The temperature is rising and it's a mission to find as many spots and ways to cool down for the week. And enjoying a sweet cup of milkshake is most definitely a top choice! Located close to Coquitlam Center is this cute cafe Cafe Delitzi that serves desserts, snacks and drinks. And the freak shakes they offer are a very popular choice amongst its customers! Look how gorgeous they are! Aside from its beauty the flavours is spot on as summer pick me up with its creamy tiramisu and bold espresso flavours!

Amazing service from their friendly staff, rewards program and a beautiful pianist playing on this rainy morning. Good selection of food, goodies, coffee and now alcohol! Highly recommend stopping in for a relaxing cup of coffee!

Lots of selection at this cafe in Central Coquitlam. As it was quite a cold day, I decided to get a London fog to go during my walk around Lafarge Lake and I'm glad that I had a hot beverage to keep me warm. I wished the London fog had a bit more flavour but overall not bad. I would need to try more of their offerings to give them a fair rating but they look to have quite the extensive menu.

Pull apart was lighter than I expected. Other place's pull apart was so buttery, cheesy, however, this one was flaky and buttery, so, if you prefer light texture pull apart, you will like it. Cream cheese filling was nice accent. Pistachio loaf was more dense than I expected. It had pistachio whipped cream on top, so, cream helped loaf texture more smooth. Loaf had strong pistachio flavor. I liked whipped cream and loaf combination. Pesto and mozzalera swirl was a bit too salty for me. Dough was super flaky and buttery, I liked the dough texture so much, but filling could be more minder. Unfortunately, I did not have ferrero rocher danish. I heard that this one was the best. Mousse was so delicious and dough was very flaky and buttery. Overall, I think their pastries are always outstanding and good quality. The place was extremely busy and could not get a table. Next time, I wish I could dine-in.

We were seated right away. We ordered a pistachio latte, apple crisp macchiato and Turkish coffee. We asked for the first two drinks to go and Turkish coffee in house. Unfortunately, our barista made all the drinks to go. We did not get to enjoy the Turkish coffee in a nicer presentation. Also, we kind of expected a sugary treat to accompany the Turkish coffee and there was nothing. Maybe because I am used to other cafes just automatically offering a Turkish delight or something? There was a cup of water to wash down the bitter coffee. Overall, I think their food is probably a better option than their drinks. My pistachio latte was alright. I could taste a hint of the pistachio. Service was alright. We received our drinks fairly quickly.

I was intrigued why they did not have an Iranian theme with some ethnic uniqueness to it. Perhaps this is more palatable to the general public. They serve cafe style offerings with some breakfast items, sandwiches and pastries. The owner relayed to me all coffees and teas they serve are organic!! She would also like to expand their menu to include a liquor license. So we shall see what happens then. Coffee is good. Pastries were okay. Pricing is slightly above average. Okay environment to work in if you don't mind the Mediterranean guitar music playing full-blast. Overall, their chairs are more comfortable than usual coffee joints in the hood. May return in future if work with RELAXING music is in the stars.

The spacious layout makes it an ideal spot to gather with family, catch up with friends, or even meet with coworkers for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Their drink menu is full of unique and delicious options, and the display of sweet treats is hard to resist. The food is consistently flavorful, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. Every bite was enjoyable, but the standout for me was the croissant--perfectly buttery, incredibly flaky, and absolutely irresistible. I could have eaten another one without hesitation!
