We stopped in after our bike ride looking for a a smoothy. We decided to stay for some lunch. We like the ambiance of the shop. It feels quite quaint inside. The service was good for a small shop. We are not looking for fast food service when we head out, and this fit the bill. Very relaxed atmosphere. I had the Vermonter sandwich which was very tasty. My wife had the spinach salad with tunafish. She enjoyed the slight lemony flavoring in the tunafish . The smoothy were good. I had the James and had them substitute almond milk for the yogurt. My wife liked the almond butter in her Green Monster smoothy. It made for lighter flavor. The lemon ricotta cookie was an excellent way to end this meal. Went there for the first time and overall it was a good experience.. the place is bigger than it looks outside because they have first floor seating , a second floor for indoor seating and a deck outside as well to sit. The wife and I both ordered 2 different breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. The coffee was ok but I think I'd rather get coffee from Dunkin or Honeydew instead.. the only real negative is the pricing. They had a steady flow of people going in and out so don't know why they feel the need to charge so much. I would def start going there more often if the pricing wasn't so high I mean $29 for 2 coffees 2 breakfast sandwiches and a small juice and a donut is pretty crazy so that being said I have 3 stars because the coffee isn't great and the prices are way to high. Kind of let down with Flour Girls. Ordered a wrap online - noontime pickup. I arrive and it's not ready. The order ticket wasn't even looked at because the woman at the counter grabbed it off the receipt machine after not finding my order. Waited 20 more minutes then got my wrap. I wanted to possibly try some of their pastries but...there was barely anything to choose from. What was there didn't look particularly appetizing. I got the special wrap of the day, which was basically a Mediterranean grilled chicken wrap. The chicken was just a breast cut in half, not diced or cut in strips. Missing the cucumbers and there was barely any feta. Tasted good but not exactly what I was expecting. Cost was about $10.50. Not sure if I'll try them again. read more

Perfect lunch spot! Came here with my manager over at RE/MAX Vantage here in Fairhaven and loved it! Service is quick and it was pretty quiet in there for it being 12:30pm on a Friday. The owner Jill happily made me a two shot cappuccino with Almond Breeze Coconut/Almond milk. In all my years and travels of yuppiness, I've never had anyone make me a capp with this dairy free milk. Almond milk isn't hard to find, but someone who has almond milk options is ultra rare. This capp was all that and a bag of espresso beans. Also tasted her version of a magic bar (FGBC calls it "the orgasm bar") and my palate appreciated the liberal topping of coconut shavings on top. This year during one of my visits, I ordered my favorite panini. While I was ordering, I was asked to transfer my iced coffee (was in a Dunkin Donuts cup) to one of their cups. While I can assume to understand the rationale for asking me to do this, I would question how necessary it was to ask this of me. We found this hidden gem via Yelp and so glad we had lunch there instead of the typical chain restaurants in the area. We walked from the nearby Hampton Inn with our dog-- they have outdoor seating on a deck. I had a decadent breakfast sandwich with thick bacon and provolone cheese on a buttery croissant. My daughter had pesto grilled cheese and my husband had a spinach salad. All of the food was fresh, tasty and made to order. For dessert, I had a huge and chewy chocolate chip cookie and my daughter had a red velvet cupcake which she raved over. I had previously been to the supermarkets in the area and they refused to add a special candy toping (which I bought at a local candy store) to match the birthday theme. This is usually a five star for me jowever went today with my wife i had cauliflower soup it was excellent however i had the greekout wrap which i have had several times usually verygood however today was bland no flavor my wifes lunch was good however when getting up from table she hit her head on lights and an enormous amount of dust hit the table.
