Cute cafe, a neighborhood spot to hit up for brunch or a coffee. Staff were super warm and pleasant. I got the avocado toast and it was fairly large and delicious. The coffee was good. Cute spot to stope for a coffee. It's not large inside but nicely decorated and they have a no laptop policy which I like. As well as coffee, they have a small cocktail menu and serve breakfast/brunch dishes and sandwiches. The coffee is great, the people who work here are kind and efficient, there's a good amount of attention to detail such as the edible flower on the coffee which is nice too. read more

What a gem we found in Caffe' Valencia in Williamsburg. All we were really looking for was coffee, but thanks to Emma behind the counter we sat to have a little breakfast. Where to begin. Coffee first. I had a standard latte, my wife had a matcha green tea latte. My latte was perfect. The precise blend of rich smooth coffee flavor (no bitterness) and milk. Incredibly satisfying. The matcha green tea latte was the real deal, not a prefab mix. Accented with Oat Milk it proved to have a hint of natural sweetness. Nailed it! Now to the food. We shared a Fig n Pig focaccia which starred fig jam and prosciutto along with fresh greens and pesto. Oh my! Flavor explosion. So fresh and bright and the focaccia was just the right balance of soft with a crunch. For a side we had their special brussel sprouts which include a hint of strawberry jam. Once again, they nailed it. Caffe' Valencia is a must visit if you are In the area. Great food, wonderful coffees and attentive friendly service! read more

Not gonna lie I was really craving a GOOD dirty chai latte in Williamsburg & chatgbt recommended Caffe Valencia. It did not disappoint! Their dirty chai latte is so good & actually tastes like chai. It's not too overpriced either, I mean any drink under $8 these days is a steal. As I did more research and read reviews, I decided to order some food as well! I went with the piggy sandwich and the red pepper paste is delicious! The bread was also super fresh. When I went to pick up my food, I met the owner & his wife who were both so easy to talk to. Service was 10/10! Will definitely want to come back to try their weekend brunch. read more

My friend decided to hang out in Brooklyn for the day. And since we didn't think of making a reservation to the initial spot we wanted to eat at- we randomly stumbled on Caffe Valencia. It is a tiny spot with about 6 tables. The kitchen is open so you can see and smell what is being cooked. Staff is amazing! Everyone was very nice, helpful and friendly. I ordered "The West" ($19)- some scrambled eggs with mushrooms and a chai latte and let me tell you- this was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The chai was also very good and I'm very particular about that drink. Very chill vibes. If you don't want to dine inside there is also a window at the end of the bar where customers can order food and coffee to go. Overall we had a great experience! read more

A perfect Saturday - great service by Sarah, including her recommendations on what to have in the menu, a cute table for two outside, and yummy food and drink. The avocado toast is different - not quite on toast and using feta and bursting with flavor! Then there were the empanadas, oooey gooey deep fried crispiness that also taste light and flaky. My partner had the fig and pig and truly enjoyed it. To top it off, we had churro ice cream sandwich which included the best churro waffles and cinnamon ice cream. Yum. Decided to come in for a quick bite and to rest a little after traveling into the city from out of town. It's a small space with just four tables for two, as well as a few counter seats. What isn't immediately clear however, is that the tables are only for customers who order food. While I was seated, I watched two parties come in and sit for a coffee, only to leave after realizing the seating policy. They also have a no-laptop policy on the weekends. I was confused coming in and had no idea if I was allowed to seat myself, since no one greeted me and I didn't see a menu or a designated place to order. Still not really sure how it works, but I ended up trying to grab the attention of the woman behind the counter to ask for a menu. She asked if I was dining in, and said I could take a seat anywhere. I sat there with the menu for a while and finally got up to see if I should place my order at the counter. I think someone was supposed to come to the table to take my order but they just never did. After that, the staff finally paid attention to me and I received decent service, but that was definitely off-putting. The menu is robust and there's a large selection of brunch items, as well as savory lunch options. I got the Brown Butter Waffle. It was tasty and I really liked the texture. The latte that I ordered was also pretty good and came out quickly. Overall a decent (but overpriced) meal, but I would hope in the future they provide a clearer seating and ordering process. Like I mentioned, the space is a bit small, so I would only recommend coming solo or with one other person. There was barely room for someone who came in with a stroller. read more

This place is cute to get a quick coffee or a breakfast sandwich; I honestly think in my case, I just got the wrong thing. I got this brunch item with chorizo, I can't remember what it was called, but texture was really off and I didn't love the tomato sauce taste with the eggs. I didn't get the garlic bread but I definitely should have gotten it. It felt really overpriced for what it was. The passion mimosa was good but pretty standard and felt more like juice. I would come back here but stick to a sandwich/something quick or just grab a drink. read more

