black milk boba, two pieces of salmon sushi and the sashimi roll. After all that, she still got it wrong: she came out with four pieces of salmon sushi instead of two. Food: the sushi tastes fishy, the rice is hard in places. Boba: bad. Don't order their boba. Like, how do you mess up classic, black milk tea? It seemed like the most simple option, but tasting it immediately took me back to my elementary school cafeteria. Y'all. It tastes like chocolate milk from the box carton. Not like milk tea at all. Overall: I'm confused by my servers, I haven't eaten anything worth its price, and the boba didn't taste like boba. Maybe their other options are better, but I do NOT recommend the boba or sushi at this place. Not worth it. UPDATE: their sushi gave me diarrhea

    Papaya Salad
    Lam B.

Everything was about par - the food, the service, the restaurant. We asked for spicy and it turned out mild. The food took a while to come out but it is a tiny establishment. The papaya salad was tossed together versus being smashed with a pistel in a mortar. The dessert was bland (surprising as most sticky rice mango are overly sweet). I wish Saigon Box would come back as their food was sooooo good.

The vegetable green curry was amazing! I got spice level one and it was pretty spicy. Delicious.

Friday evening around 6:30, it wasn't busy. There's no kids menu, so I just ordered a side of noodles and shares my entree. Food was good. The server was nice and friendly and clean inside. They have a free water station. Pretty sure it's not authentic Thai.

The Pad Thai was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced, while the Pad See Ew had that rich, savory taste with noodles cooked just right. I ordered everything at the highest spice level, and I was honestly impressed that the heat never overpowered the food. It still had tons of flavor behind the spice, which is something a lot of places struggle to pull off. The dim sum was another standout. It was fresh, flavorful, and paired with a house-made dipping sauce that was absolutely incredible. That sauce alone is worth coming back for. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great place to sit down, relax, and enjoy your meal instead of feeling rushed. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions or make recommendations, which made the experience even better. Between the flavorful food, authentic spice, great atmosphere, and outstanding service, this place easily earns a 10/10 from me. I'll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu. The entire restaurant vibe was amazing, beautifully designed, clean, waitress was friendly, and took my shellfish allergy seriously. Since it was our first trip we ordered our food "mild", which was flavorful and incredibly delicious. Next time, I'll raise my spice level up to medium. If you're new to Thai food OR to this restaurant, I always recommend starting mild and working your way up. Every place is different. The pad Thai & house fried rice were simply amazing. So much flavor depth! Also, PLEASE do yourself a favor and order the Thai crispy spring rolls. I could eat a dozen of these by myself! And the sauce that's served with the spring rolls?! So good. We were planning our next visit before we even walked out the door! lol! We'll be back soon! Thanks Thai Spice for an incredible experience & amazing food!

I can give grace for that since I too want to not test the Texas grid. It's really clean and well set up when you first walk in. It was so hot inside, my legs stuck to the seat of the vinyl booth. I ate all my soup, no togo box for me. I paid the price for 3 days after eating here. OMG! Your tummy will be dying. Be safe. Don't eat level 5 at a new restaurant. You would think I'd learned that by now. We all have stupid moments. Mine was epic! It's supposed to be vegan and gluten free which is a big plus for those that require that as their diet. Less sugar items is a plus too! Way to go green. For me, because I messed up, I'll start at a lower spice level if I return. There were 4 people in our party. Got the feeling this place will be out of business before I even think of returning. I hope I'm wrong and wish them luck! June 2024
