I can't tell you how many restaurants that I went to were closed; like, on a Saturday night, not a Monday or a Tuesday, with no explanation as to why. From Scratch respects its stated hours of operation, and so it's known as a reliable business. Some of the locals told me that the restaurant industry here has suffered due to the pandemic. It's the residents of Crisfield who directed me to go to From Scratch knowing that I could get some tasty vittles. The meat omelet is hot, satisfying and yummy. The thick-cut bacon is properly prepared. I love that I can get pumpernickel toast here, not always the case when eating out. This is good value for the money.