Caffe Valencia is a hidden gem in williamsburg, located on the corner of Berry and Grand, it's nestled in a sweet spot that makes for a comfortable dining experience. I love the BBL Matcha, as well as the strawberry fields salad with chicken. The service is always top notch as well. Stop and sit down for some food, or hit the to-go window for some yummy refreshing drinks on a hot summer day. read more

I stopped by after a class for a quick breakfast. The place is small do not expect for a big group to be comfortable. There were only 2/3 individuals working that I saw. It was around noon. There's a nice variety to the menu. I ordered the piggy and a dirty chai latte. The food was good. The latte was tasty no sugar needed. Service was good and the one server taking over the floor was trying to ensure all that were seated were addressed. There is limited ventilation in the location and I left the caffe smelling like everything that was being cooked. Better air ventilation should be considered for the location. May reconsider to come back when the weather gets better and the door and window can be kept open read more

The food has never disappointed me- the New Yorker croissant sandwich is one of my favorite bites in this area! The pastrami and tomato combo with the crunch from the cabbage is just perfection. Caffé Valencia is a hidden gem in Williamsburg, with wonderfully unique caffeinated creations. Whereas most coffee shops just make different flavoured lattes for their speciality/seasonal drinks, Caffé Valencia has a variety of originals you'll want to try. My personal favorite right now is the Andes Machiatto (sweet AND bitter), but the Eggnog Cold Brew also isn't to be missed if you can snag some before they sell out. Caffeé Valencia has some of the best musical ambience I've heard for a coffee shop. They're usually playing old-school tunes that sound like they're coming from a gramophone (think 1930s-1950s), which makes for a really relaxing atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and know their craft, which makes this place a great spot to take someone visiting from out-of-town. You'll really get a feel for the neighbourhood by meeting some of the cool people who make it what it is. read more

Our server was sooo kind and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend the seasoned tater tots. Coffee is also great I tried to add some flavor to my drink and did not like it (completely my fault). I am someone who doesn't send things back if they made it correctly and the problem was from my additions. However, the server noticed and immediately offered to make me a new one without me asking. For some reason that meant a lot that our server noticed and offered me a new one. Amazing atmosphere and the server made my day. They also have a drive thru window if you want to order to go! I hate marking places this low and struggled with where on the 2-3 line this sits but I think it's fair and will let the observations tell the story: Drinks - ordered an americano and a iced almond milk latte. Originally wanted a drip but they didn't have the drip ready (10.30am). Almond milk latte came out Hot vs Iced as ordered. They corrected it but it took a few as they were starting to get busy. The americano was not the greatest but drinkable. Food- ordered the avocado toast w poached egg. It was good but it came with a sunny side egg. So another miss on the order (again) but it was a good dish. Also ordered the veggie croissant sandwich and it was pretty greasy and heavy. I get that it's a croissant and never going to be light but this had some extra 'heavy' on it. The feta tasted a bit processed. I think it would have failed the Greek test. Overall the sandwich was a miss and the person that ate it felt off after finishing it. All being said the staff were hospitable, attentive, and nice. It's a cute little cafe that does tapas as well. Stumbled on this cute new coffee shop on Berry on a Sunday morning for a cold brew. You can get any kind of coffee drink you want plus pastries. Prices are pretty reasonable, cold brew is $5 and pretty tasty. The inside is small but there's a ton of seating outside. There's also a really tidy, gender neutral bathroom. The people working behind the counter were super nice and got me in and out quickly. Just my kind of coffee shop. I walk this route often so I'll definitely be stopping by in the future. read more

Let me just say, the lady behind the counter was amazing and super duper sweet! She was very personable and I observed that she was able to make a connection with every customer. Also the ambience and decor of this coffee shop was incredible. Everything was neat, organized and clean. However, I order a simple cold brew and when I tell you it tasted like straight gas..at first I thought maybe it was just the first sip but no..this thing was so hard to drink, I had to take a deep breath to be able to swallow it. Now, idk exactly what gas taste like exactly but if I had to guess, this would be it. I couldn't finished half the drink and had to throw it away..which was a first for me because I don't like wasting coffee. Now, as turned off as I am with this cold brew - if I'm ever in the area, I might give it another shot with some of the other drinks on the menu since the customer service was lovely. read more

The barista was super friendly and nice. He even brought our lavender lemonade (amazing!) and honey latte substituted with oat milk (which he recommended to me - their coffee did not disappoint) outside to us. Their outdoor and indoor seating are very cute. Can study standing at the counter. It took us 40 minutes to get very basic dishes. There was one person taking orders and ONE person in the kitchen. The manager finally got there at 11am.. after which we'd been delivered a wrong order with cold food and a forgotten latte. They took off a charge to compensate us, but kind of unacceptable service for the mediocrity of the food. read more

The menu has so many great unique choices, it was hard to choose. I went with 4 friends and every dish we had was delicious. We started with the brussel sprouts, which were heavenly. We ordered one strawberry and one strawberry banana crêpe. They were filled with strawberries and bananas, and the outside was drizzled with glorious Nutella, which is a hazelnut chocolate sauce . The texture of the crêpes were absolutely perfect and that was the part I was most craving. I also loved the Nutella part. The banana and strawberry not so much as to me that didn't really have much of a taste, but maybe that was because the rest of it was super flavorful and over powered the fruit. All good and definitely satisfied my crêpe craving, but next time I would stop by to enjoy their desserts in person. The Kunafa looks particularly wonderful and has definitely peaked my curiosity.

