There's a true Italian culture happening here. They serve Lavazza and build their menu around classic Italian cafe traditions. Think cappuccinos made the proper way, rich espresso drinks, and smooth lattes finished with beautiful art. They also make the best honey latte in the city, crafted with local raw, unfiltered desert honey. The best! The cafe offers both bright, cozy indoor seating and outdoor options under umbrellas. The worn-in leather chairs feel like they're waiting just for you, and it's the kind of place that convinces me to slow down, savor my drink, and linger longer than I planned. Beyond coffee, they serve breakfast and lunch plates, plus sweet and savory pastries. The avocado toast with ricotta, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, and honey has incredible flavor and texture. Fun fact: owned by a few poker players, the most notable being Todd Brunson, son of Hall of Famer Doyle Brunson. I've always had a soft spot for poker players who are masters of psychology, math, discipline, and intuition. And when you get your drinks here, it tastes like the person making it genuinely cares. I like to try a lot of coffee shops in town especially as a student. Ive been coming here regularly and really enjoy it. Foods great, coffees great. The only thing id mention is sometimes the staff can be a bit rude. Ive worked as a barista before and understand it can be stressful but no need to take it out on customers or make rude remarks. Overall, its a clean, small cute place with outdoor seating aswell. read more

This is a really solid coffee shop. They have a lot of choices for drinks and food, which I like. I didn't try the food, but it smelled amazing. I got a vanilla and cinnamon latte, which was really good. I love the seating area they have, the seats are really comfortable and good for studying. The only downfall was the barista wasn't very nice. While taking our order, a man was talking to the cashier and she was really rude to him, even though he was beyond nice. Tucked into the neighborhood is this wonderful gem! I've driven by loads of times, and I figured it was time to finally check it out and I'm so glad I did. If you don't know (my apologies if I'm blathering), Roma means Rome. I wasn't sure how this was going to play into the cafe, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's like having a tiny slice of Rome right here in Vegas. Now I don't necessarily mean the decor, but the mood of a bustling cafe with lots of heart. They have a very full menu and there's sure to be something literally for everyone! We ordered from the seasonal menu, which means by the time you read this you'll have to go check out how it's been updated. My partner got the Grinch and I got the Nutcracker. If you're looking for a cute place to grab brunch or even coffee, I can't recommend this place enough. I think it'd probably be great for first dates too! read more

All the years Roma has been there and I have just driven by it without stopping to give it a try. That changed yesterday when I was on my way back from a shopping run. There's plenty of parking in this small strip mall. Several people were outside enjoying their coffee with the umbrellas shielding them from the sun. Even though it was warm, it was cool in the shade. I went in and went to the ordering area. The woman who helped me was very pleasant. After I chose the blended French vanilla drink, she asked me about size of the drink, the kind of milk I wanted, and whipped cream or not. She then gave me a number, something everybody gets so they know to whom the drink or food belongs. The interior is small and it was almost full. I stood by a counter where you could sit and I watched the process. What I liked especially about this blended drink was that it had real coffee in it--not just powdered coffee with flavorings. I watched as she pulled the shots, put them in the glass, added the whole milk, and then the vanilla powdered flavoring. Last, add the ice, blend, and it was done. She walked over and handed me the drink and I gave her the stand with the number. The drink was very good! It really had a coffee taste and was not like some flavored milk shake. I enjoyed part of it on the way home and after putting my things away, I sat reading a magazine and enjoyed the rest of the drink. I can't believe I skipped this place for so long. A girlfriend and I were recently trying to find a place to meet up for an afternoon coffee and randomly came across Roma. I'm typically someone who does research beforehand on the menu and reviews but we largely went in blind on this one and the experience did not disappoint. From the moment we came through the door, staff were immensely welcoming. The interior is so cozy and warm. Not only were we thrilled to see they serve Lavazza coffee but we were enamored by all the treats in the case. I don't think I've ever seen biscotti that big! Looking for a good flavorful coffee house. This place is definitely recommended on Yelp. They have a variety of coffees for you to try. They also have several menus items: Roma Toast, breakfast sandwiches, panini, flatbread, salad/soups. They also have other than coffee beverages in a cooler. The service was great and they even bring your coffee to the table. They were playing some light music and it was nice and cool inside. I've been looking for a delicious panini place for a long time! My mom kept seeing this place on FB and we decided to come try it. We split a chicken pesto panini and it was very good! Yulia who took our order from very nice and informative and helped us make a decision on what we should try. The sandwich was HUGE and Yulia offered to split it between my mom and I on two different plates, they even split the macaroni salad too. It has been a few years since an update and I "really really really" (3 "reallys" is equal to 5 Yelp stars) like this coffee spot so much, so a quick update was overdue. This spot screams LOCAL and it is for this reason that I think this place continues to grow on me over time. No slick edges or corporate marketing going on here, just local staff being friendly, welcoming to an warm wooded cozy