I loved the decor of this spot and had my son reserve us a small table while i waited to place my order. I ordered a coquito latte which was sooooo good. The perfect balance of sweet and strong. My son picked up a strawberry matcha which is always his go to everywhere. He said the matcha was very good and finished it fairly quick. I sadly didn't get to take a picture of the sandwich but we shared a Fig-get about it. Let me just say how incredible a perfectly made fig sandwich can be. The fig preserves truly brought the taste of the sandwich together.

They have now expanded to six locations including Stuart and Miramar and they will be opening 12 more soon all over the state. I first tried Cali Coffee in Cooper City and really enjoyed it. In addition to coffee they also have on their menu fruity drinks, energy drinks iced tea, soda and shakes. They also have a kids menu with a featured shake flavor and a few pastries. We were headed home and my friend suggested stopping by to try their new iced coffee. We had been sitting outside in the heat for a few hours and an iced coffee sounded perfect. Like all of their coffee drinks the iced coffee is highly customizable with many favors to chose from, toppings like sprinkles, syrup drizzles, cookie crumbs, and cold foam for an additional charge. My friend was able to order our drinks on the app so we only had a short wait when we arrived. I chose a Irish cream frozen coffee with cinnamon sprinkles and a caramel drizzle. I like that you can even customize the percentage of sweetness. In this heat, a frozen coffee from Cali is the perfect way to caffeinate this summer.

The establishment spewed an ultra industrial modern intimate vibe with gray polished stone flooring with an open ceiling exposing the metal rafters and a/c tubing, accented by dark green ferns on the walls and tables. The laughter from five girls at a back table echoed throughout the cafe, which was a good start. The barista was chatty and all smiles while she took my order quickly with no hiccups. The Guatemalan dark roast espresso beans are sourced from PumpHouse Coffee in WPB. It was presented in a mini cup with the Drip Coffee logo imprint - this is such a simple inexpensive marketing tool that most cafes do not take advantage of. This is another cafe with a cashless tranaction process. Understandably, tipping is digital, but at the least there should be a tip jar as an option for cash. Found sanctuary at a table with a semi comfortable low stool. The Guatemalan coffee was strong and cut it with a shot of heavy cream. Usually I consume medium roast coffee, although this mimicked a few strong Austrian blends and was sublime and appreciated. The gender neutral bathroom screamed "WoW Impressive"! Instantly I pondered, the owners took their artistic vision to another level. Spotless, spotless, spotless, more greenery with thin wooden slats covering the ceiling and the low lit led hollow rough rock mirror hovered above the gray square deep sink. Washing my hands were more of a delight than a necessity. "Clean Bathroom = Clean Kitchen". No doubt that I will return to this eatery. Great coffee and a wonderful experience.
