There was no strawberry sauce so it must be seasonal thing, but it had caramel sugar sauce that was traditional to flan. The other two people I was with, bothered ordered lunch combos and both were satisfied with their choices. Karen was a great server--friendly, attentive, and even refilled drinks without being asked. Overall, Rancho Viejo is a great sit-down spot for authentic Mexican food that's a notch above average and much better than many of the fast food Mexican joints around town.
