Took it in 3 times and kept saying it wasn't coming from the brakes but technicians kept working on the brake. Last time we picked up the bike we were told they couldn't replicate the noise and couldn't assist any more. Rode the bike and the bike sounded worse. Immediately took it to Reed's Cycle in Eagle and they fixed the brake job AND got a new motor ordered under warranty from Specialized. Spoke to Specialized today and will never recommend George's Editing review after George's reply: We had a specialized rep personally reach out to us after working with Reed's. We now have a new motor being installed. Regardless stand behind my previous comment that the customer service and overall attitude was not professional.

Took my bike in for a tune up and dropped it off. It had been a few years since I'd ridden it and…read moreit needed some TLC. The tires were also low. They filled the tires that day to see if either tire would leak by the time they would work on it. (Pickup was scheduled out about a week.) One of the tubes did end up needing replaced, which they did. A couple of days before pick up I was talking to them on the phone about any other potential issues with the bike, and the gentleman was very professional and helpful. He told me about an issue he had observed when the bike was in the lowest two gears, but said that if I didn't ride the bike on those settings it shouldn't be that big a deal for now. Since I don't ride on those and am on a tight budget, I appreciated that he wasn't trying to push an extra sale by making the issue out to be worse than it was. I'll probably get around to having it fixed, but it's not a top priority for me right now. When I got the bike back it felt well tuned and good to go. The guys here were great.