I came in here, and the place was absolutely buzzing, with groups of people enjoying their late night desserts- a testament to how much we needed this spot to just open and thrive and exist. I don't personally like cream Kenafa so I haven't really tried anything off their menu yet, but the Dubai chocolate crêpe is really calling out my name, and I am just going to bite the bullet and try it one of these days. I did go in to sample their Dubai chocolate. As a chocoholic, I am on a low-key search for the best Dubai chocolate bar in the city. This bar did not disappoint. The filling to chocolate ratio was perfect. However, I do feel that there is an over balance of crispy kanafa in the filling. I think it could use more pistachio cream and be a little on the runnier side. Can't wait to come back and try that crêpe. Until I am able to make that trip back, do stop in and enjoy a sweet treat in this cute little dessert shop. It's also Palestinian owned so you know you are supporting the right people and the right cause while satisfying that sweet tooth craving. What more could a customer ask for?

A must try for matcha enthusiasts in Brooklyn. Excellent and respectful service.

Farmacy aims to capture the nostalgia of an old fashioned soda shop and ice cream parlor. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by aesthetics - the tile, fixtures, and decor totally give off that vibe. There are a few tables to sit as well as a large bar area with stools; I also noticed a few tables set up outside as well. The traffic flow is set up so that you order first and then have it served to you after sitting. Browsing the menu, I noticed they have a selection of ice cream scoops, shakes, egg creams, specialty sodas, hot chocolates, and a large variety of sundae creations. Since we were there for ice cream, we decided to split a sundae -specifically the Sir Twix-a-Lot. This was chunks for shortcake tossed in caramel and topped with vanilla ice cream that was coated in a chocolate shell. Overall I thought the sundae was solid - but the combinations of textures weren't my favorite to be honest, mostly with how the shortcake played with the ice cream. It wasn't bad though - the flavors definitely gave the Twix aesthetic. My only other issue with the dish was that because chocolate shell was used, any residue at the bottom was hard so you have to chisel it if you want to savor any last spoonfuls; I guess that comes with the territory. Service was good - everyone was friendly. It wasn't too busy when we were there so we had our selection of seats and our ice cream was ready pretty quickly. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried Brooklyn Farmacy out - they have a large selection so I would definitely return when I'm in the area again.

As described, it was their take on a milk punch, and wasn't too sweet with a bright hint of citrus. I would recommend it. The hummus was good, being thick with a strong tahini flavor, though I have preferred others. Outside of the hummus, the daily salatim included a mix of mostly pickled items. First, there was some pickled cauliflower and carrots with a bit of turmeric. The second salatim was a more unique and spicier pineapple slaw, which was refreshing, and had some herbal flavor from parsley or something similar. The third was a cabbage slaw, which was alright, as I found it a bit too lightly seasoned. The last was a mix of cucumbers, olives, and other pickles, which was standard and tasty. Alongside all of this, the pita was warm and fresh, and the staff refilled everything when we asked. For the main course, I chose the Steak Shashlik, which they spell as shishlik, for $46, which came with tahini and some pickled onions. The steak was tender and well seasoned, and the tahini added a distinctive nuttiness. I especially enjoyed making a mini sandwich with the steak, tahini, pineapple pickle, and pita. Others at the table ordered the Spicy Lamb Kofta and other shashlik options, including Chicken and Trout. In terms of sides, someone got the $15 Fries with tahina ketchup, which they enjoyed. Overall, everyone enjoyed their meal, with no one ordering dessert as a few walked over to the tasty Bertoni Gelato nearby. This place is a tad expensive, but I wouldn't mind going back. Even as a fan of pickles, I wish the salatim were a bit more varied, such as including an eggplant or bean-based mezze. I presume the dinner version is a bit more varied, as there are many more salatim, but they should put a bit more effort into the lunch one as well.

It's all very sweet, so if you're looking for a less sweet option go with Belgian dark chocolate flavor. For a $18 banana split you get three scoops of ice cream and a caramelized banana. Not a big portion for such hefty price. The tiny addition of toppings didn't make this banana split come together into a cohesive dish. Would get something else next time. Definitely not a good deal. Young lovely girls at the cashier were super friendly and accommodating. The not so young gentleman with a mustache who brought our order to the table was very dismissive and rude when we asked him to please bring us a correct order (he carried multiple orders and was harried to be done delivering them and barked something incoherent at us when we asked for help).
