So yeah, we could recommend the outrageously delicious Balkan platter, the innovative pastas, or the proteins with avant garde flavor combinations. We could talk about the deep, rich wines from Croatia and Slovenia. We could muse about the modern surroundings with rustic touches. A french sparkling white but not champagne, it was the Domaine de Facteur 'La Bulle de Facteur' 2023, the notes said "green apple, florals and honey, a hint of lychee, and plenty of minerality". My mouth waters just thinking of it. We also tried a little charcuterie meat and cheese board of sorts, but honestly, they weren't amazing. Pricey for what you get and nothing really notable.
