When you infuse nitrogen into coffee, it creates a very creamy and foamy head without milk! Other experts even said, nitrogen slow down oxidation and kept the coffee fresh longer! Today, I ordered hot cinnamon latte. Shots of their Espresso with Moon Milk and oat milk with cinnamon is my second favorite. A chocolate croissant and sips of cinnamon latte made my afternoon break complete! Ambiance is very cozy and relaxed. Both inside and outside tables are available. I picked my own and thought it was a fun way to try several of their lattes! I believe you can get it hot or iced but definitely dine in if you get this! We loved everything we got and the menu is big enough that you could come several times and try new things. They have a back area with tons of seating too. Their espresso blend is full flavor without the bitterness that a lot of over roasted coffees have. If you want Robusto beans, they are not a fit for you, but their Arabica beans are top quality. The on-line store is an excellent way to get great coffee delivered to your doorstep. But, if you are in the area, they bag and grind the coffee to order. On the website they offer beans, ground coffee, and K-cups.
