One critique I'd like for them to consider is leave a post on their restaurant door when closed for special occasions. I tried to visit once only to find out later from a friend than they posted the restaurant was closed for almost a week on Facebook. Not everyone uses Facebook! No one knew what drinks were made out of, took forever to make simple drinks, and made drinks out of order. Coffee was also very weak, I wonder if they used actually Starbucks beans used in actual Starbucks stores. We had 2 drink orders and 1 was a wrong drink. After informing the crew, the manager snarled "you want us to remake it?" with some serious attitude. No. Not after a response like that and no apology.
