New pretty cafe that opened up beside the Hmart supermarket in little ferry. Really pretty and clean, perfect for hangout and photos. Maybe we came too early (8:30am on July 4) there wasn't too much pastry selection and the kitchen for hot food doesn't open until 9am. Staff was friendly and helped bring out the high chair when we requested. It was nice and empty when we enjoyed our breakfast. I do wish that they have more pastry in the morning though. read more

tried this cafe for the first time today! i had to do some studying so my friend recommended this place! i love the interior design of the cafe and all the lights. there's a lot of places to sit, free wifi and outlets! perfect place to do work. i got the peach iced tea soda which was super refreshing! it was $6.50 for a large drink and it was delicious! very nice owner and service as well :) i want to come back and try their food next time! read more

Overpriced and staff don't know much about the dessert they're selling. The place is cute so if you're gonna go to eat then seek a cute place to talk, this is it but don't spend so much on their bad desserts. The bingsoo is also eh but overpriced. Went here during their grand opening (a few months prior) and now. Their service surely improved especially in relation to waiting time. The first time I went, it took more than an hour for my breakfast special to be brought to our table. Now, they are extremely efficient and the food was ready in less than 15 minutes. The cozy feeling of their decor and cleanliness adds to the experience. The staff was very helpful in meeting our requests and were also very friendly. Their breakfast special is totally worth it (picture added of fries and bacon, egg & cheese) for only $7 dollars! I have also tried their salmon lox toast which was also very yummy. From the Hebrew meaning loving kindness, we came yesterday to this establishment recently open at the H-Mart complex in Little Ferry for dinner. Reservation was made easily via Google and useful as there were a steady stream of patrons. Upon arrival, my partner, our friends and I were greeted by the staff and ordered off their menu at the counter. For starters, some of us started out with their French onion soup. As an entree, we ordered Hesed's Cream Cheese Pizza (chef's special cream cheese, 5 blended cheese,fresh cherry tomatoes, parmigiano reggiano cheese), Grilled Chicken Sandwich served with fries & side salad, Linguine alle Frutti di Mare (tomato sauce with mussels and calamari) and Linguine alle Vongole(fresh clam, garlic, peperoncino, fresh parsley). While eating, the owner Bee came by our table to exchange a few words. The soup were tasty but were hoping for some more cheese nevertheless fulfilling. The pasta dishes had a extra kick to them but nevertheless good. They didn't skimp on the clams for my meal. The pizza had a different taste especially with the cream cheese. The chicken sandwich was just enough. All in all, cool open interiors with various different type of seatings, friendly staff, food okay and price reasonable. Very nice and friendly service that I happened to also find charming and easy on the eyes (Can I still say that these days? I genuinely don't mean to offend anyone, quite the contrary.), odd but modern unique decor, place is clean. Unfortunately, not only was the taste of the food nothing remarkable, but it surprisingly literally made me sick, as in had to throw up but was fine again soon after getting the food back out of me. I have not tried their food but if you are going here for a coffee, STOP YOURSELF. I got iced Americano and a regular iced coffee. They were just bad. No coffee taste but just a bitnnerness. So my brother is a huge golfer as I am, so he tells me there's this place near by the range we hit at, that serves good brunch food. I didn't notice any brunch food, but still decided to give it a try. Waited over 20 min for a BLT, with added avocado and eggs. My number was called and my food was still not ready as the girl realized my sandwich had no extra items I ordered and paid for. After waiting another 10 min or so, I finally get my food. Sit down to eat, and afyer the first bite, tasted a god Sergio taste of "dirty water" is the best I can explain. Could by my taste buds right? Ok, let's go with that, but as a paying customer, if with in reason eat a meal that I feel is not suitable for me, that I should be allowed to ask for a refund. Pay for the juice I had. And if I want to buy something else, then I will. But that was not the case, as I was told no refund would be given to me and that a soda would be the best compensation. This is the place you want to go if you have company and want to sit down somewhere nice that has good options in terms of desserts and cafe food. The atmosphere is cozy and while everything is kind of pricey, I did not get anything that I didnt like in terms of dessert. The Freshly Made Juices are a good option and are pretty reasonable, price-wise. If you have a picky eater with you, they have pizzas too. Love the large open seating area. The baked goods are good s d the grilled chicken sandwich was solid - well cooked chicken but the chipotle sauce was much spicier than I imagined. Also, we wanted bingsoo which they have pictures of on the outside of the restaurant and in the wall right next to the cashier. They told me that the machine was broken so they didn't have it. Unpleasant experience. Not only the long wait for my food, but I had to deal with rude, unprofessional employee who does not even apologize when she spilt a hot tea on table. After about 40 minute of long wait I checked with register if food will come or what..they said they messed up with some canceled order. And no apologies, she asked if I want refund or wait. Well..I wanted to have damn food.. So I waited another 20 mins till my whole group finish their food. But when I reached the register again, she just pulled out food from side as though she was waiting for me to come to pick it up. I don't know. Don't recommend the mint ice tea soda. It was straight up mouthwash. Thought it would have actual mint leaves like a mojito...
