After my divorce with Smoothie King, I landed at Vitality Bowls. I ordered an açaí bowl and it was DELICIOUS. Not overly sweet, not too pricey. The girl that helped me was friendly, knew it was my 1st time, and made helpful suggestions. I paid and she immediately went to the back and started on my order. Minutes later, she handed me a bag with my bowl, napkins and a spoon. They have a nice seating area too, if you want to enjoy your bowl in the moment. Everything was clean and tabletops were sparkling clean. I got the medium size bc I was hungry and it was really a large bowl. I couldn't finish it. Def could have fed 2 tiny, picky teenagers or one hungry football player. I see a long beautiful future ahead with VB. FOOD POISONING 10-26-2025!!!! i usually stick to their acai bowls and never have any issues but we decided to order the power paninis me and my husband and we BOTH ate our own paninis (chicken no ad ons just as it comes) and we BOTH end up puking for next 24 hours straight, we couldn't even hold down liquids and almost went to the ER. I am breastfeeding and my milk supply took a toll as I was recovering including day of, HORRIBLE experience, my 5 month old fussed and fussed bc I was extremely sick, fever + puking + dehydrate. We did not eat anything else outside that day and ate our usual breakfast at home prior, we are 100000% positive it was the greens in the panini that were spoiled, as I was eating I was picking them out bc the mustard flavor was bit over bearing more than usual and in the back of my mind I was hmmm these greens look very soggy looking but I figured it was just bc it was mixed with the mustard.... First of all, I didn't know this location was here and now it's going to be dangerous! It is so clean inside. They offer gluten free bars, cookies, and some chips inside as well. I LOVE these bowls. The detox bowl is my absolute favorite, plenty of nutrient dense ingredients. The Gogi berry is the perfect addition for some crunch, also recommend adding granola. We got the tropical bowl this past weekend and I liked it a lot more than I thought. I'm not a big mango or pineapple person and I couldn't really taste it. I think all of these bowls need the crunch so I loved the granola on it. The medium size is plenty for me. I shared a large one other time and even that was satisfying. I just want to say that this location has been so great over the years... Even through Covid. However as of late, I've found myself driving the extra distance to El Dorado or to Plano to enjoy a bowl. I'm using this review to give Management just a heads up because I really find this location super convenient for where I live. Over the last month, I've thrown away multiple bowls and left Paninis unfinished because the product was below the standard of the store. Frankly, this is the most expensive bowl in town... So I don't think it is fair for the customer to receive something that isn't a "wow" experience. I understand staff turnover... And yes things have changed since some of the newer staff started recently. And no it's not just the new summer staff... It was even before they started. Definitely within the last two months things have gone a bit downhill in quality of food preparation. Anyhow, I've seen new faces come and go, but the food has always remained consistent until now. Maybe it's that the staff needs to take more time preparing the food... I don't know. Hopefully this review is seen and things begin to improve... I really want to keep coming to the store. I love Vitality bowl. It's delicious and consistent. There are several different options to hit your needs with different acai/pitaya bowls, panini's, juices, etc. When I need something light and refreshing, this is the place that I go to. The only reason I did not give this location 5 stars is that they are extremely slow. Many times I walk into the location and no one is at the register, but in back shooting the breeze and laughing. I sometimes have to stand for 5-7 minutes trying to wave at them and get their attention. I should leave, but I love acai bowls here so much that I just suck it up. Other times when I've ordered my bowls, it can take 8-10 minutes for them to make it and send it out, even when there's only 2 guests. This place is pricey, but it has one of the best Acai bowls around, so it's worth it. Also, if you haven't downloaded the app, I recommend you do. I was curious about this place, since I live nearby. They have a huge menu of smoothie bowls. The first one I tried was the dragon bowl. It was really delicious. I ordered a large one and it was really big- could have been shared by 2 people. It was so delicious. I love that they put lots of texture like coconut shavings, fruits and nuts in the bowls so it is a really unique and yummy combination. I also ordered protein to add to my bowl to make it a little more nutritious. It did take a bit of time for them to make my order. They say it's because they're making everything from scratch and fresh ingredients so that makes sense and it's understandable. Just don't compare them to the smoothie zone down the road, where you're in and out in 2 minutes. read more

I got in bright and early and ordered an eggnini with sirloin and avocado (super delicious and highly recommend!) with a nitro cold brew coffee. My friend ordered a superfood bowl-I had a bite and it was cold, creamy and fruity! I was shocked to learn there was kale blended in the bowl, what an awesome way to sneak in some veggies.