establishment that you will get an excellent quality coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating options, in what possibly one might argue are chairs that are too cushy and sink you down too far, a clean restroom for customers and most notably the most giant cup of coffee "for here" out of a real ceramic mug I think I have ever seen, Roma Coffee checks all my boxes. Although Biscotti is not my personal thing, this appears to be the real deal I am always seeing heaped in perfectly arranged mounds in the display case, amongst the other pastries. The toasted everything bagel with an egg is what hits the spot for me, but the artistry and craftsmanship of the avocado toast is beautiful to see every time one of the staff bring ones out to a patron. This place is a local spot and has a regular crowd, which can on occasion make the seating a touch challenging (maybe more on the weekends versus weekdays). Board games, dark woods, dark chairs, but lots of light from their big windows. I am the person plugged in, working and enjoying my coffee and the space. One final update and absolutely noteworthy is the staff, especially Rayna. Not only super sweet, mild mannered, yet always welcoming, she simply wants to make things good and always right for the customer. A few weeks back, a girlfriend of mine with her iced coffee needed more milk or something or the balance of all these liquids was off for her personal liking. Rayna checked in on us and my girlfriend was not quick to say anything, but Rayna picked up the vibe and wanted to easily make things good for her and she easily did so. A little less ice and little more milk or whatever....Rayna made a regular visit to a coffee spot into a customer service moment. These things are never lost on me. I feel that every single time I am in Roma Coffee....Rayna and the staff are good folks wanting to do good work and deliver a good product and experience. I met my sister in law here on a Saturday for a much overdue coffee date. At 11 am the place is packed !! Good thing for outdoor seating !! Bathrooms were nice and clean. I ordered a grande lavender latte and asked for it not to be super sweet. The usual amount of lavender syrup is 3 pumps and 1 pump was perfect if you want flavor without super sweetness. So glad we decided to try here. The girls at the counter were so helpful and everything they recommended was absolutely devine! I had the antipasto Flatbread and fell in love with it. I think the only thing it could've used was maybe like a hot honey or a balsamic drizzle, but still delicious! Then my sister had the prosciutto panini on sourdough which was sooo good. Roma coffee reminded me of a coffee shop in Seattle! A little grunge, seriously cool, and delicious coffee & food in a modest way. On Tuesday midday, I simply had a vegetable soup (delicious!), croissant (amazing), and lemonade iced tea. The staff were nice and there was ample seating. After passing by this coffee shop so frequently I finally decided to give it a try. It's located in a corner lot with plenty of parking in a smaller shopping center. We also had some small talk and felt genuine. The interior is your typical coffee shop. It has plenty of tables available and it also has outdoor seating which is great when the weather permits. I ordered the honey lavender latte, and it was really good -- I do recommend it. Additionally, I ordered a lemon bar and the nut biscotti which she mentioned was baked fresh today. I really enjoy the lemon bar however the biscotti had a strong stronger almond paste taste. Overall, I did have a really good experience and I would certainly come back and try some other baked goods as they had a good variety. Their coffee menu is also pretty simple and the prices are reasonable. For two baked goods and a grande drink I paid about $17. It far exceeded our expectations and blew the competition out of the water. We keep going for our favorites: Salmon Avocado toast made beautifully by Janie. So large that my husband and I split it. Everything fresh. Went here with my husband since it seemed lovely, had wifi, and a nice menu. They had some fun specialty coffees on a sign they hand wrote. My husband and I sat down and looked at the menu and then he went up to order. I wanted the carnivore panini (no tomato or lettuce) and one of their specialty coffees. Coffee came and I didn't realize it was hot. I asked my husband if they had asked iced or hot and he said they didn't. The sign didn't indicate it was all hot coffee, but thats on me for not specifying. I do wish they had written on the sign that the specialty coffees were hot as I would have gotten something different. Food came and my food had a red sauce and onions in it... items that weren't indicated on the menu. While I was looking at the food questioning the new items two of the staff came over and asked about the food. I said there are onions in it and a red sauce and one employee said "well u said no tomato's or lettuce.. do u want us to remake it?" They did re-make it and I checked the menu. There was no mention of a red sauce or onions and I showed her the menu. She said "well maybe their is no sauce it's just the meat, or crush red peppers".. the plate was gone by then and I couldn't show her the sauce as the other employee took the plate. After some discussion what they did was do an Italian pizza in a panini?!?! Which i know was not what I ordered especially as she repeated "panini" back to us. She then said there was confusion on the menu and that next time I should order the "Italian" in the future as the "carnivore panini" is incorrect on their menu. Brave of u to assume that there would be a next time. U blamed me for your menus failure, u gaslighted me into trying to tell me the marinara was "crushed red peppers or meat" and u told me to order the Italian next time... well PER YOUR WEBSITE the Italian doesn't indicate items or red sauce so the reality is, you fu^#ed up my order and don't want to admit your own failure. Feel free to blame the menu, or me or whatever you like, when (again) the reality is, you made the mistake and have earned this 1 star review and no next time.
