I…read morepersonally picked up the order myself, and while I was there, I even watched an employee hand a separate order to a DoorDash driver. When I got home, I realized my bag only contained the 3 tacos -- no rice and beans that are supposed to come with the combo, and no sauces either. Had I ordered just the tacos alone, it would have only cost about $10. I called the restaurant to explain the mistake and simply asked to be refunded the difference between the combo price and what I actually received. I was not asking for a full refund. Instead of helping, they repeatedly told me I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund, even after I explained multiple times that I ordered directly from their website and picked the food up myself. The employee and her "manager" were clearly mocking the situation and refused to take responsibility. Eventually, she said something along the lines of, "We'll just refund you so I can be happy and you can be happy," but never once apologized for the mistake or the poor handling of the situation. It's disappointing because I genuinely liked their tacos, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. Double-check your takeout order before leaving, and don't expect much help if they make a mistake.

So, we were not expecting anything much, especially as we were eating outside, there were no other customers out there, and the restaurant is set in a small, nondescript shopping center. But we were quickly greeted by Raoul (sp?) who made sure our table was clean and this was followed by a wonderful server, Dani, who brought a huge pitcher of ice-cold water and menus, followed by great chips and salsa. (The salsa bowl is small but when we asked for more, they quickly brought out additional chips and two more bowls of salsa!) The food was excellent and we were waited on as if we were royalty!
