Roundabout Cafe has their own parking but when we pulled in, most of the parking was taken and so we parked in the stalls available a few steps from the cafe. The cafe has super cute French style seating up front and bar seating on the side. Inside, there are two bistro tables that seats 4 and window counter seating. The restaurant pleasantly asks if you're a single patron, to sit along the window during busy hours. Cafe has monthly specials that we took advantage of, a large selection of refreshing and caffeinated drinks, art for sale and ice cream that was suggested to order today, but will reserve for next time, and there will be a next time. Staff was super helpful and friendly making this a pleasant experience. We will be making this a regular stop in future family visits.

I hate to say this, but I think this was the worst Vietnamese coffee I've ever had. I didn't think it tasted like Vietnamese coffee at all. The flavor was just not there. Also I'm not sure if it was drip or espresso, but it kinda tasted burnt. Next was the sandwich. I was pretty disappointed with it. Pickled veggies weren't bad. The other veggies were okay. But the meat was just not right. It just didn't taste right. The flavors were off and the meat was kinda dry. The whole sandwich was pretty dry. It didn't come with mayo, but it was definitely needed. The sandwich was better after I added some Kewpie mayo at home, but that meat still wasn't right. The muffin was honestly the best thing I had. It wasn't bad, but it can definitely be improved. It could've used more pumpkin flavor. I enjoyed the bites with cream cheese. It was a good combination overall. I can't say much for service because I used DoorDash, but it seemed pretty quick. Although I can't imagine there being that many people there at 6am. We finally got the opportunity on Sunday morning as we wanted some caffeine and some treats for our fur babies. The menu is concise and simple which is great as often times, too many options can be very overwhelming and hard to read. They have coffee, non-coffee drinks, energy drinks and even bubble tea! Additionally, for food they have banh mis, breakfast sandwiches, Blazing bagels, and other pastries. The barista here was very friendly and professional, she made sure to check that she got our order right and made sure to give our fur babies some treats. I love that they have special treats rather than Milkbones as our fur babies devoured them quickly! Even our picky girl who isn't keen on new treats but she loved it so much! Our drinks were made to perfection too, not too sweet and with four shots definitely helped us stay awake. They also have a reward system where if you order 7 times, you get one free which I think is great as other places make it purchase 9, 10, or even more. We look forward to making them a stop for whenever we are in Lakewood.
