85 Bakery is my absolute favorite bakery in town. I was sad summer pastries I usually get wasn't available on my last visit. They did have new pastry called Mango Danish. When I asked about one of the pastry I like to the baker, she told me one of the customer just bought the whole tray early in the morning. Good stuffs do sell fast :(

The clerk at the front was kind and offered us additions to our coffees, as well as, pastries. We went with the Vietnamese Cold Brew with Sea Salt foam and it's was absolutely delicious! We went right at opening so it was quiet and quick. I will be returning to try the pastries.

This is definitely one of our favorite bakeries! We love stopping by to pick up our go-to baked treats that never fail to make us smile. While it's understandable that some items might be unavailable later in the day, they always do a wonderful job and never disappoint us. I find myself constantly singing their praises. Usually, we visit the one in Shanghai Plaza, but when we're in the mood for a quick and cozy treat without a full day outing, because let's be honest, it's way too fun there. We always leave with our favorite baked goods, and even if some items are sold out later in the day, they still have that special charm. I just can't help but rave about them!

This is another of the popular bakery chain in Henderson. It's located quite close to the new Longhorn steakhouse, so we walked over while waiting for our table. It's quite clean and well kept inside with a large selection of assorted breads, cookies, and pastries. In a cold case you will find quite a selection of assorted cakes both whole cakes and slices. Staff are sort of .. meh. Not terribly friendly but not rude either. We tried a variety of items, and I just finished eating the potato croquette. It was much more "bready" than I am used to and actually had very little filling. I have tried a few other items also including the Black Forest cake - delicious and not overly sweet. The simple sliced white bread is also delicious and makes amazing toast. Overall, this is a very high quality bakery with a wide variety of offerings and is perfect if you don't want your desserts overly sweet!

This was the best Mother's Day cake from my son! Wow the flavors & creamy frosting not over sweet just perfect fluffiness was excellent! I shared a slice with my 2 elderly neighbors every one loved it! I love this bakery it's a favorite! I love their single serving basque cheesecake! I never pass by without stopping in for something deeelish & fresh! Can't go wrong here!

I've been wanting to try this place and decided to do the cheesecake . It was a little dry for me but I enjoyed the consistency of the crust .

I've been here a few times and overall, I've enjoyed my experiences here. Most recently, I tried the sea salt matcha with oat milk, and it is my favorite drink I've tried so far here. I did ask to get my matcha made with almond milk, but was told they only had soy and oat milk. I'm not sure if they were out that day or if almond milk just isn't offered, but the oat milk still worked well. One of the best things about this place is the huge selection. There are so many drinks and baked goods to choose from. They offer something for everyone. There are savory pastries, sweet pastries, cakes (you can get individual slices), and plenty of breads. Coffee, boba, and matcha. The bakery section always looks fresh and well-stocked, never like it's been sitting out for days or anything. Service has been consistently good and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. However, there's a lot of foot traffic and I've noticed sometimes it takes a while for someone to clean tables crumbs and what not off tables after customers leave. You can order at a kiosk, at the register, or online for pickup. I also like that you can grab a tray cafeteria-style and choose your pastries before checking out. There is also plenty of parking since this is located in a shopping plaza. Now, I willll say that the drinks here are VERY sweet, which is fitting because the cups and the wall says "sweeten your life." Next time, I'll definitely ask for less sweetener in whatever I get, but even so, the drinks taste good.

I genuinely feel lucky to have this 85C Bakery nearby. Compared to the busy Chinatown location, this one is calm, easy to park at, and just as high quality. The breads and drinks are always delicious, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to help me use my points and find the best deals, which made the experience even better. It's become one of my favorite spots for tea and pastries.

Jasmine V.

Got their new drinks: strawberry green tea with sea salt foam and strawberry de leche. Both were yummy and refreshing. I like how I can taste the fresh strawberries. The new bread strawberry matcha Bread was ok not that great. Not much matcha flavor it was more for the color. Too much bread over strawberry filling.

Lovely spot with Asian pastries and sandwiches. Coffees are average but the app is faulty. Signed up for deals on their apps and they didn't even work. Managers made it happen but took a sec to sort out. Prices on some of the items are a good value. Friendly staff and order comes out just the way I wanted it

Got their boba milk tea and matcha latte. 85c is a comfy cafe with good service and really tasty drinks. I like how the drinks aren't too sweet. The employees were really friendly and I got my drinks really quick. Would recommend!

