We needed a mid-afternoon treat after a long drive and Caesar's was recommended to us by two local folks who said Caesar's desserts were excellent. We were a little dubious, but we stopped in and had the lemon cake which was terrific. Two layers of cake with a delicious lemon cream between the layers. It was a large piece that we shared. The food and service is average. I don't understand how you can leave the tails on shrimp in a shrimp parmesan dish when the shrimp are breaded and covered with sauce and cheese. I mentioned to the owner of the restaurant on the way out the door that you can't leave the tails on shrimp that are fully covered in a dish. He told me they leave the tails on for aesthetic reasons. When you can't even see the freaking shrimp because they're covered with sauce and cheese you do not leave the tails one for aesthetic reasons. read more

This little spot sits right in front of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore campus. They have a carry out side and a nice dine in area. I went to the carry out side and got a hot sun and fries. My only complaint is that it took a little longer than I expected. I'll be back. read more

Tried the online ordering for our first pizza here. Arrived a few minutes early, the place was jammed with highway snowplow drivers. Was thinking "no wayI get my pizza on time......" but, after a short wait in line, pizza was ready and waiting for me! Everything on the menu is great! I love the Caesar's special pizza; the sausage, sauce, and crust is delicious. The spaghetti carbonara is wonderful, full of bacon, mushrooms, and flavor. The salads are tasty and filling. Sometimes I'll treat myself to the grilled Chesapeake, which is awesome. Nice Italian ambience. Ordered Supreme pizza. Vegetables were hand-cut and fresh. The thing I found most unusual was that the vegetables, the meat, the cheese, and the sauce were spread all the way to the crust. How often do you find it bunched up in the center of the pizza with the edges almost devoid of toppings? Not so, here. The crust was excellent, too. Is there such thing as gourmet Sysco food? While yes there is, play Italian music and serve Sysco food. No taste in any of the food, it's all "blah." Cannoli, corn nuggets, and calzones are the only things I'll eat here and truly enjoy; pizza is yuck (too thick and bland of a crust, terrible sauce), service is terrible(once had a server spill a ginger ale all over me and a limited edition coat but never was offered anything to make the situation right, other than that the servers always disappear and you have to get the bill from the owner.
