These were some of the best crepes I've ever had & they have a great selection! The pink avocado toast was good (a little salty for my liking) and the coffees all came with a teddy bear ice cube that just made the experience that much more enjoyable. Walked in and was greeted with a fixed menu of $30 a person where we were able to pick a main course, sweet crepe, and a beverage. Once we figured out what we were going to get the lady taking our order said we can only pick between the crepe or main course. We were taken away from what she was saying so we ended up getting a ham and cheese panini and strawberry crepe. Total came out to $66 and change BUT WAIT don't forget the RIDICULOUS 18% service charge. I asked the cashier what the surcharge was for and she stuttered as if no one has ever question it before and said it's for tip. A mandatory tip for party of two!? I have no problem tipping after my meal but automatically adding a %18 charge is crazy. The lemonade was bought at the Walmart across the street and coffee tasted like Folgers. Sandwich was not filled at all, more bread than anything else. Never trust these Vegas influencers that are PAID to give these places positive reviews. That 18% charge is them probably trying to recoup the money they paid to the influencers who came to leave a fake positive review. Most of the time food that looks good to the eye and perfect usually doesn't taste good but in this case it looks and tastes amazing! The cutest pink wonderland of a cafe! I'm so glad I stumbled across this gem. The inside is all pink and the ambiance is cute and inviting. The worker was friendly and knowledgeable of the drinks. I ended up getting the grilled cheese and tomato soup as well. A little pricey for what it was, but the soup had a pepper kick to it that wasn't too spicy but added extra flavor. We had to get a meal too I had asked if we could just get a crepe to share and she said it had to be a drink and a main course per person. To me that's just trying to get people to spend more. We ended up getting two strawberry matcha's, one vanilla latte and 3 strawberry crepes. The matcha's tasted like pure milk and you could tell by the color too. The vanilla latte didn't even taste like vanilla just bitter coffee. The total came out to 62 for what we got. I have been wanting to go to this café after seeing it all over social media. It is a very small spot with about 10 tables inside. They have two small tables outside the café . It is decorated head to toe with pink Christmas decorations. It is picture worthy. They serve food and beverages. I only got a caramel bear latte, which the cashier said was one of the more popular drinks. The latte was OK, the cute little bear is an ice cube. I would come back to try some other food. This is definitely a place to come and take pictures. The service was ok. One server was very helpful. She told me I can sit down while I was waiting. The cashier was not very helpful. TikTok vs. Reality: A Missed Opportunity for What Could've Been a Cute Café I'm always big on supporting small businesses, so I went out of my way -- about a mile and a half off the freeway -- to visit this café after seeing it on TikTok. I expected something charming, romantic, and cozy for the season. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. Location & Atmosphere The café is located in a strip mall that's a bit on the rougher side. When I parked, there was a strong smell of pee in the area that never really went away -- it lingered even after I got back in my car. From the videos online, I imagined something serene and thoughtfully decorated. In person, though, it looked more like a mix of pink decorations from all kinds of stores -- Dollar Tree, discount shops, and random finds -- all thrown together to create a "pink holiday" theme. Even the pics I took make it nicer then what it is in person. The only standout piece was the large Santa outside, but overall it felt more thrown-together than intentional. Inside, it's not so much a café as it is a storefront converted into one. There were maybe 20 tables total, with only three or four occupied when I arrived. The vibe wasn't romantic or cozy -- more like a quick stop with some pink décor. Service & Cleanliness The lady at the counter was very kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. But right behind the counter, I immediately noticed clutter and a lack of cleanliness. It's the first thing customers see, and to me that signals a lack of pride in presentation and hygiene -- something that really matters in a food service space. Ordering Experience You order at the counter here -- it's not table service -- which is fine, but it doesn't quite match the restaurant-style setup. When I asked for the menu, the employee told me that everything was sold out, including basic items. The only thing left was the Nutella crepe, and even worse, they were completely out of coffee. At 2 PM on a Tuesday. That made no sense to me -- how does a café run out of coffee midday? It came across as poor planning or lack of management more than just a busy day. Finding the Place When searching on Maps, it doesn't even come up as "Casa de Flores" -- it shows as something with "Crepes" in the name. Just a heads-up in case you try to find it, because it's easy to miss. Overall Impression Between the lingering smell outside, the disorganization inside, and the fact that almost nothing on the menu was available, it's safe to say this visit didn't live up to expectations. TikTok made it look like a romantic date spot -- but honestly, this isn't the kind of place I'd choose for that. I'm not trying to be harsh on a business that's trying to make it work, but when you can't even offer a simple cup of coffee, it's hard to overlook the lack of preparation and upkeep. Final Verdict 1 out of 5 stars. Friendly service, but that's about it. No coffee, no food options, poor cleanliness, and an atmosphere that doesn't match what's shown online. There was only one person working, which I understand can be difficult, but the service and food quality did not match the high prices at all. We were automatically charged an 18% tip, and our food took over 40 minutes to arrive. I ordered an iced mazapán latte with double espresso, but it tasted extremely watery and honestly seemed like there was barely any espresso in it. My matcha drink also tasted bad, and the strawberry flavor tasted very artificial and nothing close to real strawberry. The crepes were also disappointing because they were salty and not enjoyable at all. When I asked for a refund due to the poor quality of the drinks and food, it was denied. On top of that, the health department grade was hidden or not visible anywhere, which made me uncomfortable because I was not able to verify whether it was a safe environment to eat at. Both drinks were sweeter than what we like. So if you are a fan or like your coffee to be really sweet definitely recommend. If you like something stronger I suggest going with something else. The strawberry latte you can definitely taste the strawberry part. My friend did mention that hers was super sugary and had a lot of sugar at the bottom of the cup. So we got fooled by the filters... This place looks like a vibe online....soft lighting, fruity pebbles crepe, "cute café aesthetic." In reality? It's giving Instagram vs. Reality (horror edition). The staff didn't speak much English, which made ordering already awkward but then came the Fruity Pebbles crepe. The photo shows it covered in cereal and fruit, what we got was a sad, soggy mess. Maybe a fourth of a banana, sliced paper-thin, swimming in chocolate syrup, drowning in whipped cream, and about a teaspoon of Fruity Pebbles. We asked nicely for a little more cereal (because hello, that's the whole point of the dish), and they said that'd be an extra charge. I would've laughed it off , until they dropped the bill and there's an automatic 18% gratuity added for terrible service. We tried to call multiple times ahead of time to see if they could accommodate our party of 9, however no one ever answered the phone. After arriving we learned that the only table for 6+ was the 'VIP Table' which came with a $35 per person prefix menu, which ended up being $47 per person after service fee/tip. The food was very average and took forever for just salads and paninis. We also ordered 3 Iced Bear Lattes and only 2 came with a bear? We asked why there wasn't a bear on the last latte and our waitress just said 'no' and kept it moving. We didn't get water until we were half way through our meals, and there were no knives, napkins, or periodic check ins to see if we needed anything. One of the employees randomly came over and took a picture of our table without asking which was just odd. Overall definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend for a group. Saw this on social media and had to check it out. It happened to be my daughter's 18th birthday and I she loves the whole little mermaid thing. This is the cutest cafe spot I've seen. I couldn't get over how cute it was! The staff was truly amazing and informed. I like the fact that they have something for all ages. I ordered the Rose Bear champagne and my daughter ordered the strawberry latte. The drinks were so cute. The food was really good as well! Big portions which was surprising. This cafe is clearly very Instagrammable & well known for its photo-worthy setup. The space is really cute. (I'm a girly girl who loves pink, so I was bound to enjoy the decor).