Love that they have this cafe here because we would go to the one in Shanghai Plaza and it's less of a drive for us!! Upon entering I liked how I could go order drinks at the kiosk while my husband went to look at the pastries. So many options to choose from and let me tell you our favorite one item is the Choco Buns. If you love chocolate this would be something I recommend. The chocolate filling is delectable with the right amount of chocolate inside. We are definitely going back to try even more different items. I got to try the strawberry matcha latte and I plan to get it less sweet than the normal amount but it was delicious with strawberry pieces on the bottom. My husband went to the cashier to pay for our pastries and said that they were welcoming and fast. I enjoyed how spacious inside was; there are tables and chairs to sit on. I loved seeing the sign they had so I had to take a picture with it and my drink (: It was truly a vibe to "Sweeten Your Life"

This guy is more than likely racist and will make you wait 30 minutes for a drink after asking him 3 times about the same order.

Came back randomly and they hit me with the star service! Good Hokkiado buns and amazing drinks. Thanks Emily and staff for the great service!

You can get a selected pastry for $2 with your drink Monday-Wednesday! I'm looking forward to try the ensaymada but it's pricey--$7...it better be worth that! Service was quick! I was so extremely excited to visit this shop. We saw a Filipino vlogger visit their new branch in…read morethe Philippines, and when they mentioned that their OG spot was in Vegas, I knew we had to make a special stop the next time we were around the area. We made sure to get a couple of their specialty coffees--the Turon Brulee Latte and the Ferrero Latte, and then one of their more regular coffees, the Ube Latte. All of them were a hit! Every single one of the cloud foams on the coffee lattes we had were sooooo incredibly creamy and delicious, and tasted exactly like they should. If I were to choose one favorite out of the ones we got though, mine would be the Turon Brulee Latte. That banana and jackfruit puree they have on there was just pure perfection. It went so well with that bold coffee flavor without completely overpowering it, and it wasn't overly sweet. It definitely tasted like the traditional Filipino dessert in coffee latte form! One thing of note--their coffee tasted DIVINE. It was smooth and mellow with a great punch of toastiness to it. I'm a huge fan of coffee shops who roast their own coffee beans so that in and of itself was already a winner for me. But after tasting their coffee? Hands down, just a great experience overall. Ambiance was great--I loved the art they had on the walls and red ram figures they had on the tables. The place was very clean and it's somewhere you'd want to stay and chill at while enjoying your coffee and/or pastry of choice. Service was impeccable--the barista who helped us was so friendly and welcoming. She even gave her own recommendations and made sure our coffees were all made to our liking. We also even met one of the owners, Mr. Armand! He was so very nice and sweet. We love an owner who's hands on and we were pretty lucky to meet him during our visit. I'm already looking forward to the next time we're able to come back here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So they have a sign up that says if you give them 5 stars on Yelp and show them the review within 3…read moredays, they will give you a free coffee. But I have been here three times and every time I have tried to order, it took SO DAMN LONG to get my coffee, that I just can't in good faith, leave a 5 star review. Every time I have gone in, there's one person doing everything, taking the orders, making food and making coffees. That's certainly not fair to your staff for one, who probably don't make much money and it's STRESSFUL when you're working as fast as you can, but people are waiting who haven't had their coffee. I spent 25 minutes waiting the first time and almost 40 minutes the second time (40 minutes!!!) and the last time I walked in, saw a packed cafe and NO ONE had coffee in front of them - so I just walked out. The coffee was just okay too, it wasn't hot enough the second time I went and my friends coffee had the wrong milk in it and she couldn't drink it. You can be 2 of these things to be successful: if your coffee is expensive, you need fast service and delicious coffee. You can have slow service, but it needs to be well priced and tasty. But you CANNOT have high prices, mediocre coffee AND slow service. This explains the 'give us a 5* review and show us' trick they need to do, because otherwise people like myself aren't going to go back. There are so many other great coffee places around - if you're in a rush don't go here. The atomosphere is too quiet too, you can hear everyones conversation if anyone is having a conversation. There's no music/background lofi on or anything and it's a TINY cafe. It's a little uncomfortable actually, although it does look beautiful and whimsical and cute. I can't speak on the food, I never got to try and and based on my previous experiences - I won't be either.

