There's many other coffee shops around town, but nobody can make the coffees like they do, their employees are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They will even deliver your food to you at your table like a restaurant. If you're ever unsure about what to get that's okay because they have the most accommodating people to help. I came here almost every day to study for my online schooling and always got so much work done, I even graduated online here! It's always the place to be! It can definitely get a little busy though so just be sure to bring some headphones enjoy!

Overall, it was a quick and pleasant stop, and we'd definitely come back again.

Also It barely tasted like Caesar Salad no flavor!! Also the service lousy! We waited 1 hour to get our food and to be presented with a salad like is awful. I hope that I get compensated for this horrible salad or I will never go there again.

We ordered a box of 16 various donuts along with a chai tea; the donuts were the perfect consistency for a quick snack and the chai was very tasty. The store itself was nearly empty when I walked in, which normally feels like a good sign -- no rush, no chaos, plenty of time to get the order right. Apparently that was far too optimistic of me. I ordered a medium iced coffee, light and sweet (4 cream, 4 sugar) and a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. My total came to $10.15, which at this point I'm sadly used to paying, so I didn't think much of it. I grabbed my food and drink and went back to my car, ready to head out. That's when the experience truly unraveled. First, the coffee. I took one sip and nearly gagged. It tasted like someone brewed the coffee using the tears of overworked baristas and then forgot every ingredient that makes it drinkable. The "light and sweet" part of the order was apparently treated as more of a vague suggestion than an actual instruction. Instead of the usual creamy, sweet Dunkin iced coffee, I was handed a cup of what tasted like straight bitter coffee concentrate -- as if the cream and sugar were merely whispered to from across the room. Then I opened my bacon, egg, and cheese. Calling it a "sandwich" feels generous. The croissant had clearly gone through some sort of traumatic event during assembly. The bacon was sliding off to one side, the egg was halfway hanging out of the bread, and the cheese... oh, the cheese. The cheese was a cold, stiff, perfectly square slice, sitting on top like it had just come directly from the refrigerator and had never even seen heat. This is supposed to be a hot breakfast sandwich, yet somehow the cheese remained completely unmelted, like it was protesting the entire operation. But the real moment that sealed the deal happened while I was still inside. A kind EMS worker came in and picked up coffees for himself and his partner. He waited patiently while the employee finished making my food. Once she was done, he politely said, "Excuse me, do you have any napkins?" -- genuinely one of the most normal and reasonable requests a person could make in a coffee shop. The employee looked at him as if he had personally insulted her entire family lineage and snapped, "Well I don't have napkins." The tone was so unnecessarily rude that the poor guy looked completely caught off guard. It was one of those moments where everyone around silently thinks, ...what is your problem? This man was nothing but polite, and the response he got was pure attitude. All in all, this was a surprisingly terrible experience. Dunkin is usually my go-to -- I've had great coffee and food from countless other locations. But between the coffee that tasted like liquid regret, the breakfast sandwich that looked like it was assembled during an earthquake, and the incredibly rude customer service, this location managed to turn a simple coffee run into a full-blown disaster. Needless to say, I will absolutely be driving the extra few minutes to literally any other Dunkin next time.

If you want overpriced food from a limited menu of about 10 different ingredients mixed and matched and changed around to make it appear as if you have different choices of their less then satisfactory tasting meals prepared by pubescent erratic teenagers who are more attentive to who's hooking up with who in the local high school then the customers needs wait no more you have found your local waste of money. Although their dining area is nice and newly renovated have you ever peeked in their dirty decrepit kitchen space, i have when i accidentally walked in whilst looking for the bathroom, only to notice the owner walking in with their latest batch of ingredients fresh out of costco or bjs i forget which one. The muffins, cookies, and cakes are decent but none are made by them all from the freezer and onto the shelves. Im sure by the taste that none of their deli meats are even boarshead. Maybe the service would be better and quicker if they decided to pay their workers more then seven dollars an hour off the books which i heard them talking about last time i was their. Whats the point of not having mexicans in the kitchen if t your just gonna pay the american teenagers less and off the books. Their are far better cafes in town to spend your dime at if your looking for genuine food made with love ,need i not name any of them, go and taste for yourselves. The ice cream is good but alas this not made by them either. Not to mention the one tall owner who is a mean tyrant to anyone hanging out on their porch a minute after they've finished eating as if they weren't just a customer a minute before that with these antics im suprised any of the kids go back oh wait only reason they do is in hopes that their other teenage buddy who works their will comp them a meal. We went here on Sep 5th, as we have done several times before. The food was fine, but something was different this time. On our receipt, it shows the Half Nelson sandwich, with avocado and hummus, for a subtotal of $10.50. But in addition to the $0.87 sales tax, they are adding a 4% surcharge when customers pay by credit card. Under the ORDER TOTAL line, it shows the following: If Pay by Cred. Card #001 $0.42 When we questioned the register employee about this, he said it was "a new law in New York state." That's clearly wrong! In Article 29-A, Section 518 of New York State General Business Laws, this practice is forbidden: "No seller in any sales transaction may impose a surcharge on a holder who elects to use a credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means. Any seller who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars or a term of imprisonment up to one year, or both." read more

There are two sides: Cafe/ice cream (counter service, take out) and the diner (waiter service). The diner side has outstanding and enthusiastic waiter service. They make great recommendations and understand the food they are serving, including ingredients, flavors, and presentation. The food is admittedly simple, but it's a diner with options from breakfast to burgers and the price is cheap - $7 for a plate of food. For example, a wrap comes with a wrap and a 5 oz plastic container of side (macaroni salad, potato salad, etc.). If you're looking for a cheaper sit down meal than the $18/plate meals elsewhere in Warwick, this is the place to go. read more

The coffee was so weak I thought I was drinking lukewarm water. I ordered a wrap, half of the food in it was burned the rest uncooked!i sent it back and it came back with no change! Also It barely tasted like Caesar Salad no flavor!! Also the service lousy! We waited 1 hour to get our food and to be presented with a salad like is awful. I hope that I get compensated for this horrible salad or I will never go there again.

So it's available rain or shine! Most people may not be on this road if you're a frequent thruway goer but it's worth a detour on the backgrounds of Orange County for this gem!
