This location is my local Starbucks and has seemed to really get it together. Rarely if ever anymore are they out of staple menu items. Service is always friendly. Line moves along in drive through even when on the long side. Glad to see improvement and consistency! read more

If you have any desire to get to work on time, do not order coffee here. It doesn't matter. how far ahead you order on the app it is never ready and when you go in it looks like a Black Friday sale. If there was a Gordon Ramsay of coffee shops, I'd say send him in coach. And don't get me started on what's going on in the parking lot. I don't know what genius designed?? the flow of the traffic through the parking lot, the drive-through window, and the entrance and exit, but it is not pretty. The manager does their best to come out and get things moving periodically, but they are pushing a rock uphill. read more

Better than it use to be! My mocha was made correctly and was the temperature I requested. Wait time was acceptable despite the place being very busy and the drive-through packed. The music is still too loud for easy conversation so we don't stay, but maybe people are deaf these days. The employees are all friendly and courteous. read more

Leaving this Starbucks 3 stars because it's so frustrating to drive all the way here just to find out that they're SUPPOSED to be open but they aren't for some unknown reason. They do not put a sign up, they don't put it on their voicemail, etc. I'm sitting here in the parking lot as I'm typing this. The employee's cars are here, their well within opening hours, but they're all in the back with the dining room lights off & (I'm sure I'm not the only one,) but I need my coffee every morning to function as a human. Just left. The drive thru was moving slowly which was no problem, my husband and I weren't in a hurry. My husband ordered an iced chocolate almond milk shaken expresso, and I a peppermint white mocha. At the window the girl announces "chocolate cold brew" and hands it to my husband. My husband, flustered, tries to tell her it's not what he ordered and hands it back over. Much confusion ensues, we show several people what we ordered from the menu, and two minutes later the same drink is handed over and we were told it was correct. Cold brew is on no way the same as espresso, and I was deeply annoyed that my husband felt compelled to leave a tip on top of receiving the wrong drink. He and I both agreed that it was maybe a team of new hires on today, but at the very least if a customer is asking for a different drink they should receive what they are asking for. All I ordered was a tall caramel frapp it took them 10 min to make and they made it wrong there was absolutely no sweetener or caramel syrup also one of the snack boxes I bought was labeled wrong. I have truly enjoyed this experience. I've visited this Starbucks several times over the last few weeks, and not once have I been disappointed. Whatever occurred in the past is definitely in the past. I use both drive thru and in store, and each time the service is spot on. The young lady in the drive thru (I believe her name is Ashley) always has a smile on her face, and just about always asks about my day. The manager (Savannah) is new at this location, and WOW! What a difference she has made. I learned she has only been there since the middle of May (?) and the service has turned around night and day. Not a time goes by when I come inside, she always knows my name; but not just my name. I spend an hour or two inside a lot of times as I work on my laptop, and I'm not the only one the manager remembers. I'm always hearing the names of customers being used. The store is always immaculate, and represents what I feel is the Starbucks way of doing business. This is definitely a destination for me, and not just a place to stop by for a quick drink. I will be coming here for a long time, especially as long as Savannah and Ashley are around. I've added some photos of mine and my wife's recent visit. It's a Starbucks. Appears to be staffed by a group of students. They go to the front lawn and smoke together, which isn't an issue in and of itself except that it does reflect upon the store when a group of store employees is out front smoking along the main street with their friends. This location and a handful of others nearby, have slashed hours and closed down the cafe. They use the pandemic as an explanation, which is fine since it's their store. That being said, no other coffee shops have cut their hours like this and so I find myself going to downtown Spartanburg, Greer or Greenville where its currently business-as-usual. The excuse of cutting hours due to the pandemic is a bit played at this point. I used to go to this store since it was nearby but I've been encouraged by this store's lack of reasonable store hours to find better alternatives nearby, which I will frequent going forward instead of here. read more

The all around experience was not good at all. The decor was nice and the line was short. But the line was only short because the service was awful and unprofessional. Half of the drinks were not available. Also the snacks that are available at the cash register were minimal and when you asked about them you got a "I don't know what happened to them." And if you want an iced coffee be prepared to have it hot, because they will not hear to your order. And also the workers need a better system than to have only two out of four workers actually doing their job, although the drinks did get out in a reasonable amount of time. The coffee here is always quick and well made. I order Cafe Mochas and it is always good! The service is friendly as well. This is my favorite local Starbucks to get some computer work done. It has a really open layout, plenty of power sources for my laptop, and it stays pretty clean. read more

Attention this location sucks at every drink they make...This location sucks they cannot make drinks . I mean it's beautiful inside and out spotless from top to bottom but the drinks suck. I have given this place countless times to redeem themselves and they drop the ball every time. My drinks are simple but somehow they seem to screw them up time and time again . After coming on here to leave a review and reading the current reviews, I can't say that I'm surprised. I have to agree that the staff is awful and unprofessional. I asked simply for a Venti cup while looking at a large stack of them and watching a barista make drinks in Venti cups and the employee flat out lied and said "We are out of Venti cups, I can give you a grande." Drink orders are typically wrong and the food is always cold. Do yourself a favor and drive to any other Starbucks in the upstate. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews. I love this location. We live 5 minutes away from this Starbucks, so I visit regularly. Only once was my drink not up to par, and that's when I ordered the seasonal Horchata frappuccino (the spice was scant and it tasted bland/watery). I didn't try it anywhere else, so I can't say for sure that it was made incorrectly, but it was probably one of the worst frapps I've had. Other than that single instance, the drinks have been fantastic, both hot and cold - and I'm one of those whose drink order is almost always longer than four words ;) (complicated drinks). Cashier was great. Barista wasn't nice. Was sliding peoples orders across the counter. When I told her my order was missing milk she told me I was wrong it didn't come with cream then put cream in it. Odd guess she was having a bad day. Unfortunately it made my day worse too. read more

I've stopped going to this location because I've had one too many bad experiences there. Some of the baristas are nice and friendly, and others are just downright ugly. When they make a mistake, they get frustrated with the customers instead of with themselves. The last time I went to this Starbucks, they got my order wrong and then gave me my correct drink with the shots dead. In talking to other locals, I was told that this Starbucks is notorious for serving dead shots. I'll just drive a little further to the Starbucks in Ingles, thank you very much. I'd rather not have a rude barista and a dead shot. read more

One of the worst starbucks around. They get my drink right, so props to the actual working staff. However, the management there seems to be failing at actually managing. The manager of the store is who I only assume as the one who's always in the back and never to be seen besides the times where she's sitting down in the cafe or actually exiting the store - even though her staff looks miserably overwhelmed with the flow of orders and in need of assistance. So, that being said, if it weren't for the few fast employees making sure to please everyone by working swiftly yet making the drinks right, then i wouldn't be surprised if nobody came back. read more
