I do not recommend this place to anyone, if you order at 8:30am you don't get your food until 10am and we are 5 minutes away, the delivery driver is rude and always talking on her phone and this last time we ordered the eggs were raw, an absolute waste of money!

Right next to my job theres a little coffee shop that i sometimes go they deliver and there prices are pretty decent. The best part about this coffee shop is that from Monday thru Friday you have a tab on your bill i always pay on Fridays which is great cause thats when i get paid. They also except credit card and you can pay by phone. If there is a problem with your order he will replace it or you get your money back. They only thing is sometimes when the owner is not there the ppl that work there sometimes mix your order or the food might not be made with that extra love lol.. There also not open on the weekends.

They were so approachable, knowledgeable, and fun, that I wanted to support them, so I purchased some coffee. This was on a Thursday morning. The coffee was delivered across the country to my doorstep in Arizona on Saturday - I was super impressed! We made a pot of the Miami Restaurant Employee Relief Fund Blend this morning and it was fabulous. I typically put some steamed almond milk into my coffee but I drank it black (and several cups). It wasn't just me who enjoyed it either. It also passed the test of my judgemental, 43 year old Jewish husband's palate. He always takes his coffee black and this was no exception. I will definitely visit the Per'La coffee shop whenever I make my way back to Miami, but in the meantime, I'm sending love from Phoenix during these crazy times. I know where to look if I ever have questions related to coffee as well! Thanks Team Per'La!

Two cups in the morning, and I was still watching episodes of The Office until 4am... so you know the stuff is good, and probably the most productive I've been in a long time. Since I don't live in Miami, I ordered some of their beans and had them shipped. I got the Lucha Blend in whole bean form and some of the Cold Brew Blend ground up for my summer enjoyment during the heatwaves. I liked them both for different reasons, but the the Lucha Blend was my favorite. It was a dark roast but didn't punch you in the face. It was super smooth and you could get the smoky notes of chocolate with every sip. Don't get me wrong, the cold brew stuff was good too, and again, a small glass will keep you buzzing for hours. I've heard so many great things about Per'La from friends, so I was super happy I was able to support this coffee shop from across the country during COVID-19. Not only was the ordering process super easy via their website, they offer free shipping, and even included a super cute hand-written note showing appreciation too. Huge plus. I ordered on a Thursday and I was drinking their delicious blends by the start of the work-week. I don't know if they're always this fast, but... it was fast. Until I can come in and support them in-person during a future trip to Miami, I know I'll be ordering more of their beans to hold me over until that happens!

Once inside we learned the owner roasts all his beans, organic and all the products are environmentally friendly. The coffee is AMAZING!! We had a late and cappuccino. The owner is so nice they serve fresh baked goods (very small food menu but we had the banana bread, cranberry cake and savory sourdough roll). All delicious! They also sell coffee beans (I just ordered some for delivery) and wish I was local - i would be going daily!

When we walked to Doing Work Coffee, we were initially a bit confused and weren't sure we were in the right place. That's understandable, since it shares space with Wicked Lick Ice Cream. Fortunately, the owner noticed our confusion and warmly invited us in. Food: It wasn't listed on the menu, but they were happy to make me a London Fog tea latte. My son ordered a white chocolate latte. Both drinks were good. Personally, I prefer coffee served in a mug, and they only use paper cups, which took away a bit from the experience. They don't offer much in the way of baked goods, but they did have butterscotch scones. The scone was slightly too sweet for my taste, but the texture was excellent. They heated it for us, which made it even more enjoyable. Service: The service was exceptionally friendly. We felt genuinely welcomed, and the owner took the time to have a conversation with us. After hearing his story and seeing his commitment and work ethic firsthand, I found myself rooting for his success. Atmosphere: Since they share space with the ice cream shop, the environment isn't fully coffee-centric. Coffee is the focus earlier in the day, with ice cream taking over later. There is limited seating, and for me, part of the coffee shop experience is slowing down, drinking from a proper mug, and enjoying a calm, dedicated café environment. I'm not sure what their long-term plans are, but I hope they eventually move into their own space. They clearly care about what they're doing, and it would be great to see them grow into a full coffee shop experience. Best of luck to them.
