He came another time a couple of years later. He did a thorough job each time and that led me to call him to our home to work on my bike and on my wife's. Four years ago, we bought a pair of e-bikes and have arranged to have Steve work on them for tuneups. I had my brake pads replaced during the latest tuneup last spring. It was so much easier leaving those bikes at home rather than lugging them into a shop. I can't recommend Steve enough. He comes to your home, does all the work right there and gives you back your bike in an hour or two. No waiting a week or more to get it back from the shop.

They filled the tires that day to see if either tire would leak by the time they would work on it. (Pickup was scheduled out about a week.) One of the tubes did end up needing replaced, which they did. A couple of days before pick up I was talking to them on the phone about any other potential issues with the bike, and the gentleman was very professional and helpful. He told me about an issue he had observed when the bike was in the lowest two gears, but said that if I didn't ride the bike on those settings it shouldn't be that big a deal for now. Since I don't ride on those and am on a tight budget, I appreciated that he wasn't trying to push an extra sale by making the issue out to be worse than it was. I'll probably get around to having it fixed, but it's not a top priority for me right now. When I got the bike back it felt well tuned and good to go. The guys here were great.