CREPES, COFFEE AND MORE…read more.. I went to this French cafe over a week ago to try to get a crepe to go. It was not overly busy. It's very casual and easy to order at the counter and go. Think again. I got through the line quickly. Placed my order and watched everyone around me receive their food, dine and leave within 30 minutes all while I was still standing at the front waiting for 1 gluten free crepe with fruit. There was a sign up front that asked guests to be prepared to wait longer times so I really tried to be patient. I waited. After 40 minutes still standing up front I still had no crepe. I asked the cashier if she remembered me and she said my order would be ready momentarily. I took a closer look at the order and noticed that the gluten free crepe was buckwheat batter of which when I ordered they didn't make mention of this. Due to my allergies and sensitivity I had to wait again to speak with someone else who appeared to be managing, perhaps the owner. He claimed they make their own batter and brought out the bag of buckwheat flour. Then read on google the ingredients. I really thought a gluten free crepe was mainly made of alternative flour such as coconut flour--not here. I also pulled up this information however I did not want to take a risk. He told the cashier at the counter to issue me a refund and he turned back around to make more coffee orders. I overall felt like I had wasted my time here. I used to take my kids here and haven't been here since they remodeled and expanded. I was by myself and really just wanted something to eat but was not offered anything else. That part upset me the most. Then my refund took a week long. Really thought the refund should have been immediately. The cafe is really cute! I love the decor and feel in here but just really disappointed in this whole experience and not the best quality of customer service. Located on Horizon Ridge Parkway in Green Valley.

I found a space and only had about a two-minute walk to Public Works. The space is industrial but cozy, and I love the little community library in the red phone booth. That's such a cute touch and very on-brand for a neighborhood spot. It also turns into a wine bar at night. I ordered the iced matcha honey latte with almond milk. It was good, but definitely on the sweeter side. Almost milkshake-like. (Not frozen, just thicker and sweeter than a traditional matcha). I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for an earthy or classic matcha. The texture was a bit grainy with some settling at the bottom, and I did get a small clump in one sip. Not a big deal, just noticeable. If I had to guess, they use a pre-sweetened matcha powder. They don't advertise having pure or ceremonial matcha, so I'm not too pressed. Just sharing my experience. Service was quick and I got my drink within just a few minutes. There's plenty of indoor seating plus a spacious, dog-friendly patio. The vibe is very social and family-friendly, with lots of conversation, families, and groups. I personally wouldn't come here to study or work, but it seems like a great spot to meet with friends or family, or just a casual coffee run. I'd come back when I'm in the mood for something sweet. I'm curious to try the Cuban latte next time since it gets so much love. I'm glad I checked this place out.

I remember visiting once but maybe or maybe not buying a drink, then just never returning since it was a bit out of the water. But I relocated to a closer Henderson neighborhood and started checking out some of the nearby casinos, and it just seemed like a good idea to stop by today... and take advantage of a casino partnership as well. I tried two drinks. The Cold Brew ($7.00, 24 oz) felt like a dark roast at first but expressed mostly fruity notes later on. It was certainly smooth and low in bitterness and acidity. I also wanted to try a latte since that tends to be where these cafes get the most creative. The Cuban Honey ($7.00, 16 oz) was the recommendation of the employee at the register, and it was simple and tasty enough. Milk, honey, and cinnamon are some very classic and comforting flavors, and they're beautifully balanced in this latte. I was also interested in trying a quiche ($5.95), so I did. They come as a compact "personal" size and apparently just get heated warm for you even if you're taking them to-go. The Florentine is definitely spinach-forward but also seems to have mushrooms and caramelized onions. The crust is suitable, the egg custard isn't the most amazing, and it leans a bit salty overall, but it's an enjoyable food option. I probably blew past the parking lot which I'm vaguely aware of, but that's because parking was actually available on the street. Some spots were marked for 12 min only, but there were plenty of open unmarked spots a few yards up. The place was almost empty around Saturday lunch too. I have no idea why since it seemed quiet enough for a study or work spot. Public Works has filled a coffee-seeking niche in this area of Henderson for a long time, and hopefully they'll do so for years to come. If you play at Emerald Island or Rainbow Club, ask the casino about using points here since it's as good as money.
