I got a single burger with ketchup, pickles, onions and chili no complaints; It was amazing. I'm actually kind of upset, I didn't know about this place earlier. The fries were hot and made fresh; It had seasoning on it and they were wedges so I loved them. They did forget to put ketchup on my burger but no biggy there were packs of ketchup in a bag so just added it myself. I did also get a sweet tea. Forgot to take a picture of it. Didn't really care for the tea it was not sweet at all, but the burger and fries made up for that so I could honestly do without the tea. We didn't have to wait long at all. There was a line but they moved very quickly. They're only open till like 3 PM. It's a little building that sits on the corner of the lot so there was ample amount of parking. I already can't wait to go back and try something different. Definitely give them a try.

I crave their chili dogs--fully loaded, of course. That famous chili recipe? Absolutely unmatched. Don't sleep on the crispy potato wedges either--they're the perfect sidekick. And if hot dogs aren't your thing, no worries--they also make a killer chili cheeseburger, or you can try their fried bologna or fish sandwich. It's a no-frills kind of place, and that's part of the charm. Grab your lunch and eat at the shaded stand-up area outside, or post up in your car for the full experience. Heads up--it's cash only, but don't worry, there's an ATM on-site if you need it. Everyone is always so nice and helpful as well! Simple, iconic, and always worth the stop.

They did not miss at all. The food was amazing. The fried pickles were greatly cooked and also crispy and flavorful my wife has never ordered a cheeseburger when going ou.t But the bartender suggestion she try it- and my wife was ecstatic when she took a bite. ( loved every bite, especially the fries ) The manager on duty, Jonathan was very helpful and was from my area which was an hour and a half away from Charlotte -Winston Salem/Clemmons area. The crew was super friendly- Loved the atmosphere and the chairs at the bar he suggested was super comfortable. My next visit to Charlotte I will be stopping by again, for sure!!

The servers were also very nice and friendly. However, a few things held the experience back: Atmosphere & Layout: First, don't let the name fool you--it's not actually a drive-in. Walking into the lobby, I was hit with a stale, dank, musty smell, which seemed to be coming from the restrooms located right at the front entrance. The waiting bench was cluttered with high piles of boxes, which didn't make the best first impression, and the hand towel dispenser in the ladies' room was out of order. The Food: I paid $11 for five skinny, dry wings paired with a watery blue cheese dressing. For "jumbo" wings, they were pretty mid. The menu overall feels like it could use an upgrade (Bad Daddy's Burgers right across the street sets a much better benchmark for this type of casual spot burger). The staff and the playlist were fun, but between the lacking atmosphere and disappointing food, it falls right in the middle for me.

They both were tasty. The hot dog was big and juicy and well dressed. They air fry all their traditionally fried. That's probably my only complaint. I prefer fried food to be fried in oil, but that's my preference. We also tried the brisket and pulled chicken (sorry I forgot to take a picture). They were also good. Everything was served hot and fresh. I'm a condiment girl and they have five bbq sauces: Original, Mississippi, Kansas, Memphis, and Sweet and Tangy. We actually liked all of them between the two of us. Here are a few more highlights and reasons for you to stop in and check them out. 1. Plenty of parking including a ramp for accessibility. 2. They have Ax Throwing. It's not traditional axe throwing, they use a screen. They also have other fun games including Tic-Tac-Toe and a Candy Crush like game. It's also affordable. It was $10 per person/hr. We stopped in on a Monday afternoon before 5:00pm. 3. They have a few fun things on their menu including corn nuggets, fried pickles, pineapple upside down cake, and a sampler where you can try a little bit of everything. 4. The staff (Ron and Shawn) was very friendly and thoroughly explained the menu. They also chatted with us since they were not too busy and made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our meal. 5. They have over 20 taps with a variety of beer. They also have beer specials during football season. Stop in and visit Crave for a taste of Carolina and a little family fun.

Ambiance was nice and they did have samples of their popular dishes. I order the brisket Sammy which has sliced brisket, Kansas BBQ sauce, coleslaw and pickles (which i didn't add). Sammy was perfect. Brisket was easy pull apart and they don't skimp on slaw and sauce. Need to return to try more items, but today's choice was a 10/10.
