Just traveling through the area when I needed to get a flat tire repaired on my Wife's bike. I called the store and they were more than happy to take care of my little problem. Brought the bike in, the quoted me a price for the tube and then labor. The repair was quick and painless while I waited and then the young lady that did the repair waived the labor charge. She then oiled the chain to boot. Great customer service . Nampa is fortunate to have a great shop like this in their community. read more

We've been to Cafferty's a few times, and have always found them to be honest and friendly. Recently, we bought some extra-thick tubes to help us handle all the goatheads in Nampa. One of the tubes went flat a couple times within a week. Cafferty's replaced it both times, even though after inspection it turns out the flats were the result of spokes coming through the rim tape. That clearly wasn't their fault, but they fixed the flat(s) regardless. In other words, Cafferty's stands behind their work! Highly recommend. read more

I love this bike shop. They are so kind in there and don't make you feel dumb if you don't know everything there is to know about bikes. They are very helpful and patient. My husband and I got our bikes here and I just went with my sister to get her bike as well. They also stand behind their bikes and offer a full year of tune ups which says a lot.
