After calling Saffron and speaking with (I believe) the owner/manager we were able to put some delicious pastries and cookies together. They even were so kind as to write a small note for us. While the store doesn't usually offer delivery - the owner was so moved by our situation - that he was open to hand-deliver the package AFTER closing. The donuts and cookies were very much appreciated by our friends and they let us know that everything was fresh and exceptionally delicious! Our waitress was very attentive in the beginning, and I think she could tell we were there to catch up and weren't in any rush, which I appreciated.
