THE BEST steak and prime rib in town without a doubt! Great burgers with a good variety to try! Good garlic butter pasta. The best steamed and buttered broccoli you'll ever have in your life! Nice big portion of spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs are big and juicy. Good fried pickles. Good beer and drink options. Skilled bartenders. Very very very clean looking behind the bar always. No sticky bar, no dirty cups piled up, no fruit flies, no gummy soda guns, no stale beer smell, no dusty bottles.... very nicely kept. The only disappointment/thing I don't like on the menu is the little frozen premade beer fish fry. They're such a great restaurant, I think they should do their own big hunk of beer battered fish fry dinner instead at least for lent. My 2023 review issues have all been resolved! Yay! It's more of a cozy friendly dive bar without a nice view like halfway inn, but the halfway in wings, fries, and staff don't hold a candle to 3rd base! The wait staff and management at 3rd base are what make it a Cheers type vibe. Don't sleep on it or be fooled by the unassuming outside. The place is dated, but very clean, fast, super welcoming, exceptional at what they do, a well oiled machine, and delicious! My mouth is watering and I can smell the wings and Cajun fries vividly in my memory while I write this. I'm kicking myself for driving by without trying them for forever. I'm addicted now!

Not even a shred of effort. I've seen more toppings on a flight snack. This wasn't a salad made by a chef--it was a salad that called in sick. It looked like it was assembled by someone who whispered, "Good enough," and walked away. AJ's--your food is good. Your pizza? A hit. Your prices? More than fair. But that salad? That salad needs to be exorcised from the menu. For $8, I expected at least a garnish of dignity. That container of sadness was delivered to my hotel and somehow still found a way to disrespect me.
