I had the Baleadas La Express Supreme breakfast which was two big breakfast tacos with steak, egg, cheese, avocado, crema, etc. Very filling, stick-to-your-ribs kind of food. The flour tortillas were thick and flaky. The rest of the ingredients were excellent as well. I wanted to get some plantains (I love plantains!) but I was too full to eat another bite. The servers and staff were friendly. My coffee cup never got empty. My food came out quickly. It was a little pricey for a breakfast, but it was worth it for the excellent food and the cultural experience with it. No complaints at all. Highly recommended. I will surely be coming back to try some of the other items on the menu.

I've tried their breakfast, pupusas, and empanadas, and I enjoyed all of it. One time the owner even gave me a concha to try without me asking, which I thought was such a kind gesture. The prices are very reasonable and the whole café has a warm, friendly vibe that makes you want to stay and come back again. Overall, it's a hidden gem in Mandeville with great food, fair prices, and a wonderful family atmosphere. I'm definitely planning on trying more of the menu soon
