Hi! The barista will take the flight to your table after you place the order at the counter with your selections.

Dark Moon’s Nova Blend is used on bar for espresso as well as for drip coffee and cold brews. The coffee beans are medium roast which allows the distinct flavors of the high quality beans to really be enjoyed. We rotate through a few single origins… Read more

I actually did consider leaving my car at La Strega and walking over to Better Days, but it was just too hot and muggy to do so. I'm no stranger to Summerlin, with the occasional visit here and there, but I've never seen or heard of this place. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. Yes, they are a hidden gem, but they have great drinks, seasonal and year long.

Drink: 3.5/5 Service: 4/5…read moreAmbiance: 3/5 I was looking for a place to study late at night and found MadHouse Coffee. Since it's in a shopping center there is a lot of parking. Ambiance is meh. The decorations are cool but worn and that's probably the vibe. The space is very limited. I was expecting more seating. The only open spaces were the counters along the window and outside. The same people stayed in the shop for the same amount of hours I was there or even longer. They have indoor and outdoor seating, which is cool. I ordered a blended Ube-Bee Latte which looks seasonal. It was good but I couldn't taste any of the Ube and maybe because it was blended. It tasted like a cappuccino blast from Baskin Robbin's. Staff is friendly. They tidy up often. However, WiFi is very interesting. They do not offer it unless you ask for it. In order to log onto their WiFi, you need a slip of paper that contains a passcode. I read some reviews that the WiFi only lasts for 2 hours but I was logged in for maybe 2 hours and 15mins with no disruptions. Maybe I'd come here again if I want to study later in the evening but seems like this place can get busy and have limited seating. I still recommend stopping in!

Lots of seating which makes it a great place to meet friends for some QT & coffee which is exactly why my friend and I stopped in. 1-Service- quick and friendly 2-Price was average-about $6 per beverage which is to be expected 3-Seating area-plentiful. Lot's of tables & chairs or high top seating which os more ideal for solo patrons 4-Cleanliness was above average 5-Atmosphere was inviting and perfect for staying and enjoying great coffee & company 6-Most importantly-COFFEE delicious! We both had hot Americanos w steamed almond milk and they were made to perfection. Not bitter, rich and piping hot! This was one of the most enjoyable coffee spots I've been to in Vegas to date. There were food options available but I can't recommend them because I didn't try any. I watched some people enjoying what looked like large slices of toast with eggs & bacon, some baked goods and I saw what looked like either matcha or a green smoothie. More than just coffee to enjoy.

Overall, pricing pretty much about the same as other similar shops but food offerings have solid portion sizes and the items offered are good quality. Ceramic mugs on offer for sit down coffee. Food options are pretty nice as well...a healthy amount of food options for lunch or breakfast or snack. Pesto turkey sandwich superb...great mix of items and good quality portion. One thing I loved... I added avocado and got a huge serving of avocado on both sandwiches. No, quarter of an avocado for 5 dollar bullshit like at so many places... you get a very large double set of avocado slices for your money, which is very important. Doesn't make me feel cheated or nickel and dimed with the quality and size of the portion, even though it isn't exactly cheap. Overall, good food and pastries, good quality coffee, very good quality food and excellent portion size for your money. Staff have always been pleasant. Overall a place we have made a regular spot in the rotation.

Sadden to write this review since I absolutely love the coffee at Yaw. I truly believe that it is…read moreone of the best coffee spots in Las Vegas, but the ambiance has seemed to shift a bit. I used to go everyday, even got my mom and husband hooked on the coffee here. I'd rave about the quality of it to all of my coworkers and friends too. The coffee is not the issue at all. Quickly, it seemed like the owner was bothered by our presence? Many times, I tried to just give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he was just having a tough day but I realized that wasn't really the case as he seemed to be fairly friendly with other customers versus us. Many of the times he would just put my coffee in my general direction without saying anything, I was left to assume that it was mine very awkwardly. I do admit that sometimes I could come in late to the shop (5-10 mins before they close) but I work from home and the only time that I can make my way to anywhere is during my lunch break. Yaw is almost 30 mins from me and I literally spend my only lunch break on a trip to Yaw. I assume that maybe that's what caused the animosity? The late trips to the shop? Regardless, I stopped going to Yaw for a while because I started to feel that I was walking on eggshells around Ian (the owner) and I would get really nervous when I would walk in, but we happened to be in the area yesterday and I stopped by about 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. I ordered my drinks and then a gentleman still came in after me to place an order. Ian then asked me if he knew that they closed at 2 PM and I said yes. It made me a bit uncomfortable because I felt like a bother. This confirmed that he was bothered that I (and other customers) that came in late, but I'm wondering that if he's so bothered by people coming in at that time why doesn't he close earlier than 2 PM? I understand that it can be a bit annoying but I'm a paying customer. I try to be respectful and nice to everyone there. Even when I go in with my daughter, i try to stay out of their way and not let her touch anything to avoid conflict. At some point during the holidays I even tipped $50 because I felt so strongly about the quality/service. I'm so disappointed to say this, but that will be the last time I'm going to Yaw. I'm even tearing up as a say this because it was part of my day to day routine but I'm just so saddened by the treatment, I truly cannot ignore it.
