Had steak dinner was not good . crab cake on the other hand was incredible& service was incredible and the ambience was nice.

Ordered a large pizza with onions peppers and sausage. Toppings were solid, just waaaaaayyyyyyyy too much cheese! I like mozzarella, but I don't like to chew it like bubble gum. Crust a bit too thick and not enough salt in the dough. Pretty bland. People were very nice. Pizza was better the next day crisped up slowly in a cast iron skillet. We recently ordered a large cheese pizza to go. We picked it up. It was the worst pizza we have ever had. There was little cheese and what was on it was like chewing rubber. Because we were hungry and out of town, we ate what we could and threw the rest away. Very disappointed! We have gotten pizzas from them in the past and they were good. Won't buy any more in the future because it seems the quality isn't what it was. Not going to take a chance that we will have the same experience, so we'll get our pizza someplace else. read more

Food especially the pizza was i lijed the most. The fries hit miss to hard to salty. Normally ok. Delivery. Way to much doubled the price of pizza. Roughly 30$. On app though gor pick up and delivery. If you catch order in time you can request more. They will add it to your order. I asked for 2 cups. Cost 50 cents. Going thru app sometimes will be ready for pick up. Calling faster. Orderin in store waited 30 some minutes. Sat in car took trip down the street near water and back. But the pizza taste good. The pizza is decent. Wait time was almost double what we were told. My biggest complaint was that after spending $45 for a couple of pizzas, we were told we couldn't have plates unless we wanted to pay extra. Wonder if they charge for plates if you eat in? read more

Me and my girlfriend order from here a good bit and the quality of the food has consistently gone downhill lately. The serving sizes have also shrunk while the price continues to go up. Not a lot of other places to choose from in Crisfield but with the prices and quality you're better off getting groceries for the week and choosing McDonald's if you have to eat out. As local Crisfield residents, we have been ordering from Milano for years. There has been noticeable decline in the service AND quality of their product. Went into the store today and ordered a pizza for carryout, it took 1 hour to prepare. Understanding that we are not their only customers, there is an expectation of some sort of wait, but 1 hour for a cheese pizza is egregious. Once we returned to the store to pick up the pizza, it was practically thrown at us. When we returned home with the aforementioned cheese pizza, half the cheese had slid off the pizza and was in the back corner of the box, it wasn't sliced all the way through (a recurring issue forever at Milano) and it was lukewarm/cold. We will not be returning to patronize your business, it is unfortunate you have allowed the quality of your food to decline to this level. Stay away from Milano's. read more

I'm wondering why restaurants open up in this town offering the exact same menu items as others in such a small town. I know there are Cafe Milano locations in a few other Eastern Shore towns, all of which has poor to fair reviews on Yelp. Not sure if these are independently owned, but whoever is behind this needs to get their S**T together. I have been to this location a few times. The dining section is extremely dark and dreary. Would recommend getting to go if you really have to eat here. I got the cheesesteak sub on my last visit which tasted like it was made in a high school cafeteria. Have yet to try their pizza but probably won't. You'll find subs/sandwiches/pizzas here like every other restaurant of it's kind. There is really nothing special about this place at all. read more

We are just moving into the area and have been trying out different restaurants as we come down to work on our house. I was happy to find Cafe Milano, they're my go to place for pizza (and I'm not easily impressed) -- they have great specials, the pizza is flavorful and well made, staff is friendly and they check on you frequently. As some reviewers have mentioned, it's not much to look at; but honestly to me that's a minor detail. read more

I have never had an issue with the food. The service is something to be desired. The young girl working tonight has no customer service skills and answers the phone as if she is at home verses a business. I know this is a small town and the pool of employees to choice from is small but basic customer service goes a long way! read more

I eat here every time I visit Crisfield. The cheesesteaks are delicious as well as their pizzas. The employees are very nice. I had delivery 1 time and had no complaints. I would recommend this restaurant. read more
