I stopped at this Dunkin' to the store with my child, thinking it would be a quick, simple stop for my usual order. The store itself was nearly empty when I walked in, which normally feels like a good sign -- no rush, no chaos, plenty of time to get the order right. Apparently that was far too optimistic of me. I ordered a medium iced coffee, light and sweet (4 cream, 4 sugar) and a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. My total came to $10.15, which at this point I'm sadly used to paying, so I didn't think much of it. I grabbed my food and drink and went back to my car, ready to head out. That's when the experience truly unraveled. First, the coffee. I took one sip and nearly gagged. It tasted like someone brewed the coffee using the tears of overworked baristas and then forgot every ingredient that makes it drinkable. The "light and sweet" part of the order was apparently treated as more of a vague suggestion than an actual instruction. Instead of the usual creamy, sweet Dunkin iced coffee, I was handed a cup of what tasted like straight bitter coffee concentrate -- as if the cream and sugar were merely whispered to from across the room. Then I opened my bacon, egg, and cheese. Calling it a "sandwich" feels generous. The croissant had clearly gone through some sort of traumatic event during assembly. The bacon was sliding off to one side, the egg was halfway hanging out of the bread, and the cheese... oh, the cheese. The cheese was a cold, stiff, perfectly square slice, sitting on top like it had just come directly from the refrigerator and had never even seen heat. This is supposed to be a hot breakfast sandwich, yet somehow the cheese remained completely unmelted, like it was protesting the entire operation. But the real moment that sealed the deal happened while I was still inside. A kind EMS worker came in and picked up coffees for himself and his partner. He waited patiently while the employee finished making my food. Once she was done, he politely said, "Excuse me, do you have any napkins?" -- genuinely one of the most normal and reasonable requests a person could make in a coffee shop. The employee looked at him as if he had personally insulted her entire family lineage and snapped, "Well I don't have napkins." The tone was so unnecessarily rude that the poor guy looked completely caught off guard. It was one of those moments where everyone around silently thinks, ...what is your problem? This man was nothing but polite, and the response he got was pure attitude. All in all, this was a surprisingly terrible experience. Dunkin is usually my go-to -- I've had great coffee and food from countless other locations. But between the coffee that tasted like liquid regret, the breakfast sandwich that looked like it was assembled during an earthquake, and the incredibly rude customer service, this location managed to turn a simple coffee run into a full-blown disaster. Needless to say, I will absolutely be driving the extra few minutes to literally any other Dunkin next time. read more

If I could give this place, zero stars I would. I don't know what has happened over the years, but every year it gets worse and worse. The place doesn't look clean--Take alook at the floor behind the counter. The staff look miserable and move in SLOW motion even when busy. Not especially friendly either. Orders are constantly wrong. Today was my last visit to this place. I waited 15 minutes for an egg and cheese sandwich. Last time I came in it took so long that I had to leave without my order. Even when the place does not seem very busy, it still takes them forever. Don't waste your money. I'm sad to post this because when DD first came to Warwick it was a really decent Dunkin' Donuts. It's pretty clear that the staff are unmotivated and untrained. How can you work in a food place and not wipe the counters? I am a frequent customer here and I have to say they're on point most of the time and like any place will drop the ball from time to time. But they're pretty much on point most of time. And their bathroom is accessable and clean. I would definitely recommend this D&D. read more

Purchased food and bagels. Though we asked, they never provided butter or cream cheese. Went back for the butter and cream cheese, the guy charges us $15 extra for what they never gave us to begin with because "you should have asked for that when you ordered". When explained we did, we were yelled at. Guy started yelling while we were trying to explain that we should not have had to pay $15 extra for items we already purchased. Horrible atmosphere. Will NEVER go back here again and I will be informing as many people as I can not to go to this store. read more

Been here three times and they have yet to get an iced coffee right. Each time it's essentially milk and syrup with a hint of coffee. Once I swear it was essentially syrup and a hint of milk. This really isn't rocket science. read more

This is the only Dunkin Donuts I've been to where I've been greeted with such a genuinely warm welcome. I don't know that the girls name is who has taken my order the last two times I was here but she's great! The place is clean, the food is fresh. The hours are supposed to be until 10 pm. The employees close this location at 9:40. They also stop making espresso drinks at 9. I guess if there is no one in charge on site, the employees make up the rules. Don't waste your time at this place. Poorly run and mismanaged franchise location. read more

This being a Dunkin Donuts, I'm not basing my rating on the quality of coffee. It does the trick if you're in a pinch and don't have time to stop any of Warwicks wonderful independent coffee shops. The staff was cheery and quick despite how busy they were dealing with grumpy customers. read more

Typically go here on a daily basis. Staff is typically friendly but don't pay attention. They often forget drinks and don't notice for long periods of time that you're still standing there. It's shameful that I will have to wait for 15+ minutes for a mediocre drink!! My daughter comes here to meet up with her friends and enjoys it, can't complain too much! read more

I come here every morning and about 2 weeks go a new guy started (very young guy with piercings in his ears) don't know his name but it was very clear he was new and was being trained on the register. No complaints on him.. he was great! But the girl training him was so rude and mean to him.. rolling her eyes and making nasty remarks everytime he asked her a question. All while there's a huge line of customers watching her. He was obviously nervous it was most likely one of his first days there and the way she treated him was unacceptable. I was so upset and embarrassed for him but I just went back in and he is still there and doing great! Everytime I go in this girl is nasty and rude.. Idk how she still has a job there but treating your coworkers like that is just unacceptable!! read more
